Flyer Fitness offers a blend of coaching, education, and mentorship programs both online and in-person. All programs strive to be personalized, transformative and enriching experiences. With Pilates as its foundation, the Flyer Fitness methodology delivers educated programs to enhance movement quality and open unlimited potential both on and off the trapeze. We currently provide personal training, online courses, in-person workshops & international retreats for flying trapeze students & coaches.

The 10 week program was like an incomplete mosaic in the beginning not knowing where the pieces were leading. And in the end I was able to achieve being able to do pull-ups, push-ups, and I have a core strength that all have greatly improved my flying and confidence. LJ was amazing to work with and in 2 sessions- 4 short hours she has given me so many new tools to incorporate into my flying. She knows the body and body mechanics so well and is able to use words and terms that resonate with each person- no matter their skill/strength level! I have been a recreational flyer for almost 15 years but was looking for a way to use my off the rig training to both improve my technique and stay injury free. Iβm so happy to have found FlyerFitness! I have been working with L.J. for a little more than 2 months and I am already noticing changes in my flying. L.J. has the extraordinary ability to teach how to engage and utilize specific muscles efficiently. She explains each exercise clearly and and she sees everything, even by Zoom!! I have been working with LJ for a few months now, and in this short time together I have noticed clear differences in my flying. She has made me efficient, allowing my body to know how to engage and be tight so it looks effortless while flying. The workouts have made my muscles SMART, activating when I need them to, so I don't overwork other muscles. Most importantly, she has coached me in a safe way that allows my body to perform at its best while I still maintain control.
Each session she plans and tailors according to my needs; what my day looks like, how my body is feeling, and the goals Iβm striving to reach for. During these sessions, LJ gives clear instructions that work for my way of learning, and when I don't understand something she provides a supportive environment and tries a different tactic. LJ has an X-ray eye, pinpointing areas that need attention or muscles that engage properly. Something I look forward to in each session is to see her get genuinely excited over my progress, regardless of how large or small. I strongly recommend anyone who has the chance to work with her to do so!
