I started going to CrossFit Four Pillars because I was gifted a month membership. I didn't expect CrossFit to be my thing. Turns out I really like it! The owners, coaches, and members are very welcoming and encouraging. I enjoy the positive community connections with everyone working together. The class atmosphere helps you push yourself harder. Additionally, the coaches are very helpful and accommodating to adjust a workout when needed.

I absolutely love our local Crossfit Four Pillars! I felt welcome from the very beginning. I was concerned for some medical limitations I have and Valerie has been awesome with working with me. I am so proud of myself for starting something for me and Crossfit was the perfect place!

My wife and I travel full time in our 42' 5th wheel and one of the things I like doing is dropping in on different boxes as we travel.
Great coaching, Valerie is very detail oriented, really gets into the breakdown of each move so that you don't hurt yourself, Jason likes to keep you moving and is very enthusiastic about your performance.
Gym is small but at the sametime it's big enough to have your own space to do the WODs.
The other athletes I worked out with were very friendly and very inviting towards the gym also.
Great experience very friendly place.

CrossFit Four Pillars has created an environment that is very welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable and take the time to teach you the techniques and make sure you are doing things correctly during the workouts. The workouts are challenging, but doable. They can be scaled down to accommodate every fitness level.
Prior to starting my CrossFit journey, I checked out several gyms in the area. CrossFit Four Pillars is the only one that met all of my expectations and then some. I have been training less than a month and am already seeing positve results and setting goals. CrossFit Four Pillars is definitely an excellent choice to work on my fitness goals.

I've been part of the CrossFit Fourpillars community since November 2013, almost eleven years now, and though I've moved away and returned several times, this gym has remained the heart of my fitness journey. I’ve coached here and at other CrossFit gyms, but now, I’m just a dedicated member who values every workout, every challenge, and every moment spent here.At 44, I’m achieving personal records and doing things I never thought possible—even in my 20s. With a background in wrestling, league football, and martial arts, I’ve been active my whole life, but nothing has brought me to the peak of total fitness like CrossFit has. CrossFit isn’t just a workout; it’s a test of your will, determination, and character. It’s challenging, yes, but the rewards—both physical and mental—are beyond measure. CrossFit Fourpillars stands out because of its tight-knit community, its incredible coaches, and the unwavering support you feel every time you walk through the door. The owners and coaches aren’t just mentors to me; they’re like family—brothers and sisters who inspire me daily. If you’re waiting for the perfect moment to start, stop waiting. I love Crossfit Four Pillars! It is a very comfortable and welcoming place to workout. They really focus on technique and skill to help guide you safely through the workout. I would never get this type of workout and coaching by going to the gym alone. I recommend it to everyone!

As a complete beginner the coaches have been very accommodating, helping me find the exercises that I'm able to do at my fitness level. The many available classes through out the day also make it easier for people with busy schedules to find a time that works for them.

Everyone is so great at CrossFit Four Pillars! I joined about a month ago. I am not an athlete by any means and was worried I would not fit in. Not the case at all. I have felt very welcome. The coaches are patient in helping me discover what I can do and correct my form so I don’t get hurt while trying to get stronger. I already feel the difference and look forward to a long time membership.

I’ve dabbled in fitness before and have been to different gyms but this place takes a workout experience to a whole new level! The community is fantastic, the workouts are adaptable and the coaches really pour into your fitness experience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

If you would have told me I would be waking up for a 6am class, I would have NEVER believed you. But here I am a couple weeks in and I'm absolutely loving it. Every class is different and well structured. And definitely a SWEAT! The coaches are beyond amazing, they are knowledgeable and motivating. As well as those those working out alongside you. Such a friendly and positive environment. Highly recommend.

This gym is awesome. The staff and members are super supportive and the price is amazing compared to other CrossFit gyms I've been to around the country. I really slacked off over the last 2 years on my personal fitness but I really do feel like coming to the classes here are helping me get back to where I want to be. If your looking for the best daily workouts in town you will 100% find what your looking for here.

My husband and I have tried many gyms in the past and Crossfit - Four Pillars is the one that we have stuck with. We love the coaches. They make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly so you don’t get hurt. There are different levels in each class and the coaches know which alternate exercise is available for your level. It’s having your own personal coach in a class. So glad this is available to us.

Great staff and great gym. Coaches have really helped with me with my fitness goal of turning my dad bod into a father figure. I like that they are more concerned about doing the exercise right over doing them fast or with too much weight. Overall great experience so far.

Signing up for crossfit has changed my life. It has been my favorite time of the day. When I am there everything from the outside world goes away. It's my peace. The people, the place, the environment, the whole thing is so welcoming to literally every single person. Everyone is at different levels as everyone is different. There isn't a soul there judging you, but yet so many souls encouraging one another. The coaches.. well the coaches are FREAKING amazing! They literally never stop helping you grow! I love crossfit and the people!

I am so glad I stumbled upon CrossFit. It has changed my life for the better. Not only are the workouts challenging (but doable) the people, and the coaches are beyond wonderful. There’s no discriminating, we’re all at different levels of our workout journey. I started out learning techniques with the PVC pipe and worked my way to a heavier bar with weights. I want to add that on top of improving in my workouts I have improved overall in my foot speed, strength, and power. -this is all thanks to CrossFit Four Pillars

CrossFit Four Pillars is so much more than a gym. I tried CrossFit out on a whim and I will never look back. I had a 9 week old when I started & I will never forget Kellie telling me to come even if I didn’t have a babysitter. Nobody is ever going to judge you and everyone wants you to succeed. I joined CrossFit Four Pillars in 2018. I had never done a CrossFit workout, I honestly didn’t know anything about it. But my coworker told me how great it was and that I had to try it. Well, I am beyond grateful I did. After my first workout I was all in! There truly is nothing like it. Before CrossFit I knew nothing about weightlifting, and if that’s you, do not let that intimidate you from trying. The coaches are passionate about teaching correct form and making sure you have the knowledge to safely and correctly perform the lift. They truly want you to achieve your goals and care about how they can help you succeed. I have gained so much knowledge from different coaches that I use in class and outside in my daily activities. I will always be thankful I have been able to have CrossFit during each phase of my life. I’ve had two pregnancies and with each pregnancy the coaches always made sure I was still getting a great workout but modifying when necessary. And after each baby I’ve gone back and always had a warm welcome waiting for me. I am so grateful for that.
CrossFit Four Pillars gets me excited to workout, I look forward to class, it keeps me motivated, I love pushing myself and getting to try new things, it’s my outlet.

I joined CrossFit Four Pillars in October 2020 and have found it to be a place I look forward to going every weekday morning. The owners Jason and Val put a ton of care into creating an awesome experience for its members, listening and responding to feedback and suggestions for improvement. The coaching and programming are excellent (Coach Kellie is phenomenal!), and there's a cool mix of experienced athletes and newcomers as well, very old and very young. No matter your athletic abilities, CrossFit Four Pillars has a place for you to come and learn and grow.

the best place to be in any given night everytime i walk in there it’s nice to forget everything that’s going on in life and to throwdown with some of the fittest individuals in moses lake! the community is really what highlights it for me. everyone is so welcoming and so easy to talk to! the community is so supportive of literally everyone, i walk in there and don’t leave until everyone is done! i love everyone here and it’s the best place to be in moses lake!

I have been a member of CrossFit Four Pillars since 2013, have seen the facility and programs evolve over the years, and am very satisfied that the coaches cater to a wide range of athletes. As an older athlete, I value my coaches' advice regarding how I can scale my workload to a manageable--and safe--level. I appreciate the emphasis on proper technique and safety amid a community environment. This is not a box that emphasizes "redlining" and risking injury that could undermine one's progress.

I recommend this organization. It is a family friendly organization. Where my family will go coming.
We just finished the onboarding class. We all demonstrated easily measurable gains. I was not sure if I would have much gains, but we did. As a class I believe we gave an honest 1st class, and we gave an honest last class. Which resulted in a good class, and at least an additional fan!
The coaches take an active interest in helping people reach your goals. Just be honest with them, and they will help you reach your goals at your pace.
