Place has TO MUCH weight lifting equipment, can't hardly walk thru the place....
Also low on the equipment most want to use, so people hog that stuff. Example, Haven't been able to use an adjustable bench to do inclines in roughly 2 weeks n the 1 time I got one. The guy using it b4 me, returned and gave me a look "don't think he was done". So quickly finished n moved out.

I'd sale maybe 25-50% of what's in there n use that $$ to get what's needed to make sure the equipment hogging stops. Also post equipment use rules!!

Which leads to my next thang. Never see staff out looking at what's not working well or, asking if improvements are needed...

I will say, the cleaning staff is out and hard at work. Greatly appreciate that!!

I love the gym, but the staff is not helpful. They should hire professional people not like Angelica!! They keep telling me to call back to fix a problem and whenever I go the manager is not there. I would have given this gym 5 stars until this happened…

I was only 2 days outside their grace period of 7 days for closing my membership after a whole year of patronage and now I’m left paying for another month for a gym I will no longer go to. And no, you can’t transfer it to someone either. Don’t forget the 30 day cancellation notice!

Had a good experience here. I built a home gym and decided to cancel my membership for now. But I’m just pretty upset after a whole year of dedicating my patronage to this gym I can’t get just a waiver for being only two days late.

As a business owner I would be disappointed with the customer service provided by my employee. You’re letting a paying customer who is highly likely to start their membership again in the future, but also say great things about your gym, leave with a bad taste in the company..

I got a free day pass .. and I caught this Mexican kid with Long hair going through the lockers .he was probably around 22 at best ..he had no shame either I was changing into my swimsuit and he literally was going through wallets .i was shocked how he didn’t even try to hide it .he even walked out with some old guys bag I had seen earlier.i should of reported him but im old and I didn’t want to start no trouble .im 75 I can’t stop some 22 year old kid.the pool was filthy and smelled of urine. The hot tub had very little jets working..And the weights are real close together.nothing like the golds gym in Richland ..when I ask for my pass and asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork for the Shay pass the little guy just said don’t worry about and buzzed me through..that gave me the impression he just lets anyone in without getting a I.D. …this made me rethink about joining..not a good gym at all don’t go there ..

Wasted too much time calling to talk to a manager all for the person who disrespected me when I came to tour the gym to answer the phone. Then when I called back to inform them that the membership is a dual membership the lady who gave the tour that was rude answered the phone and tried to explain how she didn’t think what she said was rude. Girl no one was calling to talk about a funky free pass. I called to talk about how you are detouring customers and discouraging them because of your own insecurities. That is wild. I am just going to go to the other location because you shouldn’t judge people based on how they look for one, and also if someone is calling to talk to a manager you shouldn’t pretend as if they aren’t there. That’s bad business and I honestly should just call cooperate on you. I definitely wanted to start working out last week and I wanted to buy a year membership as well. It’s the fact that I worked all day in the rain and came to still want to work out. Totally killed my vibe if you ask me… I doubt I will return. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to the gym instead of going somewhere close to my Airbnb.

I cancelled my membership in December of 2023 and now we are in March 2025 and they STILL keep charging my card! I’ve gone back three times and they keep telling me things have been cancelled every single time and every month I see the reoccurring transaction on my account. Is there anyone superior than just a manager that can help me because they don’t know how to do their job! They just go and stand there! Finally went in again and this time CLINT the manager was super rude! Telling me there’s nothing he can do! That they are humans not robots! And that all the money they charge me is already lost! This gym is very impressive. There are tons of cardio and weight machines, nice pool and dressing rooms. The frustrating part is there are quite a few broken machines/equipment or ones that don't work properly. It would be nice, if they can't fix them, that they remove them or block them so you don't waste time by having to move from one to the next to find one operable.

The staff doesn't get out on the floor enough to manage cell phone usage and other rules. I've gone early and late and it doesn't seem to matter. There was a woman having a conversation on her cell phone at the pool and two people using their cell phones on speaker in the gym. Groups of young men take over machines so you are unable to rotate in to use them. They stand there flexing, talking, and texting while each does their routine. It seems people don't know gym etiquette. It would be helpful to post those rules and have staff follow through and enforce them.

I can’t say enough good things about Gold’s Gym in Kennewick! The front desk staff, especially Angelica and Jose, truly make the gym stand out.
