Kristen is the BEST! For someone who doesn’t even like to workout- the classes are always different, fun and customized to your own level. Every person I’ve brought (which is many) to a class becomes addicted. Nothing else even comparable in Skagit Valley- I HIGHLY recommend!

I looked long and hard for a fitness studio and personal trainer in Skagit. It was important to me to find one that was mindful of COVID protocols during the height of the pandemic, and that the philosophy was about body positivity and whole-body health, not just a straight-on, cookie cutter approach to getting fit. I've worked with trainers across the country, and Kristen Scally is the best, hands down. You'll be pushed, no question, with full-body workouts that both start where you are and take you to your edge. Kristen has barre classes and private sessions, and Natalie G. holds HIIT and release (full-body stretching) classes — I haven't done barre (Kristen's signature), but have done everything else and both ladies' classes are excellent. Warm, supportive environment, spotlessly clean, and personal attention that gently redirects your form until it's second nature. Fitness 360 is one of my favorite parts about living in Mount Vernon, and I feel lucky to be a client here!

I love coming to Fitness 360. I have made it a point to go once a week and would do more if I could. I’m a runner and the classes Kristen teaches have really helped me in my running. Kristen is an amazing instructor and always helpful. I recommend to anyone looking for a great workout to come to Fitness 360

Kristen Scalley has brought a real gem of a fitness studio to Mount Vernon. She is deeply knowledgeable about movement and anatomy and having her care and attention in small classes is of great valuable to me. And the facility is lovely, too. But I would take a class with Kristen in a funky backroom. And I have :-). Both the Barre and Release classes are fantastic.

Highly recommend taking a class at Fitness 360. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and is wonderful at both pushing experienced athletes and making modifications for beginners. A really fun and unique workout that will definitely leave you feeling sore the next day!

I love Barre class! I have done other workout classes and Barre with Kristen has been the fastest result driven class yet. She makes it fun but at the same time you leave class feeling it! I have noticed my muscles getting more tone and don’t feel bulky like other workout classes. Kristen makes you feel welcome and her studio is always clean.

I absolutely love this studio and love Kristen! The studio is always neat, organized and clean. It’s very welcoming. The classes are fun with amazing upbeat music. It’s catered to literally anyone. I also had the pleasure of doing a 1 on 1 session with her. She really helped me focus on form and changing some things to limit knee pain. After that session I haven’t experienced any pain during workouts. During classes I love that she walks around and helps you whenever you need it so you can get the most out of your workouts. I highly recommend this studio!
