I have a club 24 member for a couple of years now and recently I've seen more and more high schoolers come in a wave of 5 or 6 at a time. One opening the door and letting the others in and just coming in to cause a ruckus from taking over 3 machine at a time just for sitting down being on their phones craking jokes and make fun of other gym members to slamming weights and yelling across the gym to 1 another. What is the point of putting a no tailgating sign on the front door if it is not enforced. I can't get to certain machines or compete a work out because they will take over a section and machines for over and hour at a time. Its like they know what days the staff isn't there. I love going to club 24 because its close to home but I might starting going farther to another gym just to avoid this kind of stuff happening on a weeky basis.

Had a membership on and off for many years but after realizing I can get a workout at home and at that particular gym they keep cramming more treadmills and not enough stationary machines I ended my membership. Let's be honest WA state there's trails you can hike and bike and unless you're trying to be a bodybuilder which most people aren't, a gym membership is a waste of money. Unless you live close to a gym then you got wear and tear on vehicle and extra time that it takes to go to the gym. Use to like club 24 but not enough space either and somebody is always on a machine using there phone not working out annoying! Like the above mentioned you got too many people on their damn phones there's no need to reply. It's a gym not a cafe for texting and hanging out lol

Lately there has been multiple teens taking up all the equipment at night. Being shirtless and very aggressive. Starting to look for other options since it looks like it is not regulated as i have seen only one of them scan and let multiple people in. I do not think its fair.

I requested a phone call from the manager but I didn't receive any.
My husband kept paying for his membership but due to work didn't have time to go to the gym. But when he tried to go back we found out that they Suspended him???? First time I heard of being suspended for paying your bills!!!!!

I did not want to change my review to 1 star, but I originally thought the staff had made it clear to the 15 year old kid who comes in around 6pm to stop loading 3 or four plates on and then dead dropping to the floor but apparently they are letting him continue. I get wanting to push your self but that makes me mad, I should and no member should have to pay equipment service fees for jokers who do stuff like that, there is no drop zone pads just steal to concrete the concussion is crazy, have him use plastic, also letting him bring his personal equipment and lock it up so members have to decipher what equipment is the gyms and apparently what equipment is this kids. I've been a member since you guys bought Broadmoor out and always respect the equipment and people around, this kid has been here one month and is annoying a lot of members who have been respectful and loyal. But maybe it's time to switch gyms.

Rarely do I have to wait to use a power rack or bench. There’s 5 individual racks and 2-3 incline benches for use, which is enough 90-95% of the time.

DB’s go up to 120lb, with most of the DB’s being <=50lb.

Two larger cable machines, where you’re more likely to wait for than a bench or rack.

Requests:

- Add a hack squat machine. Space is limited for it, but if it means removing the hip thrust machine or the power rack in the furthest corner, it would be a net benefit.
- The TVs are on constant rerun. One shows only movie trailers, another shows only blooper videos, another is some random quiz show, and the one in the back above the DBs is a sports talk show that shows sports news that’s over a year old. This should be a really simple fix - live streaming like everywhere else you go that has TVs. It’s not expensive.

I have joined many gyms over the years and never utilized my memberships. At the beginning of the year, I joined club 24. My son had been a member for years and highly recommended it! I now work out at least four days a week. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly! I absolutely love Brandee! She actually took her time with my questions! The 24/7 access is very convenient so I can work out anytime day or night! I was sick and bedridden for 12 years and needed something that was convenient and not so crowded that you couldn’t work out. I’ve not used any of the other club 24’s but knowing that I can is also very convenient! I would recommend it to anyone out there who needs to get out and start moving!

It's seldom so busy that I can't get the equipment I want, when I want it. It's almost deserted on weekends. There is a changing room and shower.
None.of the just I don't need, everything I want.
A stand up tanning bed would be killer!

I have been a proud member of club 24 since April 2024, and it has been a fantastic experience. The gym is well equipped with all the necessary machines and tools to meet my fitness goals, which I truly appreciate. One thing that consistently impresses me is how clean and well-maintained the facility is, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for members. I like to highlight, Brander, an exceptional employee at the club. Every time I walk in, she greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed and valued. Her knowledge of the equipment is impressive, and she always takes the time to explain, and demonstrate how to use it properly, which has been incredibly helpful. Be careful with your membership status. I asked for a month to month membership back in may. When I go to cancel my membership turns out they signed me up for the annual contract so now I’m locked in. Make sure you actually verify what membership they put in your contract. Seems they didn’t care too much to listen to me. I should have verified it was correct I suppose.

Just changed a bunch of stuff around in the gym, they deleted the weightlifting platform for some reason and now I’m a very unhappy camper.

We love that Club 24 is close to our neighborhood, by Yokes, Gesa, gas stations, & other convenient businesses. I like the friendly staff. Also, it is very clean, love the senior couple who work on the weekends. And of course, I don't have an excuse to workout since they are open 24 hours!

The equipment is old. Showers have broken equipment/showerheads, and are usually dirty. No garbage cans in the showers. They simply don't care about their customers. I am an Army veteran and retired police officer. I retired due to back problems. I can no longer go to the gym due to my back issues and they will not let me out of my contract. Stay away from this poorly managed gym that cares nothing for its customers!!

Horrible gym. Very hard to get a hold of anybody regarding any problems. They shut down over Covid so I cancelled payment since I refuse to pay for something I can’t use and when I recently tried to reup my membership I was unable to do online for some reason. I left several messages with different locations and no one ever got back to me. When I finally found someone during working hours, they told me I owed for all the months I wasn’t there and he couldn’t do anything for me. I will be joining another gym that is better staffed, better equipped and knows how to solve problems when they arise.

I love this gym. The staff is super friendly and the gym is always clean and picked up. Brandee and Will do and amazing job of maintaining the gym. Free weights go up too 110 and it’s got a decent selection of machines. Lots of treadmills and elliptical machines too. This place is definitely in my top 5

The facility is clean, friendly desk workers. However, the personal training coordinator is flaky. I set up a session at 8a.m. to meet. He never showed. I texted him 2 times, no response. Finally, at 11:30, he texted back saying he was sorry and that everyone in the other gym was out sick (but not with covid he mentions). It isn't too hard to text a person to let them know you can't make it, right? I should have known then, but gave him the benefit of the doubt 🤔. Then, we meet. He tells me the 2 days and times he has available. I tell him they will work for me as well. The day we were supposed to meet, he says he has a close contact and needs to get tested but will text me as soon as he knows his results. He doesn't. I finally text him inquiring the results. He says he is negative, but then tells me one of the days we had decided on won't work and we decided on a new day that will. I even check mid-week that we are still on for that day and he confirms. An hour and a half before we are supposed to finally have our first training session, he tells me he can't meet because he won't have time for his kids. Seriously? I am all for family time, but I am pretty sure I got the run around. Very unprofessional. I decided to go with a trainer from GOLD's. I paid upfront for 8 months 2xs a week. He missed out.

Getting signed up and getting my door access was like pulling teeth, fortunately people on FB were able to help me out- never got any return calls or emails from the office. Haven't seen any locations besides this one, but the gym itself looks fine, plenty of room, not many people, good selection of machines plus free weights in one area, a variety of cardio machines in another, and another area for "functional fitness training". Also, not real locker rooms, but showers so you can head back to work after lunch, etc...

They need to clean the entire place thoroughly especially the bathrooms. The last couple of times I went there, the wasn't any clorox disinfectant on the stand like usual nor something to wipe down the equipments when done working out. THis is disgusting and not sanitary especially around this time with Covid spreading around . I pay a lot $$$ for my membership each month including many others, we shouldn't be treated like this!!

Look....it's not Gold's gym and I wouldn't want it to be. I can get all of my workout in with the equipment they have. Could there be more or a better diversity of machines? Sure but so what. I have ZERO complaints about this facility. It's always clean and picked up. I almost never need to wait to use equipment and the other members are friendly and always eager to lend a spot when asked. The staff is great to work with. ESPECIALLY in this time of hardship for small business I am more convinced than ever we need to be in these smaller gyms helping them succeed.

Pretty cramped as far as equipment goes. However, nice staff, always Clean and the community of regulars that go there are pretty relaxed. Between 5-7 it gets a little crowded but I go right after work at 4 and sometimes later and I never have trouble doing my time on the treadmill and then using the free weights or machines I need.
