Everyday strength is the by far the best gym in all the land! Sam and Nan are fun, encouraging and knowledgeable coaches! I chose this gym because it is structured and no workout is the same. I love the team effort and accountability as well!

I have tried many gyms in the Wenatchee area over the years and found myself lost with no direction. 5 years ago I found a true gem in Everyday Strength. Sam and Nan have helped me recover from a total knee replacement. I never thought I would be able to get up off the floor again not to mention walk with confidence and no limp.
I am able to do all that now and more. Also I have been able to keep up with my growing grandson. When he was born Sam and Nan started the kids class that gave me the opportunity to have a good work out and my grandson at the same time, not only did I get the personalized training Sam and Nan helped speed up my grandson’s growing mile stones. From new born to 1 /12 years old he is off and running and playing copycat the adults at the gym. ❤️

This gym is the only gym I've ever been able to be consistent with. Sam and Nan make going to the gym feel like hanging out with friends. They are extremely knowledgeable coaches and can modify every workout to your strength and ability. The price is well worth what we get out of our small group classes! I have never had an issue with communication from the coaches and when there have been issues with booking on the app, my problems are addressed and solved quickly. I love this gym and the friends I've made at Everyday Strength. If you're considering joining, just do it!

Absolutely amazing expertise! I haven't been able to work on upper body strength for decades (previous cervical spine injuries), despite several tries with experts. Sam is a cut above the rest. She is attentive to the physical and emotional needs while I overcome fears and limitations of my spine damage. I actually look forward to going to the gym and schedule my day around it. I can't give high enough praise.

While staying in Wenatchee for a project, Everyday Strength revealed itself to be an absolute treasure. The training is outstanding, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and the vibes are immaculate. I was able to get in a workout that challenged me every day and made some great new friends. I HIGHLY recommend Everyday Strength no matter what your current fitness level is - the team will make you feel welcome and get you started. The best gym I have ever been to in all of Washington state.

I love this gym community! Sam and Nan are the best coaches, they modify exercises to your needs while pushing you to achieve more when appropriate. I started going after some medical issues and felt comfortable explaining my needs to Sam. With coaching and guidance my confidence has grown. This Gym is the best would 1000% recommend.

Love this gym! Everyone was soooo welcoming! Sam is just amazing! She truly is an amazing coach! I came in after not working out for a long time and she knew my strengths and didn’t push me past them. I feel like since starting here i have gotten so much stronger and my cardio is 100 xs better as well! I look forward to her classes!

I've been going to this gym for 6 months and I am so happy I found it! I love the small class sizes and individual attention that we receive from the coaches. They are super knowledgeable and emphasize safety. I've struggled in the past to stay motivated, but the environment here is so welcoming and positive that it makes it easy to get up and go to class. Obviously you have to be motivated from within to stick with an exercise routine, but being in such a supportive environment really helps. If you are willing to put the work in you will see results. I love that the emphasis is on strength and mobility and not on losing weight.

I tried a few gyms in the area and they did not even compare to Everyday Strength. My first class I felt extremely welcomed and every class since the ive received great feedback on how to improve form and also felt included. Everyone at this gym has such a great attitude, is very supportive and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re new to weight lifting, if you’re very experienced, or anywhere in between!

I started going to Everyday Strength almost three years ago.
My wife was looking to join a gym, and I tagged along. I am so happy that I did. It has been a life-changing experience.
I always thought I was in good physical shape because I enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking and mountain bike riding. I have a home gym and regularly lift weights. However, I lacked a program and did not have any direction, guidance, or consistency. I was neglecting and avoiding some vital areas of physical fitness. I know now that I only focused on exercises I liked doing or on things in which I excelled.
Everyday Strength offers an atmosphere that is:

Sam Garvin, the owner and head coach at Everyday Strength, provides functional fitness programming ensuring progress if you consistently put in the work and are ready to do your best when you walk through the door.

More than 2 year later, I thought it was time to update this review…Everyday Strength is still the BEST gym experience. I have continued to attend 5 days a week most weeks for 2 and a half years. I have gained strength, fitness, health, confidence, and happiness. Sam is an amazing coach…she knows how to scale things when you need them and then push you when you are ready. She is generous with her time, knowledge, humor, and compassion. Her programming works for everyone regardless of your age (teens to 80+), gender, body size, fitness level (from beginners and/or post injury to already fit athletes). No workout is ever the same. I am still hitting new PRs on just about everything and gaining new skills (like jumping onto a 20 inch box and walking on my hands). The Everyday Strength Community is loving, supportive, and lots of fun. I feel so lucky to have found this gym and committed to it. A few notes…a year of my time with Sam was virtual because of covid. She provided online classes and coaching, adapted things to what was available in my home gym, and I finished quarantine in way better shape than I started…This is not the type of gym where you can expect to find a “lose 20 pounds in 30 days” kind of program. It is not about weight loss, but about strength gain to improve every aspect of your life. While I don’t own a scale, I can tell you my body composition has drastically changed, and I needed a whole new wardrobe…lastly, I am over 55 and never imagined I would be doing so many new, fun, and exciting things at this stage in my life.
First review February 2020 - Everyday Strength has been the best gym experience. I was coming off a chronic injury, but eager to start working out again. Sam has scaled things to work for me and three months in, lots of good muscle soreness, but no injuries. The workouts are always challenging, but at the same time really fun. Atmosphere and environment are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Sam is one of the best trainers/coaches I've ever had. She is so patient and understanding with all levels of fitness. She will help you obtain your goals even if it takes you 6 months or longer. She doesn't push you if you're not ready but will push you when she knows you're ready to move up! She works really well with injuries and if you're in pain or healing she will modify workouts custom fit for you. I highly recommend her!!
