I was visiting a friend who takes classes with Yonat regularly. What a treat to tag along! Yonat is attentive, methodical, calm, and encouraging. I walked in with tightness and a little pain; leaving, I felt loose and strong. Run, don't walk to Creekside Yoga at Montaine!

Yonat is an amazing yoga teacher. She takes time to listen and understand students’ concerns, end goals and the areas they want to focus on.

Each session starts with a small meditation session that helps get in the zone.
She pays close attention to each pose/step during the practice and provides continuous feedback. I truly enjoy the sessions with her.

Over the last month I’ve had the privilege to take Kum Nye classes with Yonat. She is an incredible teacher! Yonat brings a calmness, and a sense of spaciousness to all of her classes. Her explanation of the different exercises; their names, purpose, how they’re done in class, as well as how they’re done as part of one’s daily routine is truly educational, and effective. I’ve learned quite a bit in this last month, and greatly look forward to continuing these classes!

I had the great fortune to take Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga classes from Yonat. She provided a lovely introduction to the material and each class built on and extended the previous classes' learnings. Her approach is kind and respectful, and each exercise left me excited to continue and learn more. Taking these classes has benefited my personal meditation practice as well, especially in having confidence to allow sensations and cultivate subtlety of awareness along with deepening relaxation.
