Steptoe Body Boot Camp is 30 minutes, but don’t let that fool you—this is the longest half hour of your life. The instructors smile sweetly while casually commanding you to do jump squats until your quads start writing their last will and testament.
Somewhere around minute 18, I began seeing visions of my ancestors, all of them judging me for skipping leg day in the past. By minute 25, I was negotiating with higher powers just to make it through. And then, bam, it’s over, and you’re lying in a puddle of your own sweat wondering why you already want to sign up again.
It’s brutal, it’s hilarious, and it works. You’ll limp out sore, proud, and oddly addicted.

Highly recommend. Coaches are super engaging. Will modify the “quick” 30 min workout to help out with any injury you may be dealing with, and whatever level of fitness you are. I thought this was going to be “easy” and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely can kick your own butt in 30 mins. Just wrapped up Week 3 of the 4 for $40, and I’m blown away! This place is incredible. The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but also down-to-earth and genuinely supportive. They meet you where you are in your fitness journey, offering encouragement, smart challenges, and thoughtful modifications to keep you safe and injury-free.

The environment is positive, welcoming, and inclusive — they truly see and support you as a whole person. Each class is a fast-paced, 30-minute session that fits perfectly into a busy schedule. You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and already looking forward to the next one.

I did the 4 for $40 intro special and LOVED my experience! Like many of us I’m busy and often put off going to the gym. These workouts are 30 minutes long and work out your entire body. Now when I feel like I don’t want to work out I just tell myself “it’s only 30 minutes” and I actually go!!
I thought the group setting would make me nervous but it actually helped me. I deal with anxiety in public settings but the atmosphere is so warm, the trainers are kind, relatable and funny and everyone is so focused on the workouts I didn’t get nervous at all.

I highly recommend this place to those crunched for time, those that don’t like gyms or anyone that deals with anxiety. I think this set up of quick 30 minute group workouts are just a great idea and it helps trick your brain into getting to the gym.
