5 stars because I love this studio, but some feedback:
- itβs so disappointing to cut Strength X. This was the perfect mix to the other classes. Please bring it back!! Thinking about canceling.
- the 15 minute gap between classes is fine, but teachers donβt start/end on time and it causes issues.
- there are fewer classes now; the recent schedule cuts and reschedule has been disruptive to the teachers and yogis. Please add some classes at 2-4 pm.

Love this studio and all the teachers but please bring back more classes. Especially on Wednesdays and 6am and late night (9pm-ish) classes. I know itβs the holidays but I hope to see more classes in 2025 to get me and my local cap hill yogi community through the winter. <3

This location is the closest to my work place and therefore, the most convenient. However, over the months, they keep changing the time for their classes and their best classes (sculpt- fusion) fall in during the late morning and afternoon times, which majority of people are working during those times. All their 5 pm sculpt classes are shifted to during the day and later in the night. Unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to this reason.

This is not a review about the people who work at this location, this is a review about the company.
The recent, sudden, without-warning schedule overhaul has been extremely distasteful. There are no longer 8pm classes. Teachers have been scrubbed from the board. What happened here? Why? Hate to be reminded of corporate structure and profiteering in this way. What a shame.

Iβll start off by saying that I really love the teachers at this studio and their schedule is great. However, at my most recent class, all of my credit cards were stolen out of my LOCKED locker using the provided locks from the studio. They tried to spend thousands at the nearby stores and took all of the cards out of my bag. My bag was put back together, put back under all my jackets, and lock was put back on my locker, which suggests this person was familiar with the studio.
I contacted CorePower HQ and was told there is no way to contact the studio and that it was likely no one from the studio would reach out to me. Still to date, there has been no resolution as far as I know, but it feels like something that people should know about so they can be more careful with their things.
If you go here, I would highly suggest bringing your own lock for your things.

Great teachers but TERRIBLE customer service online. Tried canceling my membership after they charged me cause I Iβm moving and they said they could credit me and not give me a refund.even tho I havenβt taken any classes since they charged me. Do better guys.

Check your credit card statements. Even though I have not been to this studio for six months, I continue to see fraudulent charges on my credit card. When it happened once I assumed it was just an error so I filed a chargeback, but it has now happened three times. It's a small amount that is charged for a towel rental, so it would seem maybe it was thought it'd go unnoticed? Makes me wonder how many other people this is happening to. This is upsetting to see from a studio I quite enjoyed.

The instructor Lindsey C is very rude. In 2 different occasions her behavior was unacceptable, the first time about a month ago, she was unkind to me and my friend who joined for a class. Lindsey was disrespectful during the resgistration process. The second incident, she denied us access to the building eventhough one student came a couple minutes before the class and i arrived right on time. Her attitude towards the situation was just wrong.
I wouldn't recommend this studio.

First yoga class ever (Level 1) and Melania was wonderful. I lucked out and began my yoga journey on 8/8 (Lions Gate Portal which is cosmically powerful for new intentions/manifestation) which Melania shared with us all. The class was challenging to a newbie, but accessible. I definitely felt tension relieved and got a good sweat in with the sequences. Some of the holds were for, let's say, more limber peeps, but modifications were offered. On the whole, a great intro and I look forward to my next class in a few days with more knowledge.

Capitol Hill is a great spot. Clean and inviting. Itβs on a corner and not what I expected to see the lockers upstairs. I enjoyed the entry way which made me gasp with envy.
Then I took the C2 class with Erica. GO! Amazing flow with clear instructions. It was a tough routine and enough of what I needed while I was on vacation.
I was thankful for her energy and routine

I grew to love it! They offer first week free. Take advantage of it! The first class we took was unexpectedly hot and demanding so I am glad I continued to explore. I grew to love the heated studio and all the instructors, and now can't wait to go there every day. Candlelight series in the dark is my abst favorite.

Instructors and staff are nice. Just it gets overbooked sometimes and becomes over crowded
====Updated, just to reply to comment====
It would be great to follow the fire code standards : ) 3 weeks ago, I attended a class and felt more crowded than usual. I checked with instructor after and she told me it got overbooked that day. I dont remember the exact numbers but it was 3 or 4 people more than the limit.

I heart this studio so much. The lead instructor Joe B who teaches C2 classes and Sculpt is AMAZING!! He brings such good energy (and awesome music), and he pays great attention to his students well during the class (which is not what all instructors do) for tips and adjustments. I initially signed up just to take his classes.
Other instructors (Pamela, Jessica, Roger, Noel, Jay) are also great and very open to take questions and feedback. I really enjoy taking classes there!
The facility is kept nice and clean, overall itβs one of the best yoga studios Iβve gone to πβ₯οΈ

Three instructors are the reason I attend. Except 1 (Dana) passive aggressive, rude & did I mention rude. EXPENSIVE! for $159 monthly. Classes have no heat most of the time. Little tat bit heat will make it perfect for what we are paying for $159! Last minute sub instructors are fresh instructors from training who don't know what they are doing.

Trinity is such a good instructor, she is so energetic and always sets me up for the best day! I love how positive she is and how she motivates her students both in their workouts and in their lives. The studio is always so clean, the bathrooms are huge and full of amenities, and they always have great deals on brands like lululemon and Alo from their in-store collection. I love this studio!

The 1 week free special is what got me through the door. I'm glad it did! The studio is clean and well decorated. The teachers are very friendly, some go more in depth about the mind and your intentions, while others just do the "stretching". Its a nice balance depending on what you're there for. They also have an app which is very useful to know what classes are going on and at which location.

The studio is gorgeous like a spa. It was very clean and organized. The retail selection was very impressive and expansive. Everything I could of wanted was right there! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The class was amazing! The music was great but the instructor was amazing! I felt like a new person when I left! Thank you ALL for making me feel so welcome and at home. I look forward to coming back!

This location is always clean and the instructors are incredibly helpful! They encourage you to push and deepen your practice by being fully present and creative in their flows. They offer suggestions and best practices for your continued learning and the C2 class is different with every instructor! I am always learning something new while deepening something I've done time and time again.

I have never been someone who does yoga before, and the culture around yoga seemed really intimidating. But at Core Power I've really felt like it's okay that sometimes I get confused or need a break - I feel encouraged to move forward and join in regardless of my level. It's awesome, and makes me want to keep pushing myself to continue with practicing yoga.

If you've ever been to any CorePower this studio isn't any different. Well, the layout is certainly unique but all the main CorePower components are still in play: community, mindfulness, cleanliness, Minimalism, kindness, compassion, spirit, generosity, and great design ;) βand, of course WONDERFUL teachersπ Each Yoga teacher brings her own strengths, his own way to practice yoga and maybe perhaps even see the worldπ I recommend THIS studio and EVERY other CorePower Yoga studio in Seattle, Bellevue, even down in Portland or across the country! (Denver studios are the bestπ) βif you're serious about building up your core power definitely try COREPOWERπππ

This studio offers an awesome gradient of classes for a range of levels with tons of time options that you can tailor to any schedule. Their classes are a perfect marriage of challenge and rejuvenation. The studio space is beautiful and incredibly well-managed but what sets this location apart is the community. The team at CPY Capitol Hill is always going out of their way to host events and unify the already well rooted community. From rooftop yoga to inversion intensives, this studio is taking great care to cultivate outreach. The instructors make an effort not only to know your name, but to get to know you as a person again reinforcing a strong community presence.
