Coach Jackie is awesome with kids, my daughter loves coming here. The weekly open gym on Wed and Thursday at 11 is awesome value for $5

I love this gym! My older and younger sister attended here as well as myself and my kids! They are very laid back, understanding and they work with you on payments. I was a coach here many years back and still enjoy visiting my old boss and seeing all my little gymnasts evolve into beautiful young ladies.

This place is really great with toddlers. Coach Jackie has speciality training in early childhood and works patiently and directive with the littles. It’s such a gem in the community!

This gym is life changing! Best morning of my week! Definitely learning life skills, following directions, learning to wait, be a good listener and have fun and leave with a big appetite

This may be a fine establishment but their advertisement was SO CREEPY & gave me a weird gut feeling! At the Commons Plaza…

- old man holding a poorly made sign on a busy road
- young minor girls in MINIMAL clothing on front
- “free classes” (can target vulnerable population)
- “summer CAMPS” - yes send your minor daughters overnight with us….

I’m sorry, if you are an upstanding establishment, you wouldn’t put minors in minimal clothing in a busy road with a creepy man holding the sign. There are other ways to advertise!

MOMS listen to your gut feelings when taking your daughters anywhere like this ….

I took my 4 year old daughter here to try gymnastics for the first time and she loves it. My daughter was really timid at first and not the most coordinated so I was worried about how she would fit in with the other kids who were ahead of her. Well coach Jackie welcomed her right in and worked with her comfort level in such a friendly and encouraging way, now my daughter is up to speed with the rest of the class. And she loves coming to class, it's fun, it builds her confidence and I think it will be a good foundation for other sports that she may want to try in the future too.

Amazing staff here, especially for our private lessons, Mariah is wonderful!
When we first started here a few months back my kiddo was placed with beginners and soon surpassed it in skill level. They noticed this and that she seemed bored, so they recommended we move to the next level up. When we did that, she was slightly behind what the rest of the class was doing and they have continuously given her the attention that she needs to catch up. We decided to add a few private lessons also, and that has been the charm that we needed. My kiddos confidence has been intensely boosted and she loves trying new things.
The prices here are so affordable that you’re not paying for tons of extras unless you choose to.
I absolutely recommend this gym for anyone, from beginners to the rather seasoned veterans.

More of a playland. Not for serious gymnastics learning

Great staff, nice location. Only things I would change is ability to take payments online due to daughter's father being deployed (USN), or ability to pay with credit/debit cards, and please fix the air conditioning.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I started at this gym at a young age and spent most of my after school time here throughout middle school and high school. The coaches are AMAZING and the gym itself has everything you need! This is a locally owned business for many years now and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for recreational or team gymnastics to go here!

well i just to went to the free trial but from the beginning i had to find my way and ask where do i go to the main desk. i got a vibe from the staff that their just there. punch in punch out. secondly the class was given by a couple of 12-15 year olds who do not know how to talk to children. when one of the children spoke up about the push ups being hard the "teacher" said "welcome to gymnastics" very rude and sarcastic. the kids do not need that kind of sass. what they need is a positive adult teacher who will pay attention to the needs of the children. not some kid who'll just bark orders. i felt like the whole place was understaffed. the "adults" who should be in charge were just chilling. they got up to help a student once in a while. this place is intended for teens 13 and up. not for kids 6-12.
