Disappointing experience at this studio. Limited evening class availability for those of us who work and a lot of waiting list time. But the worst part was the evening instructors who were rude and mocked people for asking for clarification when instructions were unclear. Management was not helpful. I cancelled my membership (which was also annoying - you have to give 30 days notice and they won’t let you transfer credits to other members) and won’t be back.

I love Club Pilates, and the team at the Crown Hill location is so wonderful! They make an effort to get to know their members and offer so many classes everyday, it makes it easy to fit them into my schedule. I have the unlimited membership and attend classes 4-5 times a week, so the value is 100% there! My absolute favorite workout!

So glad this studio has opened in this location. The instructors are so awesome, desk staff always makes me feel welcomed and best of all, ample parking.

I’ve been going to Club Pilates since they opened in December and I couldn’t be happier! The instructors are incredible; always motivating and supportive, and the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel at home from day one. Today, I celebrated my 100th class, and I love how they keep things fun with a wide variety of class types, and schedules (from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM), so it’s easy to find something that fits into my day. The energy in the studio is always positive, and the community is so friendly. A special thank you to Brianna, who is always so sweet, helpful, and caring. This place is truly the best!

I have loved my experience here! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming, especially as someone who doesn’t have any Pilates experience! Booking classes is easy if you plan ahead! It has helped me enjoy exercising again! I recommend Club Pilates to all of my friends and anyone who wants to try Pilates!!

A really great place to practice pilates. Welcoming, friendly, and easy to get started. They offer enough variety in their programming that this could be your entire fitness regiment, or it can also compliment whatever else you're doing.
I think all of the reviews that stated there aren't enough class times may be a bit out of date. There are *tons* of classes on the schedule now, with even more coming in a couple weeks from now. While the very early 6:00AM classes often have a wait list, there are so many other classes that it's easy to find a time to go in.

Nice and new facility with nice instructors, but the class difficulty levels are not even close to challenging and they have yet to offer anything more difficult than basic beginner level.
Additionally, the billing system used by the entire Club Pilates company is an absolute scam. Force you to enroll in a 3 month contract if you want any type of packaged classes deal, but bill you for an extra 30 days if you don't give them EXACTLY 30 days notice of cancelation. I've disputed this charge on my Amex multiple times and they refuse to back down. They will NOT let you cancel a membership online and require you to call the studio and speak to a real human to cancel, which entails waiting on somebody to call you back or answer the phone. I tried to call to cancel multiple times and only got a call back about it on the third or fourth time, which at that point was well beyond the 30 day requirement to avoid re-billing.
This, combined with the fact that they suggest you book classes starting a month out then "working backwards to hope you get in the classes coming up soon," is just awful business practice. What exactly am I paying for here? it's certainly not a challenging workout, especially not if I can't even get in the classes?
if you want access and an actual physical challenge, you're better off going someplace else, like a Lagree studio. Hugely disappointing as I live in the neighborhood and was looking forward to this studio being opened for over a year.

Class time offerings were a little sparse the first few months, but they have hired some new instructors and slots are a lot easier to book now. I have really enjoyed their instructors and approach as someone who is new to Pilates. The workouts feel doable in the moment but I am almost always sore the day after, so it’s a sneaky good way to get some exercise!

I've been a unlimited class member since this studio opened in mid December 2024. I usually take around 10-15 classes a month around lunchtime and have hardly had any issues getting into classes (maybe happened twice in 6 months). In the last two months, they've filled out their class schedule, so now it's rare that I attend a completely full class-- there is usually a spot or two for walkins. It's made scheduling easier than what other reviewers might have experienced a few months ago.
The front desk, instructors, and managers are friendly and kind. The community here is welcoming to people of all ages and fitness levels and I have felt nothing but comfortable. I personally love how aware I've become of my body and how much stronger I feel.
I'd recommend anyone interested in pilates to give Club Pilates a shot! In the end, it is a nationwide franchise chain, so make sure you understand your contract, and that there are subtle differences between locations (if you've ever gone before).

I have been going to this location 4-5xs/week since February. As a former professional dancer and a licensed massage practitioner I am impressed by the quality of instruction. And I am thrilled with the progress I have made in my physical strength since then.

Nice space and instructors, but I couldn’t even book a single class during the last two months of my unlimited classes memberships. I paid over $200 a month just to not be able to book a class. You’re better off following a YouTube tutorial or finding a different studio.

I had a very disappointing experience with this studio. When I signed up over the phone, I wasn’t informed about an $100 early termination fee —only to find out later after receiving the contract post-call. I was told I could cancel with 3 days’ notice, but then was charged a cancellation fee and required to give a month’s notice.
Class availability is limited, and I was often stuck on waitlists despite being told I’d likely get in. This made scheduling stressful and made it hard to use all my credits.
I also froze my account after being told it would avoid cancellation fees, but ended up paying more due to another billing cycle and extra $25 freeze fee. On top of all this, management was unresponsive—I could never get a call back, and even when I visited in person, they avoided addressing me directly.

Allowing subscribers to enroll more than schedule they can actually provide is a bad policy. Forget about the time that is convenient for you, one can enroll but is not guaranteed to get on a schedule unless they jump on a race of "who can claim a spot on the schedule faster". Such an unhealthy way to invest on health when one has to bear the stress of constant checking of available spot with uncertainty of getting what is paid for

I fell in love with reformer pilates 14 years ago and I still look forward to every single class. Especially since I joined the Crown Hill Club Pilates. There’s a variety of classes, the instructors are amazing and the front staff welcomes you the minute you walk in through the door. Not only do they offer reformer classes, but there are spring boards, Bosu balls and wunda chairs. They offer so many fun ways to get your body in shape. I’ve been laid off from my job since early January and I honestly don’t think I could’ve kept my sanity without an unlimited membership.

I originally signed up for the 8 classes per month package and found that I was able to get in to almost every class I was waitlisted for. I love the classes so much that I upgraded to an unlimited membership. I get a great workout, I forget about the world for an hour, and I just feel so much better in my body after each class. I know classes have been challenging to get into but more classes are being added and it is getting a lot easier!

Not worth it. Booking system is designed in such way that only customers with the unlimited class formula avec more options to book. It s impossible to find adequate class time/availability with a 4 or 8 pack packages. A gym class to me is a way to escape and chillax, not add stress to my days.
Attn, once enrolled, there is a 3-month mandatory commitment. You can t just try one month and cancel. They omitted to share this important detail at time of signing up (in fine print in contract you quickly sign on the ipad at sign-up). Fraudulent tactic, big box gym style.

I started Pilates at the Crown Hill/Ballard location and I am hooked. The staff 5*. The instructors 5*. there is plenty of parking. Anytime I have a question they are there to help me out. The place is clean and fresh. The equipment is state of the art. I had never practiced Pilates before joining CP Crown Hill. I am hooked. Don't let the gentle movement fool you!! Its an amzing workout!!

Love this studio! The front office folks are friendly and welcoming and the instructors are terrific. Most importantly, I've been going to this studio since they opened and I can feel myself getting stronger. They have added classes and continue to grow as the membership grows with additional classes. It's apparent that a studio was needed in this area as classes do fill up however I have found that if i put my name on the waitlist I do get in alot of the time. Top of the line equipment and instuction. We need more of this in our area!!!!

Nice studio with great instructors. Unfortunately, the ratio of class offerings to members is totally off-balance. Good luck trying to book the classes that you’ve paid for. It’s nearly impossible without an unlimited membership. Availability is so unreasonable that it feels fraudulent on the studio’s behalf.

Its impossible to book classes with an 8 pak plan. Anything less than 2 weeks out can only be waitlisted. I like the instructors, but it doesn't do us any good if we can't confirm classes. I've had 2 confirmed classes cancelled in the past 2 weeks that I signed up for 2+ weeks ago and am unable to secure any classes now for the upcoming 2 weeks. Its very frustrating and I am flexible to go at any time of day. They need more instructors.
Im also writing this to see if anyone is monitoring reviews and allowing them to post to Google maps.

Sadly so far this studio has not delivered. They haven’t made an effort to resolve issues with my membership so that I can actually book classes that I’ve already paid for. They are not responsive, and even if you can book there are waitlists of 10+ people for most classes at reasonable times unless you are completely flexible during the day and can do a 10am class. I would not recommend this studio, although the others I’ve been a part of for the past 2 years are great.
