I am 1 year into training with Noah 2 times/60 minutes per week. We set several lofty goals and we’ve surpassed every one of them. Strength way up, conditioning up, composition much improved, body fat way down, etc.. I work out at my gym 2-3 a week but look forward to the drive from Fremont (Seattle) to see Noah. If he has an opening, I would jump on the opportunity to work with him, he’ll change your life.

Noah provides an incredible private training experience. Getting ready for my wedding I was able to go from 15% to 8% body fat in only 6 weeks! I felt healthier, had way more energy, I was lifting more than ever before, and seeing the physical results quickly. He’s constantly changing up the routine and really understands the science and how our muscles work and how they need to be fed. Highly recommend!

First off losing weight and getting in shape is different for everyone. Noah was able to help push my limits past even where I thought my own boundaries were and take me to the level of fitness that I sought after. Do Work was able to recommend great nutrition plans that helped my body form to its new identity and from there increased my energy 10x!! They have great group rates and are always putting on new competitions within the gym to keep everyone motivated!.
