Loved this place. The sign up process was super easy. The staff was friendly and things were smooth I even got 7 friends to sing up. I did have to commit to at least three months and that was almost a year and half ago. I now have to cancel due to health restrictions and not being able to use the sauna. I have gone into the studio, I have called, emailed the two owners (Scott annd Jen) and reached out via instagram. They keep referring me to the app which is requesting $158 for early cancellation. Staff has no idea how to help me and keep taking messages. Someone responded one time via IG and offered to charge me $99 instead. Loved the gym when I could use it, now cancellation is a nightmare no luck getting help going on three weeks.

If you struggle to get active due to previous injuries, arthritis, aches and pains, and aging, this is the answer. I am able to do more and am becoming more active due to the infared sauna workouts. LIFECHANGING!! The infared heat allows me more flexibility without the pain. The benefits for myself carry throughout the day with less aches. I am emotional writing this hopeful that another person who feels stuck and hopeless can experience the joy I am receiving from each visit. Come enjoy a new you at Hotworx. Oh and full disclosure: I at this point am unable to do the moves that are on the videos and so I just do what I can without causing me pain. No shame in baby steps!!! Just do you.

I walked into Hotworx SE for the first time today and I’m impressed with the use of the space and functional equipment. Dumbbells go to 50, KB’s run in singles to 40. Decent sized battle ropes as well! I was stoked to see these! Clever use of the vending machine to offer towels and some supplies in case you had forgotten your own to include some pre-workout. The equipment is well maintained and even the top of the machines and rack is spotless (nice!). This type of gym offers what most don’t, privacy and 7 saunas ranging in cardiovascular equipment and stretching programs at your leisure. The app is clean and scanning into the secure space is easy. As far as cost, It’s affordable and offers a discount with two joining at once. No need to go to big box gyms. The functional equipment is here and saunas are all here. It’s clear the members respect the space as well. I don’t see any damaged or missing/broken equipment.

HOTWORX is seriously🔥 I've been a member for almost 3 months now and it's a game changer. The workouts are as challenging as you want it to be and with consistency, you can see and feel your body get stronger. They're open 24 hours with your own personal access code or digital key through the app to enter the studio and book all your sessions! The team is very personable and friendly and the studio is nice and clean. On a personal level, it's my escape from the chaos that is life. With two young-ish children with extremely busy schedules, it gives me a place to go where I can clear my mind and focus on ME and my goals. And oh man, the post-workout sweat "glow" and the amazing feeling is indescribable so don't hesitate -- JUST TRY IT OUT and you'll be hooked!

UPDATE: I’ve been going a month and done 9 classes. Unfortunately had to miss a week due to my child being sick but I’m literally obsessed! Ended my 3 year workout hiatus. My absolute favorite class is stretch. I have arthritis and I’m super stiff and it feels amazing plus you’re burning calories. What’s not to love?

I just signed up with Jenn, one of the owners and am so excited! She was super friendly and informative and I feel very safe and am excited about the 24/7 access. I highly recommend the warrior bundle it is a backpack with all of the equipment you could ever need and it’s so convenient. I did the hot blast and less than 15mins of workout felt like an hour! Technically it kind of is because of the infrared heat continuing to burn calories 60mins after your workout. I highly recommend.
