I want to mention coach Monet, she has been an incredible coach and a huge part of my fitness journey. I participated in few fitness challenges and she was very supportive and very patient with me, her morning classes are fun and full of energy. UPDATE, So I was in the 6 week challenge they promote and won 1st place the prize was $5k that was back in july when they said I won but haven't been payed yet and they said they are not entitled to pay since there was nothing signed so all I can say is don't join the challenges they promote or you will just be scamed out of your money in any fit theorem around the US, already complained to BBB for False advertising they advertise a prize and wont fulfill that prize, they claim free but you have to pay a deposit once your there, this place use to be awesome the employees are great hard working people but the owner and regional managers are making the business not good anymore.

I like the gym it self but the way how they marketing is bad when I want to sign in for the champion they charge me like 365$ they said that will cover for 3 months that was on 10/31 so It would cover for November, December and January but they changed me again like 163$ after first month and they said I need to pay again on January like 163 that would be like 700$ for what they didn't tell you unti you find them charging your card....I have myfriend canceled for thesame reason. YOU GUYS ARE LOSING YOUR castamer.

My wife won a “free” 6 week body transformation program. Then when she went in for the consult, they were requesting $1000. We even messaged beforehand to verify that it was free and they said yes but they lied. We will never be going here and they can expect to hear from our lawyer for false advertising.

I joined fit theorem when I was struggling to get back to my fitness regime after not going to any gym for almost a decade, and that's where fit theorem really helped me. My schedule matched with coach Zaida and coach Rexx and they are truly great. They were kind and yet challenged me during the class that helped me achieve my goals. In 3 months I went from 26% to 13% body fat but most importantly I feel more comfortable in things I love to do like my morning runs and play cricket. Cricket is an intense game that requires endurance and strength. Each game lasts for around 6 hours and as a catcher/keeper I have to basically do 300 squats during the game. So thank you fit theorem!

Never would I have thought that Fit Theorem would help me reached my goals and started me on a healthy journey that I will never change or exchange for anything. Such an amazing environment to be at and it is always fun no matter how difficult the classes were.

My review for Fit theorem it’s not a bad review but it’s not a good review. I guess my biggest pet peeve about it was the mats didn’t seem as clean as they should’ve been. Some of the coaches were really good and some of them were just OK but I do believe Fit theorem is a good thing For people to start a healthier lifestyle.

I saw an ad about a free 6 week transformation challenge and signed up. I have never done anything like this before so I didn't really know what I was getting into. There is an upfront deposit that you can get back at the end of the challenge IF you reach your goal, making it free. I just finished my 6 week challenge and am very satisfied with my results. I feel so much stronger and healthier in only 6 weeks. I recommend FitTheorem to anyone looking for a transformation that doesn't know where to start. The consultation felt like a bad date. They use super high pressure sales techniques and use your words against you. They said the challenge deal was off the table if I didn’t decide immediately. Thats manipulation and bullying. They obviously offer the challenge all the time. I always block bad dates when they show so many red flags, so I did the same here.

It's pretty misleading when you answer an ad that offers 6 weeks free training with coaches when it's not even close to free. The ad even says that the reason they offer is because most people end up loving it and starting a membership after the 6 weeks but the real reason is because it's not actually free. You have to put down an $800 accountability fee, if you reach the gyms goals set for you in the 6 weeks then you get the money back but if you don't then they keep the money

I'm sure this is a great and fun gym with great employees but they need desperate work on their advertising so it doesn't seem like they are scamming people. I've already lost 60lbs doing my own thing at Planet Fitness in less than 6 months paying less than $30 a month. If you're on a budget then this gym isn't the answer to your problems

I took the 6-week challenge fit theorem in Everett during the holidays and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only was I able to keep off excessive holiday pounds, I lost 20 lb of body fat and gained 2% muscle. Overall, the workouts were awesome. The meal plans were doable and super helpful for me in this process. I feel great. And am determined to keep going.

Gave me my life back! Surprisingly the kick boxing and kettle bell helped this senior citizen drop the crutches. I had no idea it would help me feel so much better. I am glad I found this kickboxing studio! I have been a member for over a year. At first I was kind of skeptical about the place. I wasn’t sure what to expect and if they were something legit. I’ll say that I am very satisfied with what Fittheorem offers to its members. All the coaches here are amazing people! They’re well educated in the field that they’re in and can help you and push you to reach your health goals. Coach Zaida was the first person I met here and she encouraged me to become a part of the FitFam. So thank you for that Zaida! I love coming here not just for the good sweat but because everyone here is super kind and cool, and I love the atmosphere that is created here. I also happened to run into someone I went to middle school with, her name is Monet, and she is now a coach here at Fittheorem. She is super fun and energetic, she’s driven and ambitious and overall a really cool person so be around. I know some Coaches might come at me for not writing about them but know you are all amazing and great people! I know your job might be tough sometimes so keep doing what you do and don’t give up on your own goals!!
On that closing note, if you’re looking to get a really good sweat and become a better and healthier version of yourself, come in and check them out. Take a class and see if you like it. Also this is not a sparing gym so if thats what you’re really looking for this might not be a fit for you, we focus on bag work. Although they do now offer technical boxing classes so come check it out either way haha😆

Tried out their “Free” program which is actually $799 accountability fee when u sign up which they don’t mention until after you get there. The program is very misleading, they make it sound like losing 6% body fat is sooo easy and achievable but yet it’s not if you are already someone who works out regularly and eats healthy. They say that their meal plan and workout programs at their gym will allow you to achieve losing 6% or more but I didn’t even see any results until I started doubling up on workouts 3-5 days at their gym and 3-4 days at my own gym. I put so much work and effort and time into the challenge and ended up only losing 3% body fat. They tried to tell me it was my fault even though I followed everything they told me… They’re way overpriced for the “training” they provide. I would not recommend doing the challenge unless you are really unfit and not used to eating healthy… then you’ll probably see results. Very disappointed in my experience I wish I would’ve just continued doing my own workouts that I was doing before I signed up, I would’ve saved $800 and probably looked better too.

I just finished the 6 week fitness challenge. I started this because I wanted to really detox from unhealthy eating and develop good habits in the kitchen and in the gym.

I loved everything about the workouts, but I think that the recipe aspect of the challenge could really use some development. Most of the food recipes I found to be really miserable to eat, which is a bummer because I was hoping to be able to implement new healthy meals into my life post fitness challenge. I wanted to learn to enjoy eating healthier, and I just found that I lost such a joy in my life that comes from truly enjoying my meal. Keep in mind though, I literally only consumed what was on the list and weighed out every little thing. I didn’t go to Starbucks or nothing. There is no wiggle room in the challenge. if you somehow go up a percentage one week, you’re kinda screwed. I went to a festival and did my best to stick to my nutrition plan, went up a percent with 2 weeks left. I ended up starving myself eating just enough egg whites to not be passing out for a whole week in order to get back on track.

I also was really taken back when I was asked by one of the staff if I had binge eaten between my consultation and my initial weigh in, at first I thought I must have had a higher body fat percentage at my initial weigh in, but when I look back at the numbers, I had decreased. I still don’t know why that was asked of me and I don’t think it was appropriate. If you have any disordered eating tendencies, I honestly don’t recommend this program. I don’t have that tendency and I was starting to notice it creeping in as I moved further through the 6 weeks.

Aside from the nutrition aspect of the fitness challenge, I do have a lot to appreciate, ending in a more positive note, I think that the instructors are really great at running a high energy class and are very knowledgeable and encouraging in the workouts, and I learned a lot and found my passion for exercising again and I am very grateful for that.

Love going here! I did a challenge and learned so much from the instructors about healthy eating, exercise, and my personal strength and mobility. I also learned that kickboxing is very therapeutic!
You can imagine that jab cross front kick going right into your worst enemy, or that guy at work who always talks down to you. The instructors are really personal, informative and give individual attention during classes to keep you in good form and on track. Very good energy, highly recommend!!

By the time I got to bag rounds, I was already out of energy. But the more I trained the better I got, so it worked out just fine. :) I recommend checking them out! Everett Fit Theorem is my daily morning go to. Some people want coffee in the morning. I just need this incredible workout. Before I walked in the door to this facility, I had no idea I'd even enjoy kickboxing. Now I can't live without it. I recently joined FitTeorem. I used to be a member with Ilovekickboxing prior to the company switch. After having some complications from pregnancy, delivery, and then surgery due to my 3rd kid, I finally, 2.5 years later, got a clear to workout from my doctor and couldn't sign up fast enough. I've already begun losing weight and it's great way to release stress. Great atmosphere and positive energy. Life being a stay at home mom, student and landlord can have its ups and downs, but this place has allowed me the time and space I need to focus on myself so I can stay focused on my other responsibilities. If you're worried about cost, it's well worth every penny. I compared it to crossfit and personal trainer prices and this is the best for your buck, especially with the frequency of the class schedule and the unlimited aspect the others don't provide for the set membership fee. I definitely recommend FitTheorem to anyone wanting a positive change to their lives.

It's as great or terrible as you choose to make it!
They heavily promote a six-week health challenge. It takes a big commitment and a lot of work to succeed, and not many do - I, myself, did not. I appreciated the challenge and I gained some new experiences and opportunities. I knew going in that I had three choices - 1. Work my butt off and get my money back, 2. Not hit the goal they established and lose my money, 3. Not hit the goal and enroll in a one-year membership. I accepted #1 & 2 and had no intention of cooshing #3 because I already had a gym membership elsewhere. At the end of the 6 weeks, I was close but didn't make it. Overall, I lost about 10 lbs and felt much better. I know I could've done more and I had chosen not to. I decided to enroll in the one-year membership and loved it! The coaches are great! The camaraderie and friendship you make are wonderful! The workouts are awesome!

This review is quite a bit late, so things might have changed. I tried this place about 9 months ago or so.

The class itself was great! I really enjoyed the work out, the pace of it, an instructor kept a close eye on me to teach me the moves as she called them out, and there were so many women with different body shapes like mine that made me feel comfortable.

The problem I have is their business model.
I bought a deal through them that included 3 classes and a free set of boxing gloves to try the place out. That felt perfect, because I really just wanted to test it to see if this was a kind of work out I would even enjoy before I signed up for any membership. So my intent, and I was very clear with them on this multiple times, was literally just to try out the class to see if I'd like it.
I showed up, and a trainer took me into her office to talk about my goals and interests. At first, I thought this was kinda nice, and I let her know that I was looking for something 2-3 days a week after work that I could get in to. The PRESSURE she put on me to sign up for a yearly membership and to be at this gym a minimum of 4-5 days/ week was insane. I'm honestly surprised I even stayed for the workout. After telling her MULTIPLE times that 5 days/ week was simply not practical for me, she would NOT let it go! She kept offering a 1 year membership, and even wanted me to sign up for it right then and there BEFORE I HAD EVEN TRIED THE CLASS! I would rebuttal with, what memberships do you have for someone just wanting 2 days a week, and she would never give me an answer.
I did the class, and afterwards she checked in to see how it went AND AGAIN PRESSURING ME TO SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I said I just want to finish out the last 2 classes I already paid for. They pressured me to schedule them right then, so I did, and just never showed up.

For a place that seems like they want to be supportive of women building strength and confidence, it felt like a pretty emotionally abusive situation to me. Some people might need that kind of pressure to keep them accountable, but this introvert did not respond well to that tactic, and definitely did not appreciate the guilt trips.

Also, the gloves did not fit properly. They only had one size available, and my hands are definitely not secure in them.

"I am sorry our coaches passion to help you made you feel pressured."
Give me a break. There's a line between passion and oppression, and it's clear your coaches are coached to never accept no for an answer, no matter what.

I love the Fitt Theorem studio. Trainers/Coaches are great and offer guidance on form and modifications as I’m gaining strength and learning the moves.

Motivating throughout the entire class and push at the right times to challenge yourself while being mindful of limitations (if any).

I like the accountability of registering for each class and the no-show fee is just a kick in the pants for anyone not committed to their obligations and holds us accountable - the coaches show up, it’s rude and in poor taste to not communicate. Tight group of trainers/coaches - awesome!

If you're doing the 6-weeks challenge -
1. This is NOT FREE.
2. If you’re considered obese, I wont stop you. BUT If you’re small or at least don’t look fat (I am 125lb, 5’5”, 28.5% body fat), it’s very unlikely that you’ll win this challenge and you’ll either lose $800 or gets locked-in with a 1-year membership. Continue reading if you want to know why.
3. I did not get the so-called “personalised meal plan”, it’s a google drive link that obviously got shared to everyone (with slight modification). Like I mentioned, I’m small, my base metabolism is 1200kcal per day, the meal plan they gave me contains 1800kcal per day, do the math and tell me how I’m supposed to lose 6% fat in 6 weeks. So yes, I failed.
4.There is NO 1-on-1 training session, you register for whichever class you want to attend, and popular classes can get really crowded (like the 5pm or 6pm classes). -- This is also where things got fishy - During my initial consultation, the staff would compare their class with the 1-ON-1 PT sessions on the market, saying: "normally, PT session range from $90-$130 per hour, but we charge you $40+, and you're required to come to class at least 3 times a week, 6 weeks would be 18 classes, that's how we come up with the amount of the security deposit which is $799" -- BUT NONE OF THE CLASSES IS 1-ON-1
5. I wish you all the best on the challenge, if you made it, it should be all glamorous, but if you didn’t, total out of pocket would be $2400 give or take, for a 1-year membership (including the “security deposit” you paid for the challenge), month-to-month membership is not an option here. So congrats, you're locked-in with them
6. I would've given 1 star but I gave an extra star because one of the staff was kind enough to give me an exception on the 1-year membership thing and settled me with a shorter time-frame, because I plan to move to another country soon and I really wasn't given any heads-up on the 1-year-only membership thing in the beginning (if I were told, I'd never signed up)

Everyone has different income, if this seems okay to you, have fun! If not, I hope my post at least help some of you on the transparency that I wasn’t given in the beginning.

If you are interested in participating in their 6 week challenge, please read my story. I did not win this game and it turned out I was cheated by this whole game. Overall I would say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SIGNING ON IT.

If you are not considered obesity, actually it would be really hard for you to lose 6% fat or 25 pounds in just 6 weeks. I was only a little bit overweight and I did realize this truth when I signed the contract, but I was persuaded to sign because they told me if I did not reach out my goal my $799 fee could be turned into annual membership.

They told me the challenge contained three parts, but actually there's nothing much different from a normal membership. Meal plan and accountability coach parts were jokes, they just shared a recipe PDF to you and rarely checked how you were doing. Nobody guided you how to eat in detail as they advertised. I attended about 4 classes per week and tried my best to keep on a diet. I lost over 6% fat in the week 5 but my weight and fat% swings in the week 6, and ended at losing 5.8%. I believe it was my period but they did not take much consideration for it.

The real ugly part was the negotiation of $799. I initially asked their consideration and they told me they would refund me. Somehow Kris jumped out lately and told me they could not refund, they could only take $799 as credit. Then I realized $799 is just the partial price of an annual membership, not full price as I understood before. That's the time I felt I was truly cheated. They offered me another 3month membership lately and never mentioned it would start right away until I agreed on. I already told them I need rest before going back. I felt very disappointed with the communication part and thought I was cheated like a fool.

If you want to learn how to do kickboxing, I would say this is not a professional place, find somewhere else. If you want to lose weight, I would just sign a regular annual contract with $180 per month probably will be less disappointed. Their space gets really tiny when there are more than 12 people attending class and you would have no idea how many people attending each class before arrival. Also, their floor is never clean even the cardio exercise they have involving lots of lying down position.

This gym is my safe haven. I found this place on accident. Casually scrolling through Facebook and decided to see what it was all about. I signed up for a 6week challenge and after week 4 I was ready to become a full time member. The coaches are motivating and hilarious. The workouts get you sweating and if you struggle with anxiety like I do myself this is a great place to step out of that comfort zone and feel calm and collected again. Do you want to throw away nearly a couple hundred bucks a month whilst you gasp for air through the BO and humidity in a small space as coaches shout out commands while standing around unenthusiastically? Boy do I have a class for you!

I have gained 15+ lbs. and I have been attending classes for 3.5 months. I switched my workout regime from casually going to the gym to doing kickboxing, which I did 2-4 times more often a week than I did the gym (no dietary changes). Simple weight-lifting workouts will do more for your physique.

The class is great for developing stamina and taking out emotions on the bag but if you want to learn good technique, take classes elsewhere. A lot of the exercises done before and after the short 6 rounds you spend actually using the bag are extremely hard on your knees and wrists.

Disregard what the selling pitches are and read the contract before signing up. We were told that as long as first and last month were paid upfront, no cancellation fee (another almost $200) would be charged. My friend is moving states and provided proof of new address and was still charged for an additional month weeks after she sent in the request. The billing team refused to issue a refund because they took almost two weeks to respond to her and she had to dispute the charges with her bank. I asked to cancel my membership since I only signed up to support my friend and it was hard on my body and was told that I would have to pay the cancellation fee and for an additional month. When I mentioned that I was told otherwise, the regional manager was quick to pull out the contract to say I was told misinformation. The staff should know their own contracts. I am still recovering from a couple MVAs and told her that I can easily obtain a note from my chiropractor or doctor since I am getting treated regularly but then I would need a refund of the last two months that I already paid for that I would not logically be able to finish since I turned in a doctor's note. At that point she agreed to cancel without the fee but told me I could only go for another month. I told her my start date was later so she added a couple more weeks but still cut me short two. I purchased the 3 for 20 package on the website but was urged to sign up for a membership the first visit (I was told my membership would start after I complete those courses but was charged as soon as I signed up so I did not get those classes that I initially paid for). At this point I just agreed because my motivation to even show up anymore was shot. It has been almost a third of the year and not a single one of them knows my name. Altogether awful experience. The business was better when I attended 3 years ago while it was still "ilovekickboxing". At least back then most of those coaches would workout alongside you the entire class as they should and seemed to care about your fitness goals.

This is an amazing place to get a full body work out! Positive environment, friendly staff, and they have a really flexible schedule. Very supportive team! I really like how they have multiple locations, so I can go to the one in Everett which is close to home and then I can switch to the Lynnwood location for work, which is The 3 Sister’s Spa. I liked it the first few classes then felt like it was kind of clicky and didn’t feel super comfortable.

I didn’t lose any weight going regularly (5 times a week) and it’s super expensive $165/month. I also found out I was paying $40 more than most people (not sure how that works but know if you do sign up some people are paying $125). I think spending that much you should be able to go to any location, but you can only go to the 2, I was staying in Yelm during the middle of the week and assumed I could go to Tacoma or another one there and I wasn’t able to.

The cancellation policy is bad too, you have to send in certified mail which I did awhile ago and they just emailed me. They charge you the cancellation Of $195 and another month ($165).

I really enjoying kickboxing at ILKB! I started off with the 3 class trial with the free gloves and then decided kickboxing was the best way to lose weight alongside with my twin brother. Its been almost been a month since my brother and I became an official members. We are now seeing results! We are slowly losing weight and being more conscious of what we eat. We try to go 3-4 times a week. I really enjoy coming to class because all the instructors are so kind, supportive, and motivating. Would recommend to those who need motivation to exercise or wanting a new different kind of exercising experience. Kickboxing is what I look forward at the end of a busy day and really helped me cope with stress I have at school. I have never sweat as much in my life until I went to ILKB.

Be careful before signing up. I had a blast my first class, staff checked on me when I had to step out for a round ( extremely out of shape + high energy class) and it had a great vibe. I was really excited. But, family emergency had me cancelling within 3 days. Tried to call them to verify their cancellation policy. No one called me back so I sent in a certified letter per their contact. ( No one went over the cancellation policy or signed the contact on their end). When I called again to verify they'd received my letter, they were not sure they'd received it and told me I could have just emailed the billing department. The contract states "you may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays." They are trying to claim I was outside of their 3 day cancellation policy and they are being nice and waiving the cancellation fees.
I'm extremely disappointed. I would have been happy to go back at a later time.

I've been looking for fun ways to get back into shape and I absolutely love coming here! I like that there's conditioning, cardio, and flexibility training involved in the workouts as well as fitness tips. Instructors are friendly and make the experience that much better. Highly recommend!

I'm new to kickboxing and was nervous my first time but ILKB - Everett did a great job at making it easy and fun to learn. I had a mentor walking me through the different steps and offering tips on form and modifications. He was super supportive and the class was tough but great. Would definitely suggest for beginners or experienced kickboxers!

I’m so happy to have stumbled upon ILKB Everett, the atmosphere is not like any other group or team work out I have tried. I love that I can push myself at my own pace but still feel supported and challenged. I have the goal of getting fit after having my son and what I was doing before wasn’t working, I needed an extra push. I was so worried before starting, it has been MONTHS since stepping into a gym, let alone a gym that was going to focus on me. I was worried with my Rheumatoid arthritis I was going to hurt myself or not be able to do a lot of the motions. That was not the case, I was given motificarions for anything that would hurt my body. I’m so happy I didnt let my fears get the best of me, I have been beautifuly sore after every class, I have muscle tone that I didnt know I could see after one month. I will tell you, each time is hard but so worth it. Plus the added treat of being able to get some aggression out is well worth it.

Out of all the cardio kickboxing gyms I've been to iLoveKickboxing Everett is by far one of the best gyms I've experienced. Excellent workout regiment, plenty of bags for everyone and the trainers really know how to motivate you with their positive coaching style.
