I can’t say enough great things about Tristan and Coaching Superheroes! When I started working with Tristan, I hadn’t worked out in over 15 years. He helped me ease into fitness in a way that felt achievable and positive. His mentality and approach truly jump started my motivation; I actually stuck with it (something I struggle with).
He is incredibly knowledgeable — not just in strength training, but also in functional movements. Working with him feels like having both a trainer and a physical therapist in one. He tailors workouts to address my specific physical needs and goals and takes the time to explain the “why” behind each movement. I never thought it would be possible, but my recurring back and hip problems have practically disappeared.
Tristan is also friendly and encouraging — always supportive and genuinely invested in helping you improve and reach your goals. He's exceptionally professional, always prepared, and fully focused during our sessions. I honestly feel stronger, more confident, and better educated about my body thanks to his guidance. Tris worked with my wife and I for about a year while we were living in downtown Seattle. Working with Tris has been incredible! He is really patient, listens to what your fitness goals are, and does a fantastic job of curating a program that addresses those needs. I’ve had the opportunity to work with him for the last year, and have seen incredible results, including losing 30 pounds, strengthening my core after a back surgery and feeling much better about my overall health and physical appearance! He is super friendly and takes the intimidation factor out of the mix. He makes you feel like you are working out with a friend.

Tris is amazing! He's super friendly and always makes our workouts fun with great conversations. He's really good at what he does, paying close attention to how I do each exercise and helping me correct my form. Tris is also a fantastic accountability partner, motivating me when I'm feeling lazy but also being understanding and flexible. I've learned so much from him and genuinely enjoy working out with him. I've worked with Tris for two years and it's been an amazing experience! He's amazing.
He's been awesome at building a program to help me manage and heal from a few injuries that I've had from tennis. Likewise, I also move and feel a lot better while playing tennis as well.
He's very knowledgable and is always approachable and available. I learn from him and get motivation from him. Sessions with him are also super fun!
Overall, I think he's great at what he does. He's always super friendly, smart, approachable, and helpful. From working with him I've gained knowledge and am in a much better place physically.
I definitely recommend him to anyone that's looking for a trainer that's smart, great at explaining exercises, injuries, movement, etc, and also makes working out a lot of fun and enjoyable.

I have been strength training with Tris for several years now. As an over 50 woman I was very concerned about injuring myself and frankly was quite intimidated by weight lifting in the gym. Seriously, Tris is amazing. Where do I begin? I hired Tris through a recommendation from my old trainer Steven and he did not disappoint. I was at a place in my life where everything was imploding. I needed change, desperately. But I did not know where to start. Tris truly went above and beyond for the last 6 months and was so helpful. Not only was I 40lbs overweight when I started training with him I had a previous knee injury where I couldn't even do a body weight squat. Working through an injury, being overweight and an autoimmune disease Tris helped me transform my health inside and out. I am now down 25lbs in a healthy sustainable way but more importantly I got my freaking health back!! I know it's easy to just browse reddit for a workout plan, or look at some tiktoks because it may be cheap but Tris is worth every penny and more. And if you're ready to invest in your health I couldn't recommend him more. He truly cares about his clients and wants them to succeed long term with or without him. Thank you for everything Tris!

Tristan was a great trainer who knew his craft, always had a positive attitude, and inspiring to train with. The facility smelled clean and maintained a very cool temperature in the summertime. For years, I took pride in my body and health and somewhere in my mid 20's, I let that part of my life slip away, becoming complacent with who I was. At first I was super embarrassed about how bad I got that I didn’t want to go to some big gym where I looked out of place, fought over equipment time and was being harassed by trainers. I also needed someone that focused on my specific needs and not the “one size fits all” training program. I needed variety. I needed focus. I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else.
That's where Tris came into play. From day one, he was nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. During my first session I realized how out of shape I was! Tris gave me positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I was at. He gave me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I could make. He always creates a unique variety of exercises for me each week that challenges my abilities and insists on my extreme focus to achieve my goals. He explains the parts of the body that are being targeted by the experience. More importantly, he explains how to execute each exercise. He was flexible with my schedule. Every session I had with him I left feeling stronger, more confident and positive.
The best advice I could offer to anyone who trains with Tris is simple: Listen to what he has to say! He has an incredible foundation of knowledge, really cares and really wants his clients to succeed. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to work with a trainer.

It’s been almost a year since I’ve started training under Tris’ watchful eyes. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend this one. His knowledge, combined with his years of experience and empathy is unmatched.
He makes sure to understand my goals before anything else. From there, he helps me understand what’s achievable and personalizes the program to ensure that I meet my goals. He also takes into account my lifestyle, diet, and mental well-being, which I greatly appreciate.
As an example of his excellent service. I have had a shoulder and hip issue that comes up every now and then. Tris makes sure that these exercises accommodate my injuries and not only that, he incorporates activities will help my strengthen those areas so that I recover and get back to 100%.
He’s very understanding and flexible. I can’t even begin to count how many days I’ve had to stay late at work or needed to take rest day. Tris always understands and works with me to see what else would work and if we can reschedule.
Tris makes sure to tell me which muscles are being activated and what each exercise are meant for so that I can understand how these things are helping me reach my goal. He’s also my number one motivator, always pushing me to do my best and to do more when I have the capacity. Answering any questions I have and always smiling with enthusiasm.

Bear with me as I go into detail on these well deserved/well earned 5 stars:
First and foremost, I’ve always felt comfortable and welcomed by Tris’ consistently positive attitude. Even on tough or stressful days, I get to escape the chaos of everyday life and follow simple instructions, leaving me feeling great afterward.
My workouts were all prepared and logged, with little to no effort on my part. I show up when I’m told and move through whatever he’s got planned for me for the day and next thing you know, boop! Gettin’ fit! Seriously, I don’t even count reps for myself anymore. He legitimately handles everything! To be able to take the thinking out of it and supplement it with seemingly limitless amounts of knowledge is phenomenal!
I would even go so far as to say these sessions are nothing short of therapeutic. 😊

I started my fitness journey hating the gym, and one year post a knee fracture. I knew I was going to need someone to hold me accountable and also motivate me to get back to the gym. 5 months later, I finally can say I enjoy the gym, all thanks to Coach Tris. He’s so patient, motivating and pays attention to details, especially form, checks in on your overall wellness to make sure every workout is beneficial. If you are like me, wanting to start and maintain a fitness regimen and see results, you should join this gym and work with Coach Tris.
