No towels provided and no one wipes down equipment after use, really gross and good luck during cold and flu season. I was a member for 5 years because it is close to home but tired of asking for simple things like towels and hand sanitizer (which are everywhere at clubs 1/4 of the price). Don’t like it when businesses take advantage of customer base because they know it is so convenient.
Quit going 4 months ago and won’t be back.

The gym is good but I wish they would talk to the person who ties their dog outside when they come to gym. The poor dog seems very uncomfortable, especially when it was really hot weather outside.

Was harassed and profiled by the employees. Discrimination will be the downfall of this place. Small gym, clean enough- but the staff and their treatment of members is more than disappointing. Would not recommend to a friend.

This gym is so much more to us than working out. It transformed a tenacity for life. It’s more than fitness. It’s a community. It’s coaches who see your capabilities and push you harder. It’s friends who poke fun at your idiosyncrasies, who celebrate your victories and who check in with you when you’re down. Most gyms have an atmosphere of body comparison and ability shame. But this gym is different. This group has a diversity of ages, abilities, goals, and personalities. But they each embody their own flavor and they are each encouraged to be the best of who they are.

Brand new equipment throughout the gym! Super sleek! Nice job guys! Also, the group classes are top notch with a mix of HIIT type classes, Yoga and cycle. Completely affordable especially for the quality and the experience. Thanks Denali!
