Haven't actually done anything at Field house but there's a trampoline park inside it called Big Air that my son absolutely loves! It's fairly large and has trampolines built into the floor. Theres also a zip-line, big slide, obstacle course and even a mechanical bull lol. Their is a concession stand, food is simple but decent. My favorite thing is you can buy souvenir cups that are refillable for very cheap, can get a large slushee for a dollar. They do birthday parties too but I haven't explored that yet. Highly recommend going on $10 buck Tuesday (every Tuesday) you get an hour for 10 bucks and can either do 1 or 2 hours (2 is $20)

Terrible staffing at the BIG EATS concession stand. And I heard from Coach that there was an “almost shooting” here - but you won’t find reports of it anywhere. Fieldhouse scrubbed the socials of the evidence and police were never called. I really dislike bringing kids here.

The place is HUGE! They have 7 basketball courts, a trampoline park, a gym, a MMA octagon, a boxing ring, a bunch of mats for wrestling (in the MMA area), and cosessions. I saw that they have an area upstairs too, but I didn't go up there so I don't know what else is up there. The only issue i had with it was how much it was to get in. My son was playing in a basketball tournament over the weekend and it cost $20 to get in for 1 day, or $35 for the weekend. I don't know about you guys, but I think that's outrageous! Yeah, that's only 30mins of being on the clock at work for me, but still. Didn't even have the common courtesy to give me a reach around, you know what I'm sayin? 🤷‍♂️ That's why I only gave it a 4⭐️.

I noticed three things I did not like. Organizers being Dishonest, someone hidden by back pack and I had to quickly recover it. Third some players look not volleyball family or friendly and generally it was boring to me. I love My Ae volleyball league.

This concept of this place is cool, but like other reviews stated, better separation of courts would be nice and the constant loud buzzers for the multiple games going on, can confuse the kids playing; Teams kept stopping in the middle of play when the buzzers would go off. Not to mention it’s so loud, you can barely hear the refs whistles.

However my biggest complaint is the cost. My family went to watch my son play in a basketball tournament. It was a $15 entry fee, per person each day! They didn’t offer a weekend pass, family deals, or cheaper entry for the tournament. We paid $75 bucks to watch a 45 minute game, then had to pay it again on Sunday! Any additional family members coming to support the kids were discouraged as well because of the pricing. $15 entry fee isn’t a lot if you’re spending the day or using the facility, but to just watch your kid play one 45 minute game, especially after already paying the tournament entry fee, was ridiculous!
Also, trying to find the place was not easy. Google maps takes you right into the main entrance of the mall. And the signage outside of Fieldhouse was minimal and not customer friendly. For such a large facility you would think it would be pretty easy to find.

This place is a large basketball arena with many courts, making it perfect for hosting various games simultaneously. I appreciate that you can download the app and watch your players on it. However, I wish there were more food vendors within the courts to complement the experience. There are other food choices outside, but having more options inside would be ideal.

Every week I play here. And when my kids are with me they try to play at the vacant or empty court while no one is playing. They are kids. They are active and enjoying the place. They know that there are paying players and they stay away if the game starts. How I can introduce this indoor facility to my kids? Next time put signage ‘No kids allowed!’ and put a padlock on every court!!! Such poor and selfish management.

Went there for a basketball tournament. The refs clearly favor certain/local teams. To the point where the team they knew scored their 1st basket on the wrong hoop and they made everyone start the game over!?!?!
There’s nothing worse to the game than refs who don’t know how to do their jobs honestly.
Also it’s not clean at all, bad management. Gives Auburn a bad look.

Impressive facility with everything you need for tournaments. Surrounded by a mall and with tons of parking, you can make a weekend out of it.

Only downside was that the wifi wasn’t working in the arena area itself (not great for Canadians that aren’t roaming). There was good wifi in the mall.

My 5 year old daughter and her 6 year old friend had a great time playing here. They got to get out a lot of energy. There's not as much to do as say the trampoline place in federal way, and we couldn't get anyone to come and let the kids into laser tag, but it was cool other than that. One last thing to note is that discount toddler time for kids ages 6 and below is not available during school breaks. Kinda sucked.

Also the limited amount of disabled parking spaces made it so difficult since they were all taken. WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!My group and I booked a court for 2hrs. come to find out they were fully booked already. But they had charged my card already. So the only option was to get the people on the court I payed for to get off. Or to refund my money. They did nothing and gave me a bunch of bu** when I asked for a refund. So if you plan to host an event here think again. Make your money worth while somewhere else. They feel entitled ones you enter there doors. The service goes right out the window.

I went to a Volleyball tournament over the weekend. The Family and Ladies restrooms were dirty, fecal matter on the toilets. Couple of the stalls were out of toilet paper and toilet liners. Wasn't a pleasant experience.

The Fieldhouse facility is amazing. The manager Todd is a great guy to work with. My boys play Volleyball here, the open gym, camps and the Club Coaches are great. Airhouse is a great time we have even had our daughters birthday party there. Just do not deal with Jared Walters the director of Kraken Volleyball(Kraken Volleyball is just renting space from FIeldhouse) as is basically useless.

Facility is really nice. But we've been there for multiple volleyball tournaments and their bathrooms are not maintained. Today their front bathroom had 2/5 stalls closed. Of the three open 2 were out of toilet paper, there were no paper towels, soap was out and there was toilet paper and paper towels all over the floors and counters. This seems to be a consistent issue with all the tournaments we've been at this year.

Their solution today was to close that bathroom? Just turned the back one into a hot mess too.

They are hosting tournaments with over 20 teams with spectators. They should have plans to deal with this very common issue.
