My son was 13 when he started training at forever body fitness. He's 14 now and has looked forward to his sessions since day 1. My son plays football & does wrestling so that's what he trains for. And it is paying off.
Tedashi is one of a kind. He's passionate about what he does, very knowledgeable and really cares about people. He's built such a bond with my son. As a mom, that is all you can ask for in a mentor for your kids.
We application his hard work and dedication to helping get people healthy.

Tedashi is a fantastic trainer, and I highly recommend working with him for any fitness goals! In the 2 years I've trained with him so far, he's helped me work through multiple injuries (unrelated to training) with adjusting workouts and talking through what I'm experiencing. I came to him with goals to be able to lift heavy and some joint pain. I've reached some of my goals, adjusted others, and learned more about my physical capabilities than ever before.

Tedashi provides a non-judgmental space that has allowed me to push myself without being scared of failing. His dedication to my progress is apparent in every session, especially with how much he nerds out while sharing his anatomy and kinesiology knowledge. His commitment to helping me succeed feeds into my commitment to staying consistent for myself and my goals. I recommended training with Tedashi to one of my friends shortly after I started working with him and continue to recommend him to anyone looking for the best personal trainer experience around!

I HIGHLY recommend Tedashi. I have a really bad back so I work out to gain weight/muscle to stabilize. Before Tedashi it was hard to find a trainer with the knowledge, skill & follow-through that could assist me with my goals. I have now been with Tedashi for years, and I cannot explain how much he has changed my life. If my consistency dropped, he made sure to do check-ins. If I’m not meeting my calorie intake, he would help me brainstrom solutions. Not only is he a great trainer, he is a wonderful human being as well. I have been training with Tedashi for more than 6M now .. he is an amazing trainer but also a great guy !

I am nearly 40 , over weight and have exercised in a very limited capacity over the years.. I was worried about having a trainer who would push hard and I won’t be able to be consistent ! Tedashi made the journey so easy and so fun! He pushes enough but in a way that makes it fun yet helps in the fitness regime!

Thanks to him I am consistent in my workouts - something I never thought I could do !!! Tedashi also makes an effort to build a personal connect that really helps , specially for someone who does not like the idea of working out!

He takes so much pride in little wins of his clients which makes it even more better! I am glad I came across him and started my fitness journey!

Highly recommended for anyone looking to start or continue their workouts/fitness journey!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tedashi! I'm a 40-something, overweight female with a chronic health concern that negatively effect my balance and strength. I've been doing online training with Tedashi for over 2 years now. He customizes your workout to your fitness level and personal goals. He's very personable and encourages me to keep going without making me feel pressure. My balance and strength have both improved so much, and I'm able to do exercises I never could have done 2 years ago.

I started training with Tedashi (briefly) when I was 19. Fast forward 9 years, I reached out again when I was needing some major help and motivation when I was feeling very unhappy with my body/physical health. For the last 2+ years, I have been training with him weekly and don’t plan on stopping (sorry, you’re not ever allowed to retire).

Tedashi is extremely reliable, he listens to me and my needs, he’s understanding, he’s encouraging, and I have never ever felt judged by him (even when I’m complaining about jump-squats).

I love the set-up of his private gym so I don’t have to feel like I’m being watched by creepy gym rats. I can also listen to whatever music I want, AND I get to rant to him about my life stressors while I work out.

I make a 40 minute drive to and from Lynnwood three days a week because how amazing Tedashi is. Could I find someone much closer to my home? Of course. Will I ever? Absolutely not. Tedashi is worth it.

1. Tedashi is an excellent trainer who listens to what I need as middle-aged person who is trying to strengthen my core, to improve my balance, and to keep my bones strong.

2. He plays a playlist that motivates me personally, instead of one that would motivate another client.

3. I enjoy working in a smaller "gym" that allows me to work on my personalized exercises without worrying about other people. Tedashi's attention and skills give me confidence in my ability to achieve my personal goals.

I have had the incredible opportunity to work with Tedashi for well over a year now and it has been consistently been a place of growth, health, and marked improvements. This is a place for tailored workouts that don't just suit your asks but also your age and your personal style.

From the first meeting with Tedashi, I felt comfortable and in capable hands. We went over my asks: a 40 year old out of shape (mostly round) man who wants to consistently build up strength, but centered around grappling/wrestling strength. After my goals were clear, he had me do a basic body fitness evaluation (that felt like a workout to me at the time) and we discussed and explored some different directions we could go. Since then, my initial workouts have continued to be modified to my asks and my improved athleticism. It often feels like I'm constantly leveling up and yet my workouts have adapted and leveled up with me. I have reached my original goals and continue to move forward with improved health and zero injuries to date (from working out).

Now over a year in, and I am markedly stronger in every way that I wanted to be. I've hit my goals, lost a bit of weight, and stayed injury free. Tedashi has always managed to strike the balance of pushing me hard without crossing the line. While I've always felt challenged, I've also always felt safe, and the small tips and nudges give me a much better understanding of what my body is doing. These can be as insightful as how to turn my wrist or angle my shoulder to improve efficacy of a movement, or even as basic as telling me the parts that matter and don't matter, so I know what to focus on and what not to worry about.

An unexpected bonus too is that Tedashi's attention to a strong core and refusal to forget those stabilizer muscles has led to me having a significantly reduced amount of upper back pain. Prior to working out with Tedashi, I would have recurring pain in my upper back and neck pains from sitting in front of a computer all day. But after about 10 months of training, I noticed that I was not as often rubbing my neck or rolling my shoulders. The pain I had for several years was almost not there at all.

So for any guy or gal out there looking to improve their basic health or increase their athleticism or even just have a specific field of strength you want to improve on, I highly, highly recommend Tedashi. It's not just aerobics and light lifting for older ladies, it's a coach that can give you a personal, tailored, and highly effective work out to reach your goals.

I trained with Tedashi for about a year and a half. He's great! Very fun to work with and pays attention to your body's needs. Any time I asked to go easy on a certain body part due to pain, injuries, whatever, he quickly pivoted and gave me new moves to try. Also loved the flexibility of the virtual training he offers!

I've been training with Tedashi for awhile now, he helped me get into good enough shape to climb Mt. St. Helen's and get engaged at the the top, sell unfortunately the engagement didn't work out, but you know what did, Tadashi. Such an incredible person and helped me through a rough time, my biggest regret about leaving seattle is no longer getting to train with Tedashi.

I have trained with Tedashi for over 6 years. When I first started, my goal was to loose weight. Within a few months working with Tedashi I was able to achieve my weight goal, and also increased my overall fitness and endurance levels. I have worked with other trainers in the past; however, none of them held me accountable to my goal like Tedashi does. I used to hate working out and never enjoyed it until I started training with Tedashi! He finds ways to make the workouts fun, creative and cool. Over the past year I started training with him for my upcoming guide job and the results I have been getting has been amazing. I was not able to go hike to train so Tedashi came up with amazing ways to train me for uneven surfaces and cardio. I can hop around boulders like a mountain goat now and I have a lot of strength that I never had. I can comfortably squat 75lbs and deadlift 100lbs and I only weigh 100lbs. I have never been able to get that result before. He is not only my personal trainer, he is also my mental trainer! I have tried a lot of trainers, going to gym on my own or even online trainers and none of them gave me the results I have gotten from working out with Tedashi. I’m always looking forward to my session with him knowing that he will for sure kick my a** and make it fun at the same time!

I’ve been training with Tedashi for over two years. Before this I had never been a gym regular. I can now do things I never could before and have achieved new levels of function for work. My work brings me to the Amazon jungle to film. I often found myself out of breath and fatigued after a day of filming. I’m writing this review on a flight back from Peru where I felt like it was in easy mode.

I could easily tell the actual difference this training at 2x a week made in a tangible way. This wasn’t simply lifting more weight. This was keeping me from getting hurt in crazy muddy situations where the wrong move puts you down and days by boat to a hospital. I owe this new level of function to Tedashi for keeping me engaged and on track.
