Concerning evening classes during week days around 6 pm. Hardware Sales employees park on Lincoln St. , where your members park for these classes. Hardware Sales, closes @ 6 o'clock too. The employees are getting off work & trying to go home, when people are coming to park, for your classes.. it makes it difficult to leave. You really need to change the start time to later than 6 o'clock...Please think about it. Update 3/23 5:44pm Guess you didn't like about changing the start time... cars coming to park...

Excellent trainers that work with you not on their agenda. This is for someone that is serious about getting/staying in shape. For any level of fitness, the trainers modify moves for the level. I recommend it.

Great workouts in a very supportive and welcoming environment! The small group, instructor led, circuit workouts are challenging, fun and you breeze through them before you know it. I look forward to my 5:30 AM workouts. I've met some really great workout buddies at EBG and the trainers are super! First gym of this type I've ever joined and it has really improved my overall fitness!

Both my parents were professional body builders & I've been a "gym rat" myself for over 30 years. I can say w/out hesitancy this is THE best gym I've ever belonged to. I find it remarkable that as I grow older, I'm actually growing stronger attending the various classes offered. I've never really enjoyed group classes at other gyms (guess I found them distracting or I felt inferior to others) but EBG's classes are energizing, motivating...& super fun! The fact that a triathlete and a newbie (wanting to lose 50 lbs) can attend the same class & both get a great workout speaks volumes to the quality of instruction. Plus, having an ever attentive trainer watching form at every class has me injury-free since day one of joining this gym. Sure you could pay $10/mo at a cheap gym down the road, but if you're looking for results from your efforts & want professional instruction in a clean, well maintained facility....then try a class at EBG. You'll love it! I consider it a great investment in myself & quality of life.

I LOVE this gym! I have been going to this gym for a couple of years now and I would never go anywhere else. I have seen great results and I love the trainers and the community. It is such a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere.

I'm a long time member of Everybody's Gym and the trainers there are top notch! Jon and Londa are excellent at tailoring work-outs to match with where you're at. No matter your fitness level, you will always feel safe and supported. As you get comfortable, they are awesome at encouraging you to move out of your comfort zone and you will soon find yourself doing things that you never thought you were capable of.
I have never felt positive about my body, but through my training at EBG and the devoted community there I am finally beginning to appreciate myself. Everyone at the gym, including trainers and clients, are always positive and supportive. When you miss a work-out you are missed, and are joyfully greeted upon your return.
When you spend money attending a gym you are making an investment in yourself. I feel so lucky to have found a gym where they are so invested in me!

Nothing could be father from the truth. Everybody's Gym has been an amazing and trans-formative gym that is focused on results, being safe, and having a great community. Yes, Everybody's gym rose from the ashes of Forever Fit, which was ran by a passionate owner who cared about the people coming to his gym. Unfortunately, like a lot of businesses that go south he understood training, he did not understand business. Everybody's gym is a fair, open and honest gym. Meaning you know what you'll pay, and you'll not have to worry about things changing.
The staff at EBG is amazing. Londa, and Jon bring together great ideas with awesome skill to help you achieve your goals. I've personally be working with Jon for three plus years now. I can say with experience that you will not find a better trainer (want results/numbers? I went from 300 lbs down to 205lbs, I have increased most of my lifts 100-200%, and I feel easily the healthiest I have ever been in my life). Its one thing to have a trainer who has you go through the motions, its another thing entirely to have someone who is constantly trying to improve his craft, researching diet, technique, theory etc.
The other amazing thing about EBG is the community, yes, there was a bad experience for some with the transition between Forever Fit and EBG, but it was the community that held it together. The supportive nature everyone has, the camaraderie that is shared, your not just going to just any gym. Your going to workout with your friends and extended family who care about you, who appreciate you being there and who give 110% because they know you are too.
I cannot state enough, talk to Londa, talk to Jon, join the myriad of classes they offer, try personal training with them. You'll get infinitely more in terms or results then you would just going to generic-gym and being on that stair stepper.
