Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Issaquah Jazzercise offers 15 classes per week with multiple formats such as Dance Mixx, Flip Fusion, Express and Strength60.

We are so lucky to have Jazzercise on the east side of Seattle! One pass, get you all kinds of classes at several different locations. Better even than a gym membership. Jazzercise is a great workout, very effective, and with really great people!

If you like great high energy music, friendly instructors, and feeling like you're at a dance party when you're actually getting a great workout - then you should give Issaquah Jazzercise a try! I went to 242 classes in 2018 and hope to beat that number in 2019 - see you there!
