HYI is the best place to share your yoga practice. The instructors are all knowledgeable, very friendly and caring about every student. The studio is beautiful and clean. Classes are always challenging and sweaty, such a great detox! The community of people I have found here is one of the many perks as well <3 I recommend this studio to anyone wanting to practice yoga, beginner or advanced.

Started out here with the trial of 10 classes for $10 (how can you beat that deal), and right from the start it was a great experience. The front desk (manager ?) was very helpful and sweet, made sure I didn’t feel like the beginner I actually was going in to my first class. She walked me around the studio and even showed me where to stand in class. It was clear there wasn’t any crazy expectations of you when you are just starting, and they make you feel like a part of the studio even from your first class. I haven’t tried the other locations, but I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to try! Also was a very clean and pleasant smelling studio.

I am a regular here at Hot Yoga Inc. When I first started my practice with them, I had a lot of back pain. I practiced at least 5 days a week for 4 months and was losing weight and felt good about my body. I also forgot about that back pain. Hot yoga is good for anyone. A good studio with a wonderful sense of community and amazing teachers can be hard to find. HYI is a gem

This is the place for no nonsense hot Yoga. Consistent heat in room, clean facility and a friendly staff. You can't beat the introductory 10 for 10 offer!
