We have been members of this gym for almost 3 years! It has been the best place for us to make friends and find a local “family” after moving to the area. There have been several changes throughout the last few years, but the environment has always been positive, and the owners are always looking to improve the experience for everyone that comes through the doors! The coaches are great with the kids and it has been really cool to not only see my child grow and come out of her shell, but to watch a lot of the other kids in the gym develop their personalities and build confidence in their skills and relationships with each other over the last few years. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

If zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d give; at least for young children. The instructors in my grandchild’s class looked as if they despised their jobs. The instructions were not suited to their age level. They was no joy and no encouragement. The two “instructors “ gave contradictory directions. Big thumbs down.

I called multiple times with no answer. Left multiple messages before given these three. They are refusing to refund my $355 in which they charged to my card. My daughter had not attended one class. I was considering taking her there but after these failed attempts at getting my money back, their integrity is in question.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This business might be good at teaching gymnastics but I wouldn’t know that as my daughter has never stepped foot into this facility.

This company, without my knowing has been charging my credit card monthly for classes my daughter has never taken. My credit card is on auto pay, for a year I never noticed a $59 a month charge to my card from grind zero gymnastics until recently. Over a year ago I called this business to see about my 4 year old taking classes. They informed me that her age group class was full, but that I should make an online account for a parent portal and when there is an opening they would inform me. A few weeks later I received a text message from their staff saying they had a spot open and if I wanted it. I said I was interested and asked what the start date was. They responded with a date but I never confirmed this start date. We decided this class wouldn’t work for our family. We never responded to the start date text and we never showed up for a class. However this business registered us for the class and charged us every month for it for over a year. They also charged us twice for a $75 registration fee. Again my kid has never stepped foot in this gym and after I didn’t respond to the text or show up for the first class I assumed we were not part of this gym. I contacted the owner via phone and asked if my card could be refunded for the charges of classes we never attended. She became very defensive, and said I signed up for their portal and therefore that their policy was that I had to give a 2 week notice to not have my card ran. She said they never received a notice from me to cancel so the charges were valid.

Why would I email her to cancel our class when I had no idea we were signed up for a class?! I told her that their policy in regards to this is poor, she responded with yelling at me on the phone that “their policy is not poor” and then she hung up. I then emailed her asking for her to please understand that while her policy may make sense for people that are aware and actively attending her classes, this was an exception to that and a unique situation and that surely she could understand that it is unethical to be charging a customer for services they never received or would ever receive. Her email response was, “I’m done talking to you and no we won’t be refunding any money”

My biggest concern is she said “I have too many kids in my classes to keep track of your kid” I didn’t ask her to keep track of my kid, but it is very concerning that this company isn’t verifying what children are signed up for their class and are actually attending. They had no idea that my kid has never step foot in their gym but they had no issues telling me that I owed them the money they kept charging.

Take your kid to mount baker gymnastics or anywhere else. Chandra is a temperamental business owner that refuses to listen to customer concerns or have an open discussion on her policies. She also won’t confirm that she has removed my credit card from her system of auto payment and their parent portal will not let you remove your payment method so I’m standing by to see if my card is ran again next month without my consent.

I’m positive Chandra will respond to this review with hateful and negative reasons of why I am the problem. I hope she can self reflect and be a better Business owner.

Our kids have been here for a few months and they love it. Coaches are super professional and kind. Small class size and offer various activities for kids to focus. Owner is super sweet as well! We had a birthday party recently, all kids had a blast and definitely recommend to join in classes or just hold a birthday party here!

Decided it was time for a review update. Since our last review, our family has taken advantage of enjoying open gym on Fridays, have had 2 more birthday parties at GZG, and had our son join the Trampoline and Tumbling Team. Having our kiddo join the T &T Team has provide him the opportunity with more personal growth than expected; he now has more self confidence, physical strength, and has over come social anxiety. We are beyond grateful for his coaches for helping build confidence, the meaning of being a teammate, and new skills. Thank you Coaches! Thank you teammates! Thank you Kevin and Chandra!

We've been going to Ground Zero since 2017. I know, way over due for leaving a review. But with kids, deployments, and well life I have procrastinated.
Anyways, here are my pros: LOVE that it is a safe place that I can bring my children to learn new things, challenge themselves, and let out some of their energy all in a friendly environment! It's been a great one-stop spot for us with their versatile classes available. We have enjoyed everything from Ninja classes, developmental classes, and even birthday parties!
Oh my goodness!! Best birthday party location! I need to definitely take a moment to mention about that! Each of our guests was greeted with professionalism and helped those not familiar with such an environment of total comfort. The owners took the time to even show the kids some cool new tricks. Everything was already set up for us, which was a huge help because it meant one less thing for me to worry about. Our birthday boy was presented in front of all his guests an awesome birthday metal, which to this day he still cherishes and plays with. Okay, back to other pros...I appreciate the diversity of the staff and how accommodating to not only my kids but, also myself. The coaches are miracle workers and the owners are exactly what the world needs more of! People who genuinely want to create a happy and safe community.
Cons... If you're not open to adding to your family (because they will welcome and love you as family) this place isn't for you. I honestly can't think of a negative thing to say about this place and the people attached to it.

The staff is so friendly and the establishment is very clean! Although I am yet to bring my kids to a class, which I plan on doing soon, we celebrated my daughters 7th birthday there. They were so helpful and attentive, and so very friendly and kind which means a lot to me! The kids had so much fun and it was a really great environment. Thank you guys so much for a great party! The owner is incredibly rude and their employees will lie to you to get your credit card information. But the situation is my fault for not having “common sense” according to the owner.

Edit/update: the owner is very good about responding to reviews to share her side of the story and twist things to make all poor reviews seem unwarranted. This does not change the fact that her employee lied to me and Chandra insulted my intelligence. I went to one what I would be told “free” class and have never stepped foot in the gym again. I was charged $120. I am not looking for any kind of hand outs- just for a business to do what’s right when their employees are in the wrong.

Super friendly & helpful staff, fantastic arena of things to do, like balance beams, climbing walls, a giant rope for climbing, foam pits, bounce house, uneven bars, spring boards, pummel horses, this place has it all! They even sell adorable little gymnastics outfits! Definitely recommend this place for birthday parties or after school activities!

Absolutely AMAZING staff and owner’s. They are Truly life savers and I feel as if this gum found us! Very family oriented and driven. I have been attending with my daughter for few years and could not be happier. They have moved mountains to make sure the kids are safe, get the absolute best coaching and care. Let's just say they're much better at welcoming famalies and caring, and providing quality instruction than I am at writing a narrative! We love this gym! We have taken development gymnastics classes, ninja zone, and trampoline class here. The free storytime and open gym once a month is excellent (not happening at the moment due to covid). They let you try out different classes for free.

I called to cancel classes for my kids within the time frame. After paying 169 for 3 classes back in January. They did not document that I called to cancel and did not cancel the classes like requested. And just charged me 114$! It is not my fault that they did not remove us. I paid 169 for 3 classes which is a lot even though when I signed up they said the registration fee would be waived but it was not. I paid it anyway without complaints but charging me 114 after all this time and after I requested to be removed. I paid for the 3 classes my kid's did attend they did not attendany classes after that. I am upset I was charged again. they are refusing to refund my money when they are the ones who did not remove us as requested. They should really make sure all of their employees who are answering phones are trained properly. Also the manager or owner whoever I spoke to hung up on me. I called to get a refund and immediately she said she would not give me a refund that she did not believe I called to cancel because it was not documented. I did call and whoever I spoke to said they would leave a message for whoever handles cancellations. So after her telling me she was refusing to refund my money and would not even allow me to explain that they did not document my call and that is on them. I said it was BS out of my frustration at how badly their professionalism is and how their employees obviously do not know how to do their jobs. Now I am being charged and they are extremely rude unprofessional about it. Hanging up on me. When all I said was I want a refund and they cannot charge me for classes my children did not attend and I called and canceled. It is on them for not documenting it. So instead of owning their faults they hang up on me. I hope people realize this place is not a good place to do business with.

The owners Kevin and Chandra are awesome people to work with. Very friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth, clean, and family oriented. They have a big facility with lots to do for the kids. They keep the building and gym very clean for the hundreds of kids that come through there each week. All the coaches were very friendly and cared for the kids. Don’t take your kids anywhere else!

I would recommend this gym to anyone. And we always do. My son has been coming to this gym for 2 years now. He started out in the Developmental class and loved it. Then once he turned 5 we put him in the lil ninja class. Which he loves too. The staff is so awesome and welcoming. And now our youngest wants to start gymnastics too. 💙😁

This place is great! They have all sorts of classes here! Blacklight workouts, Family Yoga, Kids Yoga, Personal Training, Ninja Training, Gymnastics of all levels (even adults) and dance! My daughter has been going for a year now and we love it! The staff is fabulous and the facility is great too! They also have open gym Friday nights. They do lots of events such as movie nights and more!! A definite must Checkout :)

Update: chandra has been dealing with my wife through this entire situation as she is who does all our accounting. Chandra now calls me today and wants to talk to me. I call my wife, she calls Chandra and Chandra informs my wife she only wants to speak to me. You really think you can go against one spouce to the other. This is so unprofessional. My wife dealt with this exactly as i would have and everything has been in writing so there is no concern over what was and wasn’t said! They are still refusing to supply us a copy of our contract as requested twice.
We are so displeased with this company and suggest going to the other one in my Vernon. We signed a contract with them stating our payments would be taken out monthly, ‘if your payment hasn’t been made by the 9th of the month , it will be paid with your card on file’. We signed our daughter up her because her doctors thought it could help with her special needs. Living 1.5 hours away the summer 8 am practices weren’t working. We planned to return in the fall, but she had a very rough year, including several hospital stays. This gym stuff never even entered our radar. We cancelled as far as anything was concerned in august of 2016. Well in January of 2018, 17 months later, we get an email about a past due account, only second email i have ever received from them (the other not billing related). We message to say whoa we are very concerned that i never heard a word about any balances in 17 months, nor was anything mentioned when we cancelled! And they have the gall to not only tell her that we have to give permission every month to draw that money (silly, that isn’t how a card on file works, and the contract clearly states it will be taken out of the 10th of the month from the card on file.). Instead of them just saying sorry we really messed up here and somehow forgot to bill you, we don’t know how it happened but would you mind clearing up the payment anyways. They blame us saying we never paid it and the contract says we have to tell them before they take any payments and then go on to threaten to send me to collections, threaten to charge me 17 months worth of late fees. This company is truly unbelievable. We will never reccomend them again and for the past 2 years we probably recommended them 4-5 times a month atleast. Now we will be singing a different tune.
