I’m so thankful for Innofit and for my trainers Dusty and Scott. They and the other IF trainers truly care about the safety and well-being of their clients, and are able to modify workouts to fit an individual’s physical goals or limitations. I tried this gym and personal training out this fall. I did my one month and switched to another place. I noticed many of the best reviews are 2-3 years old.
My best time was to come on the 1/2 for personal training. They said I had to come on the hour. It made no sense, and seemed pretty inflexible. I was doing 1:1 training. One afternoon I was in training and a group of teenagers walked in and took over the workout area. I never did feel really comfortable there.

Great Staff! Awesome varied workouts and they work with you. I have worked with personal training staff in the past - at other establishments and they can not hold a candle the “human approach” that innovative fitness takes. They work with you to achieve YOUR goals. Highly recommended and if I wasn’t moving out of the area - I would still be going there 😀

I just finished the 6 Week Challenge at Innovative Fitness in Fircrest and I'm so happy to say that I was successful at meeting my goal of loosing at least 6% body fat. It was really quite reasonable as the workouts required were only 3 days a week and the food program was reasonable but a bit of a challenge to get used to. There was a lot of food to be eaten and at first it was hard but I stuck with the plan and ended up really liking how I felt eating all the food. The instructors were really great and very helpful answering all my questions and keeping me motivated. So happy I did this challenge.

Recently completed the Innovative Fitness 6 Week Challenge with Great Results! I lost 10% Body Fat and gained muscle mass with the help of their inspiring trainers. Due to health issues (Brain Tumor, Feeding Tube, Trach & Breast Cancer), this was my first Fitness attempt in years. I loved that Modifications/Adjustments were given so I can participate at my level! I feel healthier, stronger and my struggle with balance has greatly improved! Thank you Innovative Fitness!!!!

Just completed the 6 week challenge. I can’t say enough good things about the program, the people, the workouts, the meal plan... it is all amazing. Everything works together so well to help get you in shape. This program is designed to eliminate your excuses?
Maybe you’re thinking...
I don’t have time to exercise...they have so many times to work out.
I get bored exercising... the workouts are so varied from day to day to eliminate monotony.
I don’t know how to workout correctly... the workouts are lead by a trainer to solve that problem.
I don’t know how to eat right... the meal plan is so simple a child could follow it.
Add to this the accountability of checkins every day and your workout buddy and they have solved all your problems.
I’m not going to tell you it was easy. Nothing in life worth anything is easy. Is your health worth a little work. Hell yes! You have to be disciplined. I guarantee if you put in the work you will get the results. It’s not all about weight loss either. This program is designed to get you in shape, change your mind set, and give you the building blocks for a lifetime of health.
Personally I lost 17.3 pounds and 6.1% body fat in 6 weeks. The mental changes far outweigh anything a scale could tell me. My health is now a priority and a routine. Make your health your priority!

Six weeks ago I started working out at Innovative Fitness with an accountability program (Six Week Challenge) including a meal plan and daily communications with staff and another participants. Six weeks later and I've unloaded 20 lbs; I'm gonna unload 40-50 more by the end of summer. I make this bold proclamation only because I know their system works, and I know I'm 100% in. I cannot recommend IF highly enough. Screw the chain clubs, If you're looking to drop pounds and get in shape this is the place to go.

Recently completed the women's 6 week program. It was well organized offering detailed meal plans tailored to the individual, outstanding 3x week structured workouts with trained fitness coaches, at home training plans, and frequent communication and support. I participated in the men’s 42 day challenge and couldn’t be happier with the results. They offered a great nutrition plan that really put me on the right track and the fitness program was great. I look better, feel better mentally and physically, and I am just grateful that they have this program and that I was able to participate in it. I hadn't worked out for a few years & I needed to lose weight for a trip to Cabo, plus I was tired of the way I looked and felt. I needed discipline and structure to change my habits. I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 10 lbs plus 6% body fat. I'm happy with my results. The coaches are friendly, professional, & encouraging. You will work hard but it pays off. I feel stronger & I love the workouts. I don't have to think about what muscle group or exercise I'm working on, they tell you the exercises & you pick the weight to challenge yourself. It's fast paced, fun, & never the same work out.

I was very nervous when I signed up for their 42-Day Challenge, not sure what to expect, fearing it might be too much. Being overweight and out of shape, the idea of working out was particularly intimidating but my trainers, Paige and Evan, are great - demonstrating, motivating, and pushing each person to do their best and then better. Evan's encouragement - individually and for the group - has often kept me going when the voices in my head tell me "I can't, just give up". Thanks to IF trainers and other members, I haven't given up and the changes have been worth the effort!

My personal trainer has me on the perfect gradient, not too easy and not so grueling that I'm too sore to function the next day. The facility is well equipped and nice and clean. The staff is friendly but committed to helping me reach my goals. Also, the recovery drinks and smoothies are convenient and delicious.
