I recently started training with Josh and have had the best experience! I am a newbie to the fitness world and was extremely nervous at first but Josh has made it an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. I also love that I am learning something new every session. I highly recommend!

I started working with Josh at Iron Industries about 7 months ago. My piriformis muscle was weak from an injury mixed with some bad habits from lockdown, and i really needed help finding the right moves to get me back in shape and was unable to get PT at the time. Josh has pushed me the way i needed from day 1 and always has my needs in mind. He is a lighthearted coach that drives my partner and I to work hard, and is gentle when we really need it. I’ve never felt pressured to push when i felt like it wasn’t wasnt good for me. Josh is great at knowing when we need that rest and when we need to dig deep. Whether you want to train for a competition or just want to start being healthier, I couldn’t recommend Josh and Iron Industries more!

My partner and I have been working with Josh for about 6-7 months now and we love it. Josh as a coach makes working out feel fun but also accessible which is important to me as someone who hasn’t felt comfortable in athletic settings for most of her life. I feel like he comes in with a plan for our workouts but is quick to adjust if something is too hard or too easy and never makes you feel any shame for needing those adjustments. I’m glad we found him and know that we’ve gotten stronger and closer to our wellness and health goals because of him and I’m looking forward to continuing the journey. I would highly recommend Josh and Iron Industries to anyone looking for some help and guidance with their fitness regardless of where your starting point is.

I have trained with Josh in Sedro Woolley for about 10 months and I have been very happy with the results! What I like most about my personal training from him is that I have a workout I could NEVER do at home, in a safe and effective way. Josh is also very tuned in to injury and recovery. When I first started training with him, I had sore knees and he has asked me every time we met how things were going. He helped me with stretches and exercises to strengthen my knees and now they feel great! I highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer!

CFII is an awesome display of what CrossFit is all about. There’s a tight knit community feel that is obvious from the get go, anyone can feel welcome here despite where you’re at in your CrossFit journey and especially if you’re just beginning. The coaches all are different, with unique style and gifts they bring to the table with the common goal of helping you become better and stronger. I highly recommend this box. There are tons of events and activities that build community that make this box something special to be apart of. The space is functional, and the work outs never miss a beat with great balance of skill work and strength work, all important work really. Do yourself a favor and come in and drink all the CrossFit kool aid !

I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in trying Crossfit or simply working out with a great support system and in a team-like setting. As a team-sport athlete my whole schooling, I got bored of running and working out independently. Iron Industry is a very welcoming & accommodating community (coaches, members and drop-ins!) - a great motivation for the dark days of winter especially!

Stopped by for a drop in this morning. Josh was super nice and helpful with technique throughout the class. Everybody in class was very welcoming! Awesome box - make sure you go if you’re traveling through town or if you’re looking for a good coach Josh is awesome!!

This is the best Crossfit gym I have been to. The space is a little small, but the people and coaches are amazing.

Great gym. Excellent coaches. Fun camaraderie and competition. Nothing else has kept me motivated to do challenging 3-4 workouts per week for months.
I balked at the cost of CrossFit for a long time, but the investment in health and strength is very much worth it! The first few workouts left me extremely sore, but after that it feels SO good. Try it!

I've been working out at CrossFit iron industry for about two years and I that time, I've grown in my my strength, confidence and form.

Josh, Elijah and their team are great. As a chiropractor, my job can have it's physical demands and I always appreciate how they stress the importance of keeping good form. Conversely as a client, I appreciate how josh pushes me during the workouts while also leaving me encouraged on what I accomplished. They have 5 stars in my book 👍.

Dropped in while working in town and had a great experience. Really strong coaching and a flexible program that allowed for me to have a great work out even with a bit of a physical limitation. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town

I was hesitant to start Crossfit because I hadn't been active in so long, but my friend finally convinced me to try Iron Industry. Now at a little over a month in, it's something I actually look forward to every day (never thought I'd say that about excercise)! The people at this gym are positive and encouraging, and cheer you on to do your personal best, no matter your fitness level. The variety of exercises keeps things interesting, and it's really nice to have the workout pre-planned, with a coach to help guide you, instead of trying to figure it out on your own. I definitely recommend trying a class here (your first 2 are free)- I'm pretty sure you'll love it.

Ten months ago I started CrossFit at Iron Industry to increase my fitness. I have seen my body change, discipline improve and strength increase. However, I have been most suprised that being a part of this community has pushed me to be better manager at work. Watching the coaches interact and guide athletes as they take on new skills and challenges has inspired me. Their combination of encouraging hard work, correcting form and acknowleding the emotional aspect in fitness has made me take ownership of my workouts and keeps me coming back for more. They care about their athletes and strive to build community in every workout and event. If you are looking for an enviroment to foster your personal growth I highly recommend CrossFit Iron Industry!

Great place. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and know how to work with each individual. They were able to create a good routine for me even when I was recovering from injury (as well as my girlfriend).

The environment is fantastic. It's a good community of people of a variety of ages that are inclusive and never judge. There's always solid banter and everyone has a great attitude.

Beginners through advanced will be happy here.

I was visiting from Los Angeles for work and found this place near the hotel I was staying at. The owner, Joshua, was very responsive and welcoming. He was accommodating and made dropping in to this box something I looked forward to after work ended. The other coach Ashley was also super friendly. Great staff and nice facility. Everything was clean and the classes were very organized. I highly recommend coming here if you're in this area!

Such an incredible community of people! I was new to Crossfit when I started working out at Iron Industry and the coaches and other members made me feel right at home. Every workout has a scaled option, which is great as you are learning the movements. After moving to Bellingham just a few months ago, Crossfit Iron Industry has created a space where I have met new friends, become a part of a community and overall have bettered my fitness level.

After years of being off the horse, Iron Industry's 5 week challenge was just the thing to get me back on track. I couldn't be happier with the coaches, facilities and fellow gym members. Excellent daily programming, quality equipment and expert coaching.
If you've never tried Crossfit before, this is the place to give it a go. The coaches and other members keep you motivated and the varied workout schedule keeps it interesting.
