I went here for a soccer tournament.
The soccer fields are really nice and there was a coffee shop outside.
The only downfall is having to go across the parking lot and having to get concessions, which is overpriced, but the vending machine for drinks were reasonably priced.

This is our second year coming here for PNQ. Everyone hates this place. It’s the worst place that PNQ uses. This year they’re not turning the heater on, and won’t turn the big fan off, so it’s really cold inside. Also on checkin, even though we got here at 6:45 they don’t scan until exactly 7, so the parents have to wait in the rain while the people that scans are staring at the parents.
Overall, it’s not very welcoming for PNQ guests, but they have guaranteed income from PNQ, so I don’t expect improvement.

This place was PACKED for a volleyball tournament. Indoor facility was quite large and looked like it could handle a lot of sports. Fields outside were in great shape. Frost/cold doesn’t seem to affect their turf so we played in the cold. Snow melted away by the time practice started.

Why are all the urinals at the height suitable for a toddler? This is throughout my journey in Spokane and I’m looking for answers…

Our family comes here several times during basketball season. It's usually very organized and a great facility. It is tucked away behind the RV Center, but not terribly difficult to find. They have a pretty good snack shack that includes hot dogs and hamburgers, clean restrooms, and a nice staff.

I almost did not visit this place because of some negative reviews. I want everyone to know this place is awesome. The staff is very nice,Bathrooms are clean, the people are very welcoming and the overall atmosphere is very lively. I travel for work and have seen many gyms and sports arenas. This is one of the best!!

The Hub was busy, smelly, and bathrooms a mess. Apparently women's bathrooms were running out of toilet paper. Women around me were telling each other to check before use. They were also talking about going elsewhere or using parking lot to pee.

Here for a state basketball tournament and wow is the facility great but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Pretty frustrating to argue with the staff over a wristband while rushing my daughter to meet with her team for game prep. I have allergic reactions on my skin which prevents me from wearing them. My wife was on her way to the building with everything else and just a few minutes behind. I am sorry I paid for my day pass to get in and had been able to pass back and forth the whole time without issue. The disrespect from the young staff to the adults that support this facility is unacceptable!!!!!

the facility updates and staff cooperation is awesome. i play pickleball 2 or 3 times a week at The HUB. The helpfulness at checkin, court accessories are updated frequently. Believe me it's challenging to please a bunch of old farts...

I have been to The Hub for several of my granddaughter's volleyball tourneys over the last couple of years. It is a nice enough facility. However this weekend I was not able to travel so I thought I would take advantage of their live-stream thru the Playsight app. What a waste. Of course I had to create an account as well as pay for a one day subscription (four dollars plus change) which I did not mind as it was very reasonable. Of the 5 games she played, I was only able to watch 2 because not all the courts are streamed all the time. The number varied from 2 courts to 5 or 6 courts. On the plus side I really like the bird's eye view when the live-stream worked. Thankfully son-in-law mastered the technique of steaming on Facebook. The view as not as good but at least I could watch the game.

UPDATE: I was contacted by The Hub via email and this review. I appreciate that they reached out to PlaySight about the problem and got a refund for me (I had not asked for that). They suggested I check the site today as the missing games would be up and available for free viewing. Yes, indeed there are multiple games on multiple courts from yesterday available for viewing....by subscription. I have moved on and am now looking forward to attending 3 days of volleyball this weekend at a local-to-me venue. In the future when they play The Hub and I am not able to travel, I will give PlaySight one more try. Again, thank you for being so very responsive to my concerns and for the refund.

We reserved the entire building for our students from 10 am- 1 pm however, someone at the HUB double booked our time with pickleball players. The pickleball players came in and immediately started setting up their nets and making our students leave the gym. The staff was very rude about their error. They were not very helpful at all. I do not recommend renting this facility.

We are lucky to have a non-profit sports center like the HUB in our community. We’ve been there often for sports camps and tournaments. The staff is fantastic and the facilities are well maintained. I’ve also heard often about the positive impact they’re making through their tutoring and mentoring programs. We’re looking forward to spending more time there for youth events as well as planning some workplace activities and team building events.
