My partner and I have been doing semi-private classes with Adriana at Fuerte Fitnessfor almost 2 years now and love the results. Adriana is knowledgeable, positive, and high energy. Adriana really focused and tailored my training program for ME. I had to have surgery this past August. As soon as I could restart my training program, she re-tailored my workouts to keep my surgery site safe.

Hi, I have been working out with Adriana for 13 years now. I walked into her gym as a runner, in 2008. Unbeknownst to me, I had little upper body strength. I think our beginning goals were injury prevention, and pretty quickly moved towards strength and overall fitness. How do you end up training with someone for 13 years? I think it's because Adriana is really passionate about exercise. She's changes up the routine. She's always funny, and enthusiastic. She helps you create goals. And helps you accomplish goals. And because her own fitness journey is rich, she will suddenly arrive with a new set of killer dynamic stretches, or a new way to do pull ups, or v-ups, or a new set of bands instead of barbells. I have been in and out of Cross fit Gyms, Orange Theory, and athletic yoga. And I've just not met anyone quite as committed to fitness or authenticity as Adriana. Having said that, she's also a terrific coach to people just starting out, or recovering from injury or illness. Working with her naturally supplements visits to my physical therapist as she'll automatically notice if I have weakness in an area. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Adriana is a creative personal trainer who takes the time to design a program specifically for your goals, whether that’s aging gracefully, losing 20 pounds, or improving in your sport. She’s energetic, optimistic, and such a bright spot in my week! Outdoor/under cover workouts at her private studio and in the parks on Beacon Hill kept me sane and strong through the long pandemic. Every workout is different and challenging, with movements I would never think to do on my own. At 45, I’m on my way to my fittest self thanks to Adriana. As she says, No excuses; just do it!

Adriana's training and techniques deliver results. I reached out to Adriana months before my wedding to lose some weight and gain some muscle definition. She developed a personalized workout and meal plan. She helped motivate me with her positivity and she kept track of my measurements to track my gains. I would highly recommend Adriana for anyone looking to get into shape and develop healthy habits.

During the Bridal Bootcamp training package I met her at her studio in Beacon HIll. Her Beacon Hill studio has all the equipment you could ever need and there is always street parking available.
