We provide personal training and group classes to our neighbors in the Crown Hill/Greenwood area and beyond. Group classes are accessible to anyone at any fitness level. We will always meet you where you're at to help you become a stronger, healthier and more confident version of yourself. I had an amazing experience at Crown Hill Fitness! The group exercise session is perfectly timed to give a full-body workout, The space is super neat, well-organized, and has such a sleek, modern vibe. Great job to the team for creating such a motivating and enjoyable environment!

The community here is beyond amazing! The coaches are so welcoming to everyone and this is the only fitness routine i've been able to stick to and I owe it all to them and the other members. I've been going about 18 months. Highly recommend.

Sam and Kayla own this place and just did a big remodel. They both know a lot about how to safely practice the circuit training and yoga exercises they offer. There are always modifications offered if needed, and they are both very attentive to each student. I honestly don’t know how they can track everyone in their classes, but they do, offering tips for safety and improvement in real time.
It is a great community, very positive and affirming and inclusive. I go with my neighbors at 6 in the morning, and by 630 or 645, we are done with our workout for the day. It’s a great model for a way to workout, and the community aspect makes it that much more fun!
I had come from a yoga background, never having done circuit training or anything with weights before, and Sam and Kayla made me feel welcome and comfortable. This place is awesome!!!

Awesome gym. Sam runs a great workout, mixing it up daily. His enthusiasm and encouragement are boundless. And he’s so knowledgeable, making alternatives for injury or pain easy accommodations. And the community is awesome. The 6am crew in particular is fantastic. The best gym and workout I’ve been part of in a long time.

Sam and Kayla are so nice. They are deeply knowledgable and committed to their practice.
I like the classes because they keep me on track.
I like the calisthenics and a little bit of weights approach.
I don't want a macho, crossfit kind of thing. This is perfect for me.

I’ve tried a lot of different gyms and fitness studios over the years, but this is hands down my favorite. The owners, Sam and Kayla, are great human beings and the sense of community is exactly what you’re looking for when you want to find support and accountability with your personal fitness goals. The team is knowledgeable and well educated around personal training, and whether you are doing the personal training sessions or the small group classes, you get individualized attention and assistance. The classes are HIIT style, but there are modifications to account for every stage of the fitness journey. No matter where you are in your journey, you have a place here and will belong. Crown Hill Fitness is worth the investment in yourself.

The trainers are genuinely nice and helpful if you have any questions. It's newly renovated with new equipment. Also if you like SHIRTS you get can earn lots of milestone SHIRTS! You can choose between doing classes or 1:1 personal training or a mix of both. I've done personal training with B and it's been really helpful for my form. However I like the classes because it's fun to work out in a group.

I’ve been training with Kayla for almost a year now, doing 45-minute sessions three days a week, and I’ve only missed a couple due to illness. She and Sam are absolutely fantastic! What truly sets this gym apart is its strong sense of community. It’s not just a place to work out. It’s a space to connect with others in your neighborhood and build meaningful connection. I couldn’t recommend this ‘more than a gym’ enough!

I had been frequenting the previous gym here during the pandemic and recently returned to learn that my favorite trainer (ever) Sam and his wife Kayla have taken over ownership.
Group classes with Sam, Kayla, and B (another carry over trainer) are fun, motivating, and are positive and welcoming.
Classes are set up to have 6-8 exercises at 30 second intervals (high intensity style) with an option for cardio in between sets. There are themes throughout the week such as “war on core Wednesday” so you can start to learn which days you get the most out of.
There are mirrors or walls without mirrors depending on your needs/ if you want to be able to see yourself or not. The coaches are positive and I’ve never heard any negative body talk in this gym. Theres also yoga classes included in membership which I have yet to try.
I’m excited to see how Crown Hill Fitness and Wellness strengthens our community.
