Love Edmonds CrossFit!! I've been a gym member for years but rarely used it. I started CrossFit in January and have been going 3 days a week since I joined. It's the only program I've been a part of that I truly enjoy. Terrell is the best coach, he keeps the class fun but still motivates and pushes you to keep improving. It isn't just the coaches it is also the other members that make this such a great workout experience.

After moving to Edmonds & knowing absolutely no one, my husband & I have found our community (and our fitness) at this gym!

In 9 months, I've gone from being able to do maybe - maybe, on a good day - one push-up to being able to sweat through 21 sets of 3. I feel confident about my athletic goals. I've gone from not knowing what a deadlift was to setting goals that double my starting weight.

I love the people that I work out with and the way they push and encourage me. I can't recommend Edmonds Crossfit & Morgan, the coach, more highly. You won't regret checking it out.
