The coaches at this gym are fantastic! The cost of the programs are SO worth it. The workout plans are tailored to you and your abilities and goals. You will also receive some nutritional guidance which I've never gotten before at a gym. The coaches are really there to help you reach your goals and challenge you. Such a fantastic experience! Just go in and commit to the journey!

Sent in an application for the free trail they had going on, on Facebook. I had made an appointment, they cancelled it. I emailed to reschedule, said I could come the next day never got a response each time until late that night then was asked to come in last minute, with having 3 kids that's impossible said I couldn't unless i could take my kids in with me for the first visit. They said when are you available for next week I told then all day Tuesday and Wednesday. Never heard a thing back. Very unreliable. I get it was free and that's very nice of these people, but to me it's very unreliable business, just poor management. Should follow through with something. Specially operating a buisness when your trying to get your name out there.
