Nice facility. Unfortunately the staff are pretty rude and disrespectful to parents. Would recommend looking at other facilities.

Worst day camp in Spokane. It operates like a poorly ran day care. Save your money. I highly recommend The Warehouse.. night and day difference.

Last year my daughter went to dynamic and they helped her improve so much.
At the time she was in level 2 and her coach said she would like to do private lessons with her but we didn't have time to do that and when she was in level 2 she was able to do a back handspring almost a full twist and a back tuck and now she is training to do it on the floor and is improving and we would like to see her try level 3 and she is very excited to come back this year.Thank you π

All 3 of my boys have been taking classes for over 7 years now. They have also been to the ALL preschool and day camps every single summer! We have even had their birthday parties here! I am continuously blown away by the kindness and compassion that is shown to my kids. My middle son had some behavioral issues when he was younger and the coaches and teachers always took the time to pull him aside and help calm him down. They taught him strategies to calm down and showed him so much love. I highly suggest Dynamic for not only gym classes but preschool and day camps!

I am disheartened to see the way the summer camps are run. My 5 year old had never done gymnastics before, but she wanted to try it so I registered her for the camp. She works with an ABA clinic for her autism but is very high functioning. For her summer camps, the staff at the ABA clinic tried numerous times to reach out to see if it would be possible to send a therapist with her for the first day of the camps to help establish expectations/rules for the kiddo in a new place and show success strategies to the coaches if she started having a hard time. Multiple calls and emails were not responded to but we went forward with the camp anyway because she really wanted to try it. The coach was great, but my kiddo did feel a bit left out because she didn't have any experience.
The first two days were fine. On the third day, I was called to pick up kiddo because she had been upset and hit another child. I do agree that the consequence here was valid and she needed to come home, but the coach told me on the phone it would be for the day and when I got there the coach and front desk staff told me she was not to return until the following week as they had talked to the owner. This was a shock to kiddo who thought she would get to go back the next day and she ended up even more upset and I had to carry her out.
Before we left, I asked if I could give them the phone number to call the ABA clinic as the ABA clinic was willing to have the supervisors speak to the coach and offer success strategies for when she was able to return and it would also be good for them to hear the details of what happened so they could address it in their next sessions. I was told that Dynamic "does not get involved in all of that but if they send someone we wouldn't tell them to leave." I wasn't asking them to schedule anything just to call at their convenience and find a way to work with a neurodivergent kid who needed a little extra help sometimes.
We did send a therapist at the start of the following session and that session seemed to go better, but my husband went to pick her up one day and no one was at the desk. When he finally located staff, no one could tell him where the kiddo was - turns out she was watching a movie in a dark room. We were told it was because the other kids had already been picked up for the day. This was surprising because I had been told at the start of the first session that it was a structured day and not to pick her up before 5:00 PM by the front office. Apparently all of the other kids were getting picked up by 4:20 PM, which we absolutely could have done if we had known it was an option.
Basically, if your kid is neurodivergent and/or has never done gymnastics before, you might want to consider finding another location. Don't expect great communication either.

My daughter has trained here for the last 2 years. She started with tumbling last year to help her balance and teach her to cartwheel. She progressed into level 1 this year.
The good:
β’ Some coaches were really good and helped my daughter to develop. By the end she could do a decent cartwheel and had better flexibility for other activities.
β’ The viewing area is decent, and the facility is clean.
The not so good:
β’ The end of the year show is an expensive addon (~$150 with the required leotard), and the last 3-4 months of classes focus on learning the dance routine for the end of the year show. For anyone not participating in the show (most of my daughter's class) a large majority of each class is wasted on learning a dance routine instead of spending more time learning the bars, beam, etc like they did earlier in the year.
β’ While the coach was good, she was absent too much resulting in a sub coach "babysitting" the girls with games and other time-consuming activities many nights.
After 2 years, we decided not to return. Too many extra costs, wasted time, and inconsistent coaching ultimately pushed us away.

Very disappointed child because of lack of communication on their part. Was told yesterday a day for a class then received and email today's saying they messed up. Called and whoever I spoke with was no help and didn't seem to care. Won't be recommending this facility to anyone and will be going elsewhere for classes.

Management is a joke. The Facility is dirty and smelly. There is no professionalism at all in the management department at this gym. Yes some coaches do their absolute best at times. Turn over is high, so that should say alot about this "establishment." Personally would not waste my money at this gym. They will nickel and dime for their service. Birthday parties, Boys gymnastics, Daycare is a disappointment. Staff is expected to come out of pocket for any items that management will not provide for. Why is this place even in business? It's a disgusting place.

I am quite sad to leave this review, as I actually took classes from the owner, many, many years ago, and she is fabulous. However, this review is for the boys gymnastics class. My son has been taking the boys class for almost 2 months now, and the lack of structure, and lack of desire to be present (on the part of the instructor) is pathetic. He has absolutely no hurry, and the boys end up spending the MAJORITY of each class just standing around. Furthermore, I contacted the gym after the 2nd class, once it was apparent this is just how the instructor operates, and I was told to talk to the instructor myself. I'm sorry, but that is not only not my job, that is inappropriate.
Edited to add: Wow, wow, wow, and NOT in a good way. So, even though we were not at all impressed with the coach, we stuck it out. Just left the end of the year show, and it was SO disappointing. The boys are such an afterthought at this gym. They had the boys clear at the back of the gym with girls events happening simultaneously in front of them. Why not have separate seating for the boys class where you could actually see?? I am so sad to put this gym down, but this place is a GIANT waste of time and money. My son majorly regressed this year, because he was barely even being taught basics (which he clearly already knew - he was beginning backflips at his last gym, but barely practiced a cartwheel here and was not challenged at all! A different coach had to come in the last 3 weeks of the year and quickly hammer out a floor routine. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

My daughter had a wonderful birthday party here. Experience with the staff was good. Daughter and her friends seemed to really enjoy the time with the coach and playing in the in the foam pit, the climbing structure, and gym. Overall great time and would recommend having a birthday party here if your child is into gymnastics.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my daughters 3rd birthday party here and it was embarrassing to say the least. In the contract we signed we were told there would be a party host that will lead the kids in games and activities, I guess that means she tells the kids to go play and she sits on the ground with her hands on her head as if this is the worst job ever. No activities were lead or games played, she threated the kids with time outs and when she did ask the older kids to stay in her eyesight they did just that, although she complained that the kids didn't stay together, maybe if she was playing games with the 3 year olds they would have. The contract also stated that the party room would be set up. We got the bottom of the jug of juice and the leftover freezer burnt ice cream and I constantly had to ask for cups, silverware, napkins ect.
As if the experience wasn't bad enough, when I called to speak with a manager or the owner, the front desk manager, Courtney, was incredibly rude. She basically said it was our fault that the party went the way it did because our kids wouldn't stay together. I guess she's never been around 10 three year olds that don't have a proper leader to direct them. (I thought the party host would do this while playing games)
I have never had such a bad experience at a kids birthday party and I DO NOT recommend having one here.

We had several non rsvp guests show up which put us at 16 kids. When I arrived they had no decorations set up at all. When I asked them about this they hung up a small happy birthday banner. They did provide plates and silverware but no ice cream. The kids had a good time playing but I feel $225 was a little high when not all the services were provided.

I have two daughters that have been with Dynamic for several years now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The coaches are above and beyond amazing, the team dynamic between the girls on the teams is something they will carry for a lifetime, the skills they have learned as gymnasts are just amazing to watch the gym itself is in great condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone whose children are interested in gymnastics.

Im heart broken how poorly I was treated by the front desk staff today. Towards the end of my daughters class my two year old had been throwing a fit so I brought her downstairs to attempt to calm her down. While this was happening the front desk lady offered me a mask which I accepted & put it on. This is when my 2 yo started pulling it off my face. I noticed her & the other office lady glaring at me. So I stepped outside to get her under control. I allowed her to wear the mask & stepped back inside hoping theyβd give me another mask for me to wear. Instead I was met by Liz who was so cold to me I could hardly believe it. I was treated like I was refusing to wear a mask when I had been cooperative & kind the entire time just having a hard time with my child. I was shown zero empathy & was asked to wait outside like a dog. I would understand this treatment if I were disrespectful & refusing a mask but that was just not the case. I am the most un confrontational person you will ever meet. I am so sad that due to current events businesses & their staff feel as though treating people like this is okay. Going through reviews I notice a trend in complaints about these 2 ladies treating people poorly. Itβs a shame. The couches are so kind & are great with my girl. The receptionist is the face of your company & she has been so rude since day 1. It appears they donβt address issues here so it may not ever make a difference with the company but I hope this is helpful for other parents looking for a gym for their children.

We have been at this gym for 11 years!! My daughter has had a lot of different coaches. She's had rec classes and has been on team for 8 years. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their kid to enjoy any level of gymnastics. They have a no nonsense workout room. Free weights, treadmill, elliptical and spin bike, basically fits your needs for getting in a work out while waiting for your kid. They offer adult fitness classes also.
There is so much attention to detail in all their classes, attention to safety, attention to learning and attention to kids in class.
The great thing about signing up is everything is out in the open, payment, calendar, they go over it and you sign it, so you always know what you're paying for.
You will never find a gym where there aren't accidents, but this gym by far puts safety first. They realize that just because your child can do a cartwheel in the yard or a backflip on the trampoline that teaching them basics from the ground up is priority, and moving them up fast will not help them in the long run.
There has never been broken backs, necks and you never see any tricks or rope climbs without mats.
My daughter is a level 8 on team and we love it!!!

Wiggle worms
Paid $110.00 in mid November to start.
We went twice and didnβt feel like our 2 year old was quite ready to benefit from what they were offering. Elected to cancel our membership on December 5th. They billed us another $50.00.
$160.00 bucks for two 45 minute sessions.
We have every intention of or child being involved in gymnastics. Billing is the additional $50.00 will keep us from returning to this facility. You guys may be able to grow that class if it is just a pay as you attend class with a reasonable fee. In my opinion the trampoline parks have more to offer at a better rate.

My daughter has attended for three years and I have found coaches are kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable and the gym has so much to offer. However, the front desk lady is rude and short. I have never seen a smile. I have found she and the owner do not listen to feedback either. One time, I had an issue with the workout room and emailed. Instead of finding a solution that would work, the response was one sided and not helpful. I do not feel they listen to paying customers. Bummer. It could really be a great place with friendly costumer service.

The kiddo had a lot of fun. I wish the coach reinforced correct moves and corrected wrong moves (rather than telling 4-year-olds how to complete an entire obstacle course and then letting most kids do their own thing, the kids would benefit more from reinforcement of things they do right or correction of things they do wrong). The class was small enough for individual attention, which is always a plus.

The ONLY reason for this bad review is the front desk administration. She is very rude, unhelpful and never willing to answer questions. I have been bringing my child to dynastic for 5 years and this will be my last year, I enrol my child in classes that she forgets to add, I ask her questions about team and has no knowledge of anything. Her poor attitude is unpleasant to be around a children's place of business. Courtney you should find a new job....

My daughter, who is 12yrs old now, has been doing gymnastics since age 3 and we have been at three different gyms. This gym scared me the most with their attitude towards safety. Coaches would often be on their electronic devices or talking to other coaches while they should have been spotting my daughter, often letting her fall on her head and hurting her neck. It got to the point where she had no confidence in certain coaches and refused to continue learning how to do back handsprings because of fear. We had been at this gym on and off for 4-5 years but an incident that happened in her class one day made me immediately search out a new gym. A girl in her class was climbing the "climbing rope" with no safety mat below her when she fell to the floor and broke her back. My daughter witnessed this horrifying event and was pretty traumatized by it. When my daughter asked why there was no safety mat to catch her the coach said "She didn't need one. She should have held on better." Why this place is still in business I will never understand. Needless to say we found an awesome new smaller gym where safety is number one and my daughter has gotten back her confidence to learn a back handspring.

Called to inquire about my daughter doing gymnastics and they weren't friendly or informative they were very brief. Dynamic said since she was eight and hadn't been in a class before that she would only be capable of going to the beginners class that started in May which is 5 moths away. My daughter can do front and back flips as well as the splits she was born to do gymnastics... Shouldn't judge someone over the phone can't wait to go somewhere else you'll be seeing my daughter competing one day.

Very unprofessional. Our coach has been late starting class several times. She also spends class time on electronic devices. For the high price we're paying for lessons in these large classes, this is a huge waste of my money. I gave it two stars however because my kids are having fun and the facility is adequate. But worth the money? Not really. I'm also shocked an owner would allow such rude and unhelpful front desk staff, and such unprofessional emails to go out every month. There are many errors in them consistently.

My daughter likes to go to, but I'm paying $60 a month for 4 classes that are not even an hour long, 45 minutes at best, the last fifteen minutes the kids crawl around a McDonald's type play area. I'm disappointed that this gym won't pro-rate, for example, this week (spring break) there is no class, yet I'm still paying fullprice. I have also found that the staff are pretty rude. When this season is over my daughter is going into different sport that doesn't bleed you dry.

Administrative staff and front desk stuff is so rude and not helpful at all. I met Courtney McKlveen and I had a terrible experience with her. She is so impolite and has no smile on her face. Has no compassion and has no experience with customer service at all. I was refused to speak with Office Manager and actually the office manager (Liz Shelton) was near by and heard the conversation and did not approach but allowed her rude receptionist to ignore my request to see office manager.
The only positive experience I had was my son's coach Ginny. She is awesome will miss her.

Dynamic is the only place I will take my daughter and the ONLY place I would recommend. They are not only an amazing facility, the coaching staff is unmatched. They approach each child with a 'can do' attitude and instill a work ethic that is amazing. My daughter has flourished into a gymnastics loving, strong, confident young woman and dynamic helped immensely with that. They definitely care about the kids they coach and they are very accessible when needed. I love that I can 100% trust leaving my daughter in their care. They are also very honest about potential when necessary. You can tell that from the owner down to the newest member, they all love gymnastics.

I cannot be more grateful for this gym, its owner, and coaches for how they've influenced our lives. I have two boys. Both started in rec classes, where they had amazing coaches, and now both are on team. Not only is the sport fun, but my boys are growing physically, mentally, and emotionally as well. It has become such a confidence booster, especially for my shy son, and a natural tool to learn self-control for my outgoing son. Though we mainly interact with the boys' team coach (who is AMAZING), we have come to know all the other coaches as well. They are invested in the kids, professional in their approach, and skilled in their training.
