You can expect to gain muscle, shed fat, and have a blast de-stressing all at the same time.
I offer 1 ON 1 boxing, personal training sessions or a hybrid version of the two. I do also make house calls depending on the radius and a travel fee.

Working out is something I usually have to push myself to do—but training with Elliot feels like hanging out with a friend and having fun. He's an incredible boxing (and fitness) coach and brings deep knowledge, patience, and genuine positivity to every session. He doesn't just tell you what to do—he explains the why behind every movement, helping you improve with understanding and purpose. He listens, challenges you, supports you, and keeps you motivated. I came to Elliot with zero experience and now feel confident with my footwork, defense, and striking. His methods are effective and his energy is contagious even when we do our sessions at the crack of dawn at 5 AM.
His training methodology has a deep focus on the boxing fundamentals with conditioning, which has improved my fitness tremendously. Elliot really takes the time to make sure your form and technique is good before proceeding.

Working with Elliot has been a great experience so far. He really takes the time to guide you through the fundamentals and ensures that you develop good habits through repetition, but he manages to keep the session very entertaining and engaging.
Boxing has been a saving grace for dealing with the stress from work and I'm glad I was able to pick up a hobby that not only gets me in shape but lets me punch my stress out!

Have been boxing with EP Boxing for a couple months now and it’s been an amazing experience. Elliot is the perfect coach whether you’re just starting out, or much more advanced, as he easily able to tailor his approach to your needs. I’ve worked with a lot of coaches over the years in a variety of disciplines and it’s extremely rare to find one like Elliot who both has a deep understanding regarding the X’s and O’s of the subject matter, AND is a great teacher at the same time. I've been training with Elliot for a couple of months now on a weekly basis, and I feel like I've made a surprising amount of progress. I came in as a complete beginner, but Elliot made boxing accessible: he's great at giving actionable feedback, catching mistakes, and incrementally breaking down ways to improve your fitness and skill. Boxing with Elliot is the highlight of my week. I have improved a lot since I have start training with him. Elliot is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. For example, I told him that I wanted to start training for sparring and he quickly adjusted our clases to included more realistic drills.
