Shania and her team provide a welcoming, informed, and thoughtfully executed gym experience. There’s flexibility to focus on your reps with good form, getting through more sets, weights that work for you, and attending classes that focus more on whole body/core/cardio, upper body, and lower body. As a sports chiropractor striving to avoid injury in my own daily life as well as expose myself to a variety of fitness studios to confidently refer patients to, I appreciate the knowledge and understanding that goes into the Full Force approach. Bonuses: little ones are welcome on the sidelines while parents work out, and there’s a gym dog 💓

Back in March, a good friend talked me into buying a pass for Shania’s gym at a school fundraiser. Honestly, I was hesitant—I really didn’t want to do it. But as a dental hygienist dealing with constant back and neck pain after long workdays, I knew something had to change. My chiropractor told me the key was to strengthen my core and chest muscles to relieve the pressure on my spine.
Within just three weeks of starting with Shania, I could feel the difference. My body was getting stronger, and I could make it through a 9-hour day without the usual aches and fatigue.
Four months ago, I was seriously considering leaving my career because the physical toll felt unbearable. Today, I’m happier, healthier, and enjoying my job again—because the pain is no longer controlling my life.

I highly recommend this gym for anyone considering a fitness journey. Initially, I had some reservations about restarting my fitness routine after an extended break, but my experience at Full Force has been overwhelmingly positive. Shania, the trainer, has been exceptionally attentive to my unique needs, even when I was injured she made workouts tailored to my fitness level, and needs Her focus on both strength building and mobility greatly contributed to my overall physical well-being.
What truly distinguishes this gym is its community. From my first visit, I was greeted warmly, and the atmosphere has consistently been welcoming. Everyone I've encountered, from fellow members to staff, has been supportive and encouraging. This creates a nurturing environment that inspires me to challenge myself while still feeling comfortable. Overall, it has been an excellent place to reignite my health routine.

Shania is patient, meets you where you're at, and is truly happy when you achieve small break throughs. Absolutely a gym I want to go to! The owner is incredible and knowledgeable. She knows how to keep you motivated in a focused and targeted workout. The smaller classes help with allowing her to ensure proper body mechanics and reduce the potential for compensation issues. It is a truly great experience and the gym pup is a gentle giant! If you want to build targeted strength, get back into shape, need coaching, or just want a great gym then come here!

I have been going to small group weight lifting classes at Full Force Fitness since December 2024.
Shania is such a supportive, helpful, and informed trainer. She gives great feedback in the moment to make sure you’re doing things right, and her workouts are varied and engaging. I’m always comfortable asking questions, and she helps with adjustments when I have an injury or something just doesn’t feel right. It is so nice to be able to come in and get to work, without having to come up with workouts on my own. And the flexibility in times and scheduling makes it easy to fit in my schedule even when work and life get hectic.
Full Force is such a supportive and encouraging community and everyone is friendly, even if you just see them in passing while working out. I look forward to carving out time to get to Full Force every week!

If you need a no BS gym, this is the place. Shania is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever met. She will help you towards your goals whether it be strength or nutrition. I seriously couldn't recommend this gym enough. I am no where near this facility and I drive 45 mins to work out at this gym specifically because Shania's the best!

I've never been able to sustain a workout routine before but i've been going to this gym for two years! Shania keeps the workouts fun, and is incredibly supportive of everyone who goes there. I appreciate that I am encouraged to do my best without feeling pressured. Having been in gyms where I didn't always feel supported or safe, I can say that being in a locally-owned and woman-owned gym is awesome. highly recommend!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Full Force Fitness is the BEST place to go for a workout. Non judgemental and friendly, Shania will work with you through whatever injuries or pain you have in your body by recommending modifications that work for you.

I have been with this gym for a year now and love it!! Shania is an awesome trainer and makes things fun. What I struggle with the gym is going there and having to plan what I need to do. Shania does that for me and I love showing up! I love having the variety of bootcamps and options to do heavy weights. She makes the gym fun and I look forward to my workout! Love working out here ! Classes are small so she’s really helping and overlooking your work outs. I know sometimes it can be nerve wreaking going to a new gym and working out with people you don’t know but you can ask the owner about the workouts or to repeat herself and she does.

I’ve known Shania for about four years and the drive she has to help others improve their health and all around life is amazing. She’s put a lot of time and love into creating this gym.
