Kirsten and her entire team of trainers are incredible. This is the best place ever because you’re in the best hands with coaches in a no-judgment zone. You can roll out of bed and share stories about your kid, and everyone gets it.
At my first session, I didn’t know anyone, but I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I had some questions about a few moves, and Kirsten, the coach for that session, took her time to explain everything.
This is a place for all levels: whether you’re just getting started or already experienced. I love this women-focused gym because they’re a group who not only cares but also has the experience and education to do what they do so well. Absolutely recommend!

Haven Fitness Studio is the best thing that has happened to my commitment to fitness. Kirsten is a fantastic trainer and has really created a space that is welcoming and comfortable. I’m learning new things, refining familiar movements, and pushing myself beyond what I’m capable of doing at home. Her patience with those of us who need extra coaching is beyond appreciated. You’re getting small group training that feels a lot like one on one!

I can’t say enough positive things about Haven! I love the classes and the way each session is structured. I’m new to strength training and Kirsten has made it feel completely approachable and empowering. The smaller class sizes gives the attention and feel of a personal trainer while being big enough to thrive off the energy of the class and community it’s attracted! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Hands down my favorite gym I’ve ever been a part of!

Wow! Haven Fitness has totally exceeded my expectations! I was searching for a place with a variety of workouts and enough availability to fit five days a week into my schedule. Kirsten, the owner, and all the trainers are super knowledgeable and make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. I feel so welcome and encouraged at Haven.

Haven Fitness (and Kirsten) are amazing! Signing up for a membership is one of the best things I have done for myself, ever. I haven’t worked out consistently in years (never weightlifting) but as I age I am learning how important it is. I have always been intimidated by other gyms and programs but Kirsten and the other trainers make it so welcoming and knowledgeable. I LOVE the format and small class sizes. It is an incredible gym and I look forward to it every day!

I have been going to the class Kirsten developed for 2.5 years. I am not a gym girl, but life circumstances caused me to need an anchor for my mental health. I found quiet for my brain and I always left feeling better, mind and body. I had to start very slow. In time she started putting weight that was a little bit heavier in front of me. And if there is something I am going to do- it’s what she tells me to. I went from 3 lbs to 20 lb weights. I used that strength and stamina to function in my life. I told people “I would literally go to this class every day” I’m glad I get to now.

I use to take classes from Kirsten at another gym before she opened Haven and she was the only reason I exercised! Even thirty minutes after taking her class, I would always feel like my body was a warm furnace, burning fat and making muscle. She gets me to work harder and smarter than I ever would on my own. Her workouts are constructed professionally, safely, and in a way that is fun. Participants can take things at their own pace and get stronger and better wherever their fitness level is at, without added pressure to be as strong or as fit as the person next to you. I had no choice, I had to follow Kirsten to her new gym or I would never exercise again—and I’m so glad I did!The community is amazing and encouraging, and I’m exercising so much more than I ever did at my other gym. I love it so much, I even signed up my 18 year-old daughter before she goes to college just so she learns good form and training techniques and she loves it enough to go every day even after an eight hour day of work.

The name says it all. This place is truly a Haven. I have always been self conscious while working out. Feeling like everyone is watching me and judging me if I do something not quite right. At Haven I feel so welcome and most importantly wanted! All the coaches take their time to show how to correctly do each exercise. They also give levels for each in case you aren’t able to properly perform the exercises. They focus on making sure you still get a great workout in at whatever stage of your fitness journey you are on. I cannot recommend this gym enough! I truly used to dread working out and now everyday I’m excited to go to class!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Haven Fitness Studio is true to its namesake and feels like a community based on positivity, hard work and FUN! Kirsten is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and makes all fitness levels feel welcome. What a fun and beautiful gym to be a part of! Kirsten, the owner and trainer, was very inviting. She is very knowledgeable and explains the exercises well. She had variations that were challenging for my current fitness level. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym!
