Keep Moving With Claude welcomes all seniors in the Tri-Cities area regardless of their fitness level or limitations. We strive to help seniors gain mobility, strength and flexibility through a personalized fitness program.

I have been working with Claude for 6 years. I can't express how incredibly grateful I am to her for her knowledge and dedication to my fitness goals. Claude knew how to meet me where I was in my fitness journey and develop enough challenge to move me forward at a comfortable pace. She is kind and encouraging and connects with you on a personal level. She has taught me how to apply what I have learned and use the skills here in my home or in any other place I may work out. I have also had nutritional goals and have lost 90 pounds. Throughout my weight loss journey, I have lost fat mass and gained muscle which gives me the confidence that I will be able to maintain my weight as I move forward and continue my fitness journey with Claude.

I started training with Claude in 2018 after I fractured 3 spinal disks. I knew I need a trainer who has more than the basic personal trading certification. Claude has continued to achieve multiple fitness and health certifications including a master trainer through NASM. Claude is very creative in adjusting my workouts to accommodate my physical limitations so I get a good and enjoyable workout. I highly recommend Claude.

I have elderly clients that have been coming here for a few years. I then started doing personal training classes. I also joined a membership where its great to workout when no one is here. If you are looking for a clean gym or needing services for your famy or client to keep them moving this is your place.

I've trained with Claude for 4 years. She is very knowledgeable and adept at modifying exercises to suit the client. When I started I had sciatica. It hasn't bothered me for a long time.

I had never done personal training before, but working with Claude has been an amazing experience. I’ve always made an effort to stay fit, but as I’ve entered my 40s, maintaining my fitness and managing my weight has become more challenging. My husband started training with Claude a while back and saw fantastic results, so he encouraged me to give it a try. My sister and I joined in, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Claude has a remarkable ability to tailor workouts to each individual, making fitness both effective and enjoyable. As a disabled individual needing to keep moving to maintain my strength, Claude has helped me do that, while challenging what I thought I was capable of. Claude is the BEST... no exaggeration. When I needed hip replacement, she adjusted movements/exercises so that I was safe and still maximizing my workout. After surgery, she knew what I could safely do AND supported me in appropriately doing more. In a few months, I was moving better than ever. She is so knowledgeable that she can adjust any movement/exercise to accommodate any limitation or temporary condition. She makes workouts fun and safe, AND she will definitely encourage you to do more… with a smile.

My wife Cathy has been working out at Claude’s gym for almost 2years. Her balance and overall strength has improved beyond her wildest dreams. Keep moving with Claude has been a life-changing experience for me. A couple of years ago, it was hard for me to get up off a chair, much less off the floor. A friend told me about Claude and how she specialized in gym work for senior citizens. I have never been to a gym before but decided to give Claude a try. And she changed my life. I easily get up from chairs. I can get up off the ground and now I have the energy and strength to do all the activities I want to. I no longer have to think about scheduling all my activities far apart because now I have the strength and energy to do them all when I want to. I am strong. I am happy. I am confident. Claude gave my life back to me. She genuinely cares about her clients and is very careful with each client to only do the exercises that will help them and not hurt them. She's incredibly talented and caring. I recommend her completely and joyously.

Claude is amazing at how she can strengthen your weaknesses and be careful when something is hurting all at the same time. She has helped me with my knees, hips and back. I’ve never like working out but Claude’s small group classes make it fun with others with lots of laughter and encouragement! I keep coming back and know I’m much better than I was years ago before 5 episodes of cancer! Thank you Claude!

Excellent trainer for seniors with great knowledge and many certifications. You exercise in groups of 4 or less with each exercise taylored to the participants needs that day. Each exercise includes balance, strength, and core. Best trainer for seniors in the Tri-Cities!!
