At RIG we believe that by building resilience, creating intention, and training grit everyone will achieve better health and fitness.

I was a complete novice when I started weight lifting with Brent. He was extremely adept at explaining the foundations of proper form and body mechanics. His approach is holistic and helped me gain perspective on my health and wellness overall. Best of all, he could accommodate multiple people in my sessions, so workouts with Brent became a memorable event with visiting friends and family!

Worked with Brent for over two years with both in person and at home work outs that he programs through an app. Most of our workouts have been my wife and I but from time to time we have included my teenage son (who he even helped build strength from an athletic injury). Brent is extremely effective in pushing all of us to do our best. He is positive and technical which makes for a fun workout! I would highly recommend scheduling a session!

I've been with Brent now for over 2 years. I'll be turning 50 this year and am the strongest I've been since my early 20s. I can only go once a week due to working full-time as well as being a mother to elementary/junior high school kids. I have never had the same workout. I'm always pushed hard but never something that is unachievable. Brent knows how to strengthen my weaknesses all while making the workout fun yet exhausting. I look forward to my Fridays with Brent. This was the best gift my husband has given me.

Enjoy the privacy of Brent's gym. It is clean, wonderful and he has everything to give you a full body workout.

My husband and I took Brent’s rowing clinic and as expected, it was top notch from start to finish. As a former college rower, Brent gave great cues in order to correct my form. My husband was pretty new to the erg and Brent taught with clear and helpful instruction. Based on this clinic, I would not hesitate to work with Brent again in any capacity. Brent is a motivating and thoughtful coach and has the knowledge to modify your workouts to meet you where you are.
