My husband and I recommend Full Spectrum for several reasons. One of the key reasons is the owner, Quentin Burns, and his thoughtful approach to training us as seniors. Both of us have had trainers since 2014. We have endured injuries when the trainers were more focused on their goals versus our physical goals. Quentin always listens to us and modifies the training accordingly. He treats all gym members like family. You can tell that he is respected and trusted because most gym members, if not all, have been with the club for 10 plus years. His pricing is very competitive and family friendly.
A few of the other attributes of Full Spectrum is it's clean, COVID compliant and there's plenty of safe parking at its location. Quentin is always on time and consistently upbeat, professional, funny and determined to make you stronger and healthier. Quentin trains with a full understanding of anatomy and physiology.
We started with Full Spectrum at the beginning of the year and are already seeing positive results. We highly recommend Full Spectrum to anyone who wants a great partner to assist them on their personal journey.

My personal trainer is amazing - very attentive, knowledgeable, & focused. The facility is always very clean & organized, and the rates are very reasonable. You definitely get more than you pay for here. If you really want to improve your health through exercise, this place is THE BEST.

Quentin Burns has been my personal trainer for many years. When I first met him I had a lot of health issues, but those have since resolved as I have lost the weight and I'm much stronger now. Quentin makes fitness fun and enjoyable! He is very motivating and creates individualized programs and sessions for every client. No workout is ever the same and he keeps it interesting! Highly recommended!
