Cannot recommend Cindy enough! My partner and I started training with Cindy a few months back and we’re hooked. She provides tailored workouts to fit your needs, injuries and goals. I came to Cindy after a calf injury and not only did she support modifications to workouts but is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to strengthening support muscles and getting you back on track. Feeling stronger and healthier after each session. If you think 30 mins isn’t enough time for an intense workout, be ready to be mistaken. Cindy knows how to turn up the burn and will whip you into shape with the “spicy walk!”

Cindy has been the perfect trainer for me. When I did my first consult with her, I told her I wanted first to be consistent and then go from there. She listened. We have gradually stepped up my routine, and I am starting to see changes in how my clothes are fitting. She pushes me without being aggressive and does consider movement that is low risk for injury. Wherever you are in your work out journey, I believe she can help you.

I have been working with Cindy for a few months to improve my running strength muscles and she is very knowledgeable, supportive, and help me to achieve my personal fitness goals. Cindy heard my goals (build strength, be consistent) and is super supportive. My workouts fit me -- my body, my injuries/aches, my goals, my needs. I've gotten progressively stronger and more confident in my capabilities, thanks to Cindy. I've had some rough experiences with personal trainers in the past, who've largely forgotten the 'personal' part -- Cindy's individual, tailored approach should be the industry standard.

I started working with Cindy over a year ago when some health issues impacted my ability to maintain my core strength and muscle. I had some chronic issues that I needed help working around—I tried Hiit style classes and had injured myself to the point where I couldn't even do yoga easily anymore (I could not even hold a plank). Slowly but surely Cindy's training and guidance has relieved most of my pain, restored my core strength and improved my entire outlook. Many personal trainers are young and inexperienced people who don't understand how it feels to have your body fail you as you age. I trust Cindy to build the right balance of movements and weight to keep me safe and progress toward my goals.
