I'd lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time and with that came the loss of some muscle. I got most of that muscle back in the 6 months I have been with FastFit (The Perfect Workout). The trainers are great, the full body results in 3 sessions per week was better than the results I've had after years at other gyms. The cost is a little high, but if you can afford it, it's worth it.

I have been going twice a week for approx 6 weeks and love how strong I am feeling. I was able to go skiing and my legs were not screaming at me. It is amazing how just 20 mins can accomplish so much. Especially like the encouragement from Megan and the small intimate feel of the studio⦠highly recommend!

It has been a great discovery for me. I have been training for over 6 months now and my body feels and looks different. It has worked very well and I think it is everything a person over 40 needs. Megan has been an excellent, kind and caring trainer.

A full-body strength-training workout in 20 minutes! I have yet to understand the machines and all their metrics, but I am seeing significant improvement in my strength and tone, and Megan and Anne are great!

I am so happy to have found The Perfect Workout!
We have had three sessions and it truly is an effective 20 minute workout. Ann greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm. She walked us through everything and listened to us while giving us valuable info. Strength training is so important for your body and I look forward to our twice a week workouts. Feeling Strong and healthy is our priority, we finally found a routine that we are excited about!!

Meghan was great- friendly and knowledgeable. However, when I lost my job and needed to move out of the area in the first 30 days from enrollment, I requested special consideration from the cancelation policy- I didn't want or ask for a $99 refund for the 1 month I'd paid, I only asked that they stop the auto-deduction for the following month immediately. I was told by the Regional manager, Travis, that "we're unable to make exceptions to our 30-day cancellation notice policy. This policy helps us maintain fairness and consistency for all of our clients, and unfortunately, we are not in a position to waive it in this case."
So, to be clear, here's what he is saying to all of the subscribers- BEWARE. If you lose your job or otherwise, you will be treated the same way.
PS, the cancelation policy makes it clear that if you're unsatisfied in the first 30 days, you get your money back, as long as you show up for the workouts. Evidently, they have a way around EVERY potential cancelation. You will most definitely get to cancel, but it will be at a 100% penalty.

I was looking for an exercise routine to have more strength to improve my health and that was appropriate for my age and I found the perfect workout, at first I wasn't sure if it was for me, but Megan clarified all my doubts, it has been an extraordinary experience, Megan is very patient and professional, respectful and nice, I want to thank you Megan for the support during my training and for the results I have obtained, not only do I feel better, I also look better!!

This is the perfect workout for older people with health and medical conditions. I have gotten so much stronger doing this since November 2023. I have had 2 knee replacements and one hip and I have not felt this good for years!!
