The greatest facility for gymnasts of all ages is International Rhythmic Gymnastics and Ballet; their instructors are professional and put in a lot of effort to get results, and they offer high-quality training. Tiana, for example, excels at conditioning and stretching, and I adore how my 7-year-old daughter demonstrates what she has learned when she gets home from class. Her development and what she has learned so far have really amazed me.
The coaches are fantastic! In just a few months, you will notice results. I would want to express my gratitude to the amazing coaches Tatiana Kartseva and Tiana Biruykova. I would suggest it to everyone since I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Great gymnastics! Very attentive trainers, focused on results, and not just on payment. Our daughter has been training for about a year and the results are obvious. Before this we went to another place. We are delighted. Thanks to Tatyana, very professional and demanding. Wonderful coach Sofia, we really want her to stay as long as possible!

We are with this school for over 10 years. They are extremely professional , dedicated , responsible, and amazing. My kids were never hurt, earned first places and we are completely non athletic family. I've been to this club several times and held master classes.
Firstly, I want to note the conditions in which gymnasts practice, a comfortable gym with a professional carpet.
Secondly, gymnasts compete and get levels.
Thirdly, Tiana sometimes invites rhythmic gymnastics stars to master classes in order for the gymnasts to adopt skills and undertake to perform complex elements.
I have something to compare with, I was invited to master classes in different clubs in the USA and countries.
I don’t want to upset anyone, but rhythmic gymnastics is not the easiest sport, as it might seem at first glance. This skill and lightness are honed over the years. And professional sports are both stretching, and tears and troubles (it's good if they don't exist). Of course, it is difficult to labor and work in training, but if you really love gymnastics, then you need to work, labor and self-overcome this is the key to success.
Probably, if only money was a priority for the club, no one would go to competitions. After all, it is easy to conduct classes at home without any progress of athletes.

My eldest daughter has been going to IRG for 5 years, and my youngest daughter is in her 2nd year. IRG is their second home. The price is cheaper compared to other clubs, but it has good professional trainers, the hall is really big and the apparatus with a high roof is suitable for training.

My daughter has been going to this gymnastics for 6 months. Coaches are amazing! They are professional and have a lot of focus on a progress of the gymnast. The classes are very intense and are a bit hard for newcomers- but coaches provides support and keeps kids motivated. I’m very impressed with my daughter progress over those 6 months! We did rhythmic gymnastics in other club before for more than a year, so what she learned there in a year was not even close to 6 months in IRG! Most importantly- my daughter loves IRG!

As an ex-gymnast and ex-coach of this gym, I have nothing but positive things to say! Tiana is a wonderful head coach and a great mentor, the environment she creates inspires children to do their best and to develop themselves, and the results show that too. The amount of successful gymnasts that have walked out of that building speaks for itself. Greetings readers. I want to write a few words from my experience. I am a finalist of two Olympic Games in rhythmic gymnastics. Medalist of the World and European Championships. I was invited to this school several times and I conducted master classes and camps with the children of this school many times. Also, I was a guest of wonderful online competitions held by the team of this club. The head coach, Tiana, tries to use all the possibilities to the maximum so that her students have excellent experience and knowledge in this magnificent sport. And I want to say that Tiana is 100% dedicated to her work.

Don’t trust 1 star reviews, look, they all have the same text or pattern. Some parents or kids might not like it for sure, but these ones seems to be a bot attack or something.. My daughter has a great progress in this school, and we all, including her, like how progression goes. Tiana is a good professional, and her team of coaches is doing a great job as well. I also like that in this school they don’t try to get all the parents’ money like many other sport/activity schools in US and Seattle area. They are really affordable, and the best value out of few schools we’ve already tried. We have no plans to leave any time soon.

Individual and personal approach to each student.
10 years ago, my eldest daughter practiced here, and now my 2 younger daughters are attending.
In a short time, you can quickly see the results and improvement of the gymnasts.

My daughter was a gymnast of IRG club for almost 11 years, and we had a great experience with Tiana, other parents and kids. The work of coaches are so unappreciated and underestimated, and we personally have a huge respect for Tiana. It’s a very difficult and stressful sport and Tiana works hard to make sure girls are trained well.
She has been inviting Olympic class coaches constantly so the girls can get the best training and master classes possible. I would definitely recommend IRG!

Check her older girlss competition results too (google rhythmic gymnastics region 2 meet results) - they speak for themselves.What you will get enrolling your daughter with IRG is some form of physical exercise, stretching, but not professional coaching. There is unnessesary screaming and calling names, unprofessional behavior sometimes too. I woulndt hold my breath about this place and certainly, would not trust her my child.

I went to this gymnastics gym for 6 years. I had to leave because the injuries were far too great. To this day I have chronic ankle injuries and back problems. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. The only goal of the coaches is money. They have no care for the bodies of the athletes and do nothing to ensure safety. Tiana would always make someone pay for a private lesson and then focus on another person. Multiple coaches have made people cry for things they could not control. Additionally, Tiana would always make the gymnasts do everything for set up and just sit. And all of that is just the tip of the ice burg. The emotional and mental harm was severe as well.

I don’t know why so many BAD REVIEWS about this gymnastics school... The people who don’t know a lot about Rhythmic gymnastics could write such BAD REVIEWS. WE started doing gymnastics with Tanya Grow when my daughter was 4 yrs old, now she’s 11 and she is accomplishing her GOALS in Rhythmic gymnastics.We are very satisfied to be a part of this school)))Tanya is a VERY GREAT COACH)))
My daughter NEVER GOT an injury since she was 4.... Tanya knows how to work individually with every girl.. My daughter is SO HAPPY to work HARD with her and want to say THANK YOU to Tanya for everything she’s doing))))

Tiana has no experience teaching Rhythmic Gymnastics. She is not a professional coach. She has multiple lawsuits against her some of which include causing irreversible harm to gymnasts, avoiding taxes by writing her taxes on her “child coaches”.
