INSPIRE is proud to be the first studio in Seattle offering the Lagree Fitness workout. Lagree Fitness fuses key elements of Pilates with strength training and cardio, offering a low impact, high intensity total body workout in a dynamic class environment. Our workout strengthens the body, tones and elongates the muscles, improves endurance, jump starts metabolism, burns fat, increases flexibility and postural alignment, and restores the body’s natural balance. I’ve tried a lot of different forms of exercise, but this takes the cake. And speaking of cake, I have been working my postpartum body back into shape! I’m only two classes in but I already know my body is receptive to this workout. Classes get a little loud with the music, but I did a 6am class with Christine and she had the perfect volume for her class. She was friendly and welcoming!

I have been an avid member of Inspire, a Lagree studio, since 2014. I love the workout because it's the most efficient and challenging style i've ever taken without the feeling of wear and tear. I've appreciated this as my body's abilities and resilience have changed throughout the decade. The instructors are not only invested in you getting a good workout for your money but they want you to get stronger while having fun! They are all also very supportive and approachable. Give Inspire a try and you'll be drinking the Lagree Kool Aid in no time!

After a long break from organized fitness classes, I jumped back in at Inspire Lagree in Seattle, and it was the best decision! The community is incredible—women of all ages and fitness levels pushing themselves together in a supportive, high-energy environment. The instructors keep things fresh with creative, ever-changing routines, so every class feels new (and seriously challenging). Even the fittest students leave dripping in sweat—I’ve even seen Olympic athletes in class! Whether you're just starting or looking to level up, this is the place to be.

I enjoyed a private class very much, but when I came to group class, I could tell it’s not suitable for beginners even though they announce beginners are welcome. It was definitely inspiring to see all these women being so strong but unfortunately I am not one of them now. So I would appreciate if Inspire introduces more classes for beginners since now it’s only one a week and it’s hard to book. I’d like to continue training but more smooth rather they offer, as I don’t feel it’s for the good when my body is so stressed by intense class.

I have been attending classes at Inspire for a few years and it truly is an amazing place. The workout itself is both intense and safe for injuries. When I attend consistently, I feel incredibly strong and it helps my performance in other activities (eg hockey) and it helps my achy joints. The atmosphere is welcoming and low pressure. Teachers remember my name and help me modify as needed. Other people taking classes are all ages, sizes, and genders. The owners also give back to the community and support important local organizations. Can’t say enough great things. Try Shana or John, they are my favs!

I will preface this by saying I am a serial gym/fitness class hopper. I love to go around to different studios and take advantage of new student deals and just try new things! So trust me when I say that Inspire Queen Anne and Ballard are the best lagree fitness studios in the Seattle area!
The instructors are incredible and consistent, with extremely helpful cues and directions and to make the most out of your workout safely. The classes are always extremely high quality and well paced (the time under tension is always perfect, transitions are well thought out and directed) it’s never a question that you will get an amazing workout. Before Inspire, I did CrossFit for about 8 months and did weightlifting on my own for about 3 years.

I have tried other lagree fitness studios in Seattle such as Studio45 and solidcore, and Inspire is worlds better. In other studios, the pace is off: often way too slow or way too much stuff crammed in. I’m just left really confused and unfulfilled. I don’t know how to describe it but the instructors at Inspire just seem like they have a good sense of how their students are currently feeling in that moment. Because I’ve never felt that I was rushed out of a move or in a move too long.

If I had to think of 1 improvement, it would be amazing if there was a shower if they were ever thinking of expanding or remodeling :) just for folks on the go.

**Also Brett is my favorite instructor, her classes are always extra hard but fun!

While it’s not my primary workout, I’ve been checking out all the Lagree in the Seattle area and this one is the best! Mara is phenomenal at instructing and making sure everyone has good form. I can see the difference. The students in her class are a lot more uniform in posture and pacing which are both essential for getting results from Lagree. I highly recommend!

Best workout class you can find. I’ve been doing lagree at Inspire for over a year and I am a completely different person now, both physically and mentally. The classes are challenging and fun, and the instructors do a great job of creating new workouts to keep you on your toes. I have noticed huge positive changes in my body and strength. I also love to run, and my average pace per mile has improved significantly because my legs have gotten so strong from Inspire! Carly, Rebekah, Sue, Ari and Mara are my personal faves and all do such an awesome job of kicking my butt each time! Thank you Inspire for changing my body and my mind for the better!

Olivia is the worst instructor I've ever taken a class from. She is completely uninspiring and quite snobby which is very unwelcoming. I can tell she doesn't actually have any anatomy knowledge and it's only a matter of time before someone gets injured in her class. Studios can be made or broken on the quality of their instructors and this is one instructor that will keep me and my group away.

I have been going to Inspire classes for the past 7.5 years. It's been an amazing experience for me. It's the first time in my life I have felt as strong throughout my entire body, starting with my core. I am a runner and it's improved my running and overall body strength which I could never find with other activities. I have done it post one pregnancy and throughout my second - where I "bounced back" much faster than the first. I would highly recommend that anyone that wants to be challenged and really strengthen their body, they should sign up! It's hard, even 7.5 years later...which is why I keep going!

Inspire West Seattle is a great facility - really good instructors who know your name even in the first class. They offer subtle guidance & encouragement throughout the class, correcting form and offering suggestions to modify movements based on your issues. I was hesitant to "invest" in the program but find that I really look forward to class & I am encouraged with my improvements in strength & balance. Also LOVE that it's less of a time investment than other classes, but you still get a MAJOR workout.

I have been taking class at Inspire consistently since 4/2011. This is the 1st time in my life that I have been consistent with exercise. I would start go a lot then get injured and it would take a few years to try again. This method is all about form and slow movement. It has transformed my skiing, stamina, lowered my blood sugar. I learned how to modify exercise as needed which has helped be through a bad car accident a few years ago. The staff and clientele are supportive, there are a lot of us that have been going for years. The workout is a challanging as it was 6 years ago when I started. It gets easier and harder at the same time.
