Worst yoga studio I've been to in seattle. Deadnamed multiple times loudly by staff. Won't be going back and will be supporting a local studio instead of a chain.

Highly recommend. This studio offers classes throughout the day, seven days a week. Fits any schedule. Makes it easy for me to make it to my mat on a regular basis.

I felt the need to leave a review after visiting other Corepower studios while on holiday. I didn’t know I had it so good at my usual Ballard studio!
I absolutely love Corepower Ballard, no matter the class type.
The studio is extremely clean and well-maintained. The instructors all seem to keep the heat at their own comfortability levels, but all in line with what is marketed in each class by corporate. The instructors are all encouraging, motivating, non-judgmental, and inventive with their poses and yoga flow. Each class brings me something new while I always leave feeling refreshed, powerful and strong. This is a great space to just leave the world behind and focus on you.
My go-to instructors are Jadyn, Char, Dominika, Maya, Perrin, and Abbey — you all are rockstars!
I would highly recommend going to any of the classes at the Ballard studio.

Terrible experience here. The front door to the street was locked. I reached more than 10 minutes before the class, the person at the reception saw and made no attempt to tell me that the only way to enter the complex is via the parking lot!! She left the studio without helping me or even telling me how to get in and by the time I figured it out, there was no one at the reception to let me in. Nowhere was this mentioned! I was standing there out in the cold for 15 minutes!
Very disappointed!!

Awesome studio, love corepower, been doing yoga for 15 years. I took a class from Subra with three of my friends and I had to do my own flow because I could not hear or understand him, and my friends had a similar experience. His instructing voice was very odd and different from his conversation voice when we talked with him before and after class. I like to meditate in yoga and when it takes considerable effort to understand the cues, I will just do my own thing. I had my consent to adjustment card on Yes and he did give me an awesome calf massage in half pigeon. Loved that! His transitions between poses were a bit abrupt and his breathing instructions were at an unnatural pacing. He is strong at yoga and seems to know his stuff though!

The worse place ever!
I drove 40 min to get to my class at 4pm. I was filling my water bottle and it was 4pm and they didn’t let me go in, terrible service and super disrespectful I’m really disappointed. I won’t never go back again l.

They wanted to charge me $4 for forgetting my mat. So I left. Most studios will lend you one if you forget, or charge something small like $1. $4 is insane when the classes already cost 30% more than most studios. Won't be going back

Hello. Recently had the privilege to do some classes here as I was traveling through this area. What a treat! I can honestly say that Lissy is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Her sequencing, cueing, timing and tone are a few of the things that put her in an elite level of yoga teacher. Her Core Restore is an incredible class to revitalize and save your body. Every other teacher I’ve taken here is also fantastic and the studio is beautiful and always clean. Don’t sleep on this studio.

I have been coming here on and off for about 2 years. I have been fluctuating being on the east coast on the west coast. The ballard studio is always accommodating. I recently just signed up for another month unlimited. Joe was super helpful. Ellen came in for the assist.
I cannot wait to get back into Kinsey's class, Dominica, and 2 other blonde gals that I cannot remember their name.
I appreciate this studio because they encourage feedback. If there is something that you don't understand or if you can't hear them or if you're having a particular issue with a pose they have been more than accommodating. I can't say enough good things right now

I go to Core Power whenever I feel like I want to sweat, ground myself, and not have to worry so much about nailing the perfect technique. I really like this specific location and studio, as it tends to be calm and inviting. The candle light classes in the evening are some of my favorites. All instructors have been great and I feel awesome when I leave….but then there’s Charlotte’s class. Her style is fast yet not at all challenging, the vibe feels more like a cardio class, and the music is anything but soothing (poppy beats with questionable lyrics that don’t exactly put you in a zen-like mood). Totally cool if that’s a thing for some people but her class should almost come with a disclaimer. It is not your standard Yoga2 class and I couldn’t wait to leave.

I have been going to Ballard Corepower for nearly 1 year and enjoy my yoga practice there all the time. They provide a bunch of different types of yoga classes throughout the day/week, teachers are super friendly and helpful. However I need to leave because of moving to another city. Will recommend you give it a try if you're interested in doing yoga and live nearby.

I love all Corepower Yoga studios and this one is no different. Wonderful class, friendly instruction who gave great corrections to improve form. There is parking and if you leave at night just press the open button by the garage door! You can let yourself out.

I have been going to Corepower for over 8 years now and have always enjoyed the ambiance, the classes, and the facilities. Specifically, Ballard has an amazing location. There is plenty of parking available, clean changing rooms, and two studios that offer your favorite classes multiple times a day. If you are looking for a great place to sweat and get your zen on, CorePower is it!

Every staff member at CorePower Ballard is kind, welcoming, and attentive. I’ve gone to several other CPY studios, but CPY Ballard is my favorite. At all the classes I’ve taken, the instructor always creates an inviting atmosphere that makes the practice safe and really enjoyable, in addition to being challenging in the best way. Love CPY Ballard!

CorePower Ballard has provided me a safe space to go about 4-5 days a week where I trust that each class is going to bring me what I need that day. The instructors are friendly, and the studio is very clean! It has become a grounding and comforting part of my life, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

CPY Ballard has always been my favorite of the Seattle CPY locations! The sense of community is strong, the managers have always been fantastic, and the instructors are incredibly welcoming. There are also SO MANY special events! It feels like there is one nearly every week, which I love. Thanks for being awesome, Ballard!

I’ve always loved CorePower, and I’ve always had great teachers at this studio but the heat was always an issue (studio 1 was never very hot, and 2 was hit or miss depending on teacher). But...they just got new thermostats and rooms have been warmer!!!

The staff and environment are very welcoming. The instructor gave good verbal directions (very specific). Thank you! The only thing I would change is the music in the background during class. I prefer songs without lyrics while I'm practicing yoga. I find the words are distracting.

I love this studio. I started at Core Power in Minneapolis, and loved my experience. I tried a few studios when I moved to Seattle, and I ended up back at CP, either with Ballard or Greenwood and it has been very rewarding.

Wonderful, friendly teachers, clean studio and interesting lessons to a great playlist of songs. Because this studio is affiliated with the CorePower chain, members get access to all the other CorePower studios in Seattle and nationwide. Plus, classes are frequent during peak times so you get the most flexibility for your schedule and location. The Ballard studio is convenient to get to, it's close to Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer, so running errands before or after class are easy. Parking spaces are limited and fill quickly, so I recommend arriving to class early to secure a spot. The classes and women's locker room during peak times can get crowded, be prepared. If joining a popular class, allot 15 extra minutes on each end of class.
