When I first tried Hotworx, it was honestly just to “see what it was all about”—and, let’s be real, to warm up during these cold, dreary PNW spring days. As an avid runner recovering from a winter knee injury, I was also looking for a lower-impact workout. One session in, and I was hooked.

Not only do you get an efficient, high-quality workout in less time, but the benefits go beyond physical fitness—my mind feels clearer, my skin looks healthier, and, believe it or not, I'm sleeping better every night.

The staff is incredible—shoutout to Katie and Ali! The owners are equally welcoming and gracious. If you’re looking for a gym that meets you exactly where you are in your fitness journey, feels like a private training session, and offers benefits beyond the traditional workout, this is the place. Convenient, fun, and totally addictive. I’m obsessed.

What an incredible studio! I had the honor of getting to work with the staff and owners of the Bonney Lake HOTWORX at their grand opening event, and they are so friendly, warm, and inviting! The studio is incredibly clean & comfortable and is set up really nicely with quality equipment! I would 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone!

HOTWORX is my favorite gym! It is an all around fitness club that makes the most benefit out of infrared therapy. It provides me the best core and leg workout. It also helps me get my flexibility back which is very important for me as a physical therapist. I definitely recommend getting a membership ❤️

Seriously the best fitness studio! The infrared saunas are game-changers. The amount of different workouts, workout times and workout combinations keep it exciting and fun.

The staff are welcoming, encouraging and treat you like family. I have learned to challenge myself in ways I didn't know I could. Leaving in a sweaty mess is the best way to walk out the door!

I cannot express enough how Amazing you will feel after experiencing HOTWORX! This way of exercising feels like you are accomplishing so much more than physical health, but truly offers me mental / emotional heath benefits as well. I had to cancel for some health issues I started having and my Mat and towel are still unopened and wrapped in the plastic and they won’t return them. I just find it a bit off. But the place was very nice!

Thinking about a new experience in healthier lifestyle? Check out HOTWORX in Bonney Lake, WA! The staff are super awesome in assisting you with any questions you may have about the studio or the membership information.

Each sauna studio can contain up to 3 members working out. You must have a smartphone to download the HOTWORX apps because this is how you’d gain entry into the studio, book your appointments, and retain your work-out records.

The concept is simple: you book your appointment(s) whenever you wish to work out. You show up and do your thing! You may be able to work out by yourself if you happen to book during the time other members are busy or members may cancelling sessions last minute.

Besides the sauna studios, there’s a neutral zone (I call it because there’s no heat!), where you can utilize weights to work out to add in the spice.

I honestly love HOTWORX, and it’s my new journey into a healthier lifestyle.
