Cathy is a great trainer. The TPI assessment created by her strength and mobility analysis after a session is an excellent tool. This tool from Titleist accurately picks out the areas of opportunity not just for strength, but mobility/ longevity. I am really impressed with the detail and technology that went into my evaluation. Realized I had some places to improve and the evaluation really pinpointed where those where with some unexpected results.
