In the Central Business District area of Bellingham , WA we offer group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full body workout. Whether you're looking for physical results or a way to relieve stress and FEEL your best, our instructors will guide you every step of the way in your wellness journey!

I have been going here for almost a year. At 1st I didn't know what I was doing. They tell you to just keep moving. Everyone does a wrong move now and again. Makes ya feel normal. The music is fun and the people are great. Each teacher has their own unique style that make it exciting to go to different classes. Everyone is welcoming. I'm glad I found this positive, fun community.
...Ohhh the workouts are cardio & they also work on all our muscles with some weights. I like that I'm not going to a gym looking at all the different workout equipment & weights not knowing what to do. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. IT'S FUN!!

If you are thinking about trying Bellingham Jazzercise, do yourself a favor and do it! Jazzercise has been a consistent, fun and effective part of my exercise routine for over 30 years. The instructors are well trained, joyful and know how to accommodate for all members. I love the variety of class styles and it is always challenging. Bellingham Jazzercise if a fun, welcoming space for all.

Bellingham Jazzercise is so inclusive and nonjudgmental. Everyone is welcome. It is a fun and very well rounded exercise program including cardio, strength and flexibility. Both high and low impact options are available with the dance moves. All the instructors are great about cuing moves and making sure to teach how to do the moves correctly to gain the most benefit. Lots of in person and live stream classes are available. Routines are choreographed to current popular music. And you can't beat the price. I have never liked exercising but I actually look forward to doing Jazzercise 4-5 times a week!

Jazzercise is the only workout I've been able to stick with...for over 30 years! It is social, has music, dance fun and inclusive of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors and abilities. It incorporates aerobics, weights, Pilates, ballet, yoga and kick boxing. A full body workout!
