Jazzercise Renton at Pacific Medical Center is a local, woman-owned group fitness studio dedicated to helping people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels live healthier, happier lives through fitness. We believe that working out is first and foremost about feeling great. Our program fuses dance cardio and strength training in a 50 to 55-min sweat session. You'll leave class feeling re-energized and ready to take on the world! We offer in-person evening classes twice/week, and over 20 "live and local" classes in Seattle that you can join in-person or via our free livestream service. We offer low impact and high intensity options to motivating music to boost your workout and deliver JOY! We are body positive and for every BODY!

I had a great time with the Renton Jazzercise gals earlier this month. Since not living close, I frequently am in class with instructor Aileen -- so proficient, so professional, so welcoming! -- online at home. This in-person experience was wonderful, with all of the other friendly Jazzercisers, committed just like me, to moving and stretching to Fun music. The time just flew by! Give it a try! Warning though: Jazzercise is addictive as the body comes to crave regular, fun movement to music. It's the best. :)

I was reluctant to take this class at first. However, I had to get in shape for a week long bike ride in just a few short months. My criteria: the workout had to be effective, efficient, and fun! 10 years later Iβm still here and craving my workouts. For my physical, mental, and emotional health, I get to class. I have met so many kindred spirits here. We keep each other motivated and accountable day in and day out. Imagine dancing, singing, sweating, and getting stronger with your besties. Who would have thought exercise can be so enjoyable? I am never bored because each class is never the same! The Instructors are top notch, enthusiastic and clearly love what they do! How cool is it that Jazzercise routines are specially choreographed to music you hear on the radio? Donβt be surprised if you find yourself dancing in the grocery aisle when you hear those familiar tunes come on! Iβm so glad I went to class until it became a habit. I am so much healthier, happier and stronger for it!

Jazzercise is so much fun! I had no idea that exercise can be fun π. Our teacher in Renton is great. She makes sure we do the exercise right and we donβt get hurt. But most importantly we burn calories π

This in-person Jazzercise class is my best form of exercise. It works my muscles, makes me sweat, but most of all -- it's FUN! That means I look forward to going to class and I stick to the program consistently.
