About the Club

Life is better upside down.
It’s true! The release of endorphins that occurs when we invert provides a powerful boost for your mood, energy and outlook. You’ll start craving a little upside down time in the hammock whenever you need an uplift.
Other benefits of aerial yoga & fitness include relief of spinal compression, increased balance and proprioception, seriously up-leveled core strength, access to deeper stretches and tons more.

This is my favorite place in the whole world and truly where I feel the best sense of community in Seattle. All classes are a super welcoming environment and I love that there is no pressure to do anything your body isn’t comfortable doing. Classes in levels 1 and 2 are very beginner friendly for just about anyone, and level 3 has been teaching me a lot about being courageous with my body and trusting the aerial silk. Before taking classes at Flight Room I had barely any yoga experience and absolutely none in aerial, but this place quickly turned aerial yoga into my favorite hobby ever. I also love taking my family and friends here and they have all loved it too.

I’ve been doing flight room classes at lower Queen Anne for over a year now. Who knew you could get addicted to hanging upside down!? The teachers are all so great and the community is so welcoming. They have various levels, from slow and meditative to flying high and learning tricks in the silks! Something for everyone!

This place is great. They have many levels and tons of classes around seattle, something for almost everyone. Level 1 is great for those who are less in touch with their body and building basic aerial strength. Level 2 is a great place for routine if you really like the yoga fitness aspect. Level 3 starts dipping into circus territory. And level 4 is straight strength, flexibility, and silk fluency. Chill vibe too!

Very fun aerial/sling classes! Only thing is there isn’t that many available classes and only after work hours but all the teachers are sweet!

I ABSOLUTELY loved the Beginner Flight level 1 and Zen flight level 1. The Zen flight felt like I've been transported to another world and felt so relaxed and peacful after the class. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is my happy place! I'm in the best shape of my adult life at 54! It feels so good to stretch out my back going upside down! I'm also building upper body strength lifting myself up AND have lost 45 lbs so far doing this 4x a week and swapping fruit for sugary treats. I'm lucky to have found my favorite exercise at 51! I also sometimes dance at Brazil in Motion.

I had never gone to yoga classes or anything like this before getting a flight room membership, but these classes are very beginner friendly and it has been satisfying to see my progress. Sometimes I do wish the classes had a bit more variety because I find sometimes it can get a bit repetitive, at least at the early levels.

Fly yoga is my support system! This is my first fitness activity, for which I bought an annual membership, and I have been using it diligently. All the instructors are just excellent and very attentive. And I'm surprised how transformative it has been for my body, too, only after 3 months already. So happy I've discovered this club!

I’ve become a regular at The Flight Room in Lower Queen Anne, and it’s honestly become my refuge from a crazy day. The community here is so positive and encouraging! I started coming earlier this year and have made so much progress. The teachers are incredibly compassionate and put a lot of care into making sure students feel supported.

This location has a nice, intimate vibe, which I love. Just make sure you review how to get into the building beforehand—it can be a little confusing at first. Street parking is usually pretty easy to find nearby, which is a big plus.

The only small downside is I always forget the building code, but they include it in the email reminders before class, so it’s easy to find. Overall, this is probably one of my favorite studios they have! Highly recommend.

I had aerial yoga class today with Grace R. I arrived on time but i was locked outside the door for 10 min.

You guys didn't share the door code. So pathetic.

Instead of listening to me the host she arrogantly didn't open the door. I kept standing there for 15 min before actually leaving.

Whose responsibility it is to share the door code?? Very poor attitude

What a special place! I have been an avid student for many years, joining retreats and teacher trainings all over the world! I particularly love this location for its fun pink vibe- as long as you read the directions provided you'll find it in a jiffy!

This place is absolutely a nightmare to find. Booked reservation on classpass and tried to get into the building for the longest time tried calling tried the building directory for seven minutes and literally no response. Finally found someone in the same boat to get into the building but was a minute late and the classroom door was locked. Terrible experience would never recommend

The vibe at this studio is so fun with the pink hammocks! They’ve also started expanding the class selection at this studio recently which is awesome - love having a weekday Play class!

Love this studio! They provide easy instructions on how to access the building, with a video too. The classes are fun, and the community is welcoming! Even if you have 0 experience, the teachers are patient and encouraging. When my sister comes to visit, I am def bringing her here!

I was so nervous to try out aerial yoga, but it is SO fun! I instantly felt comfortable at Flight Room because the instructors truly cultivate a welcoming environment for people of all body types and fitness abilities. I have been taking weekly classes for 3+ months now, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of this community. Special shout-out to Alexandra, Morgan, and Evgeniy for being the absolute best at what they do!

It can be a little tricky to find this studio at first, but the reminder emails, texts, and their pinned Instagram video made it so easy to find where I was going! The location is perfect - safe, walkable from Belltown/LQA, complete with beautiful Puget Sound views in the studio itself. Plus, Moto Pizza just opened up next door so that's an added bonus.

The location is very confused. This is no any signboard from outside of the building. I spend 5 mins to walk around and figure out the exact door. However there was a call box. Nobody answering that call box. I spend another 10mins to fight with the call box. I end up giving up this class. Totally waste of time and money!

If you’re curious about aerial yoga but not sure if you can do it, I’m here to tell you you can! The instructors here are wonderful at offering variations of inversions to accommodate all skill levels and it’s just so darn fun! Flight room is how I add a little bit of happy to my work week. All their locations are lovely but this one has my heart! Secured entrance is user friendly and I’ve never had a problem finding a parking spot. The big windows and twinkle lights create such a calming vibe for an incredibly fun activity!
