BEST CROSSFIT GYM IN THE AREA FOR EVERYDAY CROSSFITTERS. I’ve tried all the other gyms in the area and this one is by far superior for community. There’s a mix of ability levels and whether you’re an RX athlete or someone who has never touched a barbell, you’ll fit in here and have a great workout while you’re at it 😊

Joined Kent CrossFit a little over a year ago. I was unfit at the time and felt very intimidated because of my meager fitness level.

The coaches have been very supportive and helpful. Every work out has clear concise instructions plus demonstrations with options for scaling.

Am still scaling a lot of my workouts but I have definitely made a lot of progress! I feel much better, my clothes fit better and my health has improved.

My fellow athletes are really good people! Very driven yet courteous.

Super friendly and accommodating in a beautiful space! I was in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and had a limited window on Presidents Day to workout. I stopped by Kent Croossfit and coach Chinda was there with a few members working out. They didn’t even have a class, but she let me drop in anyway. Everyone was super friendly. If you’re looking for a community, safe place, and support in your fitness journey, then this is the perfect place for you! This gym has amazing equipments , professional and friendly staff. Workouts can be scaled for beginners, so don’t let it intimidate you . There are different forms and techniques for the workouts that can be catered for everyone. The biggest advice I got from the coaches there is to just show up everyday. No matter how much you do in that hour as long as you show up and try . I’m currently working at my own pace and feel super supported and motivated with everyone there . Check this place out! Definitely recommend 10/10! I was looking for a gym and most places have mixed reviews except for Kent CrossFit, for a good reason. I really enjoyed the camaraderie of the team and the motivation it gives me. As a brand new member and new athlete to CrossFit, Kent CrossFit is extremely welcoming and encouraging by way of the members and coaches. I've visited other CrossFit boxes and gyms that are extremely intimidating - this is not anywhere close to that.

The coaches are on it when it comes to instructing proper form and teaching for long-term success. Don't be intimidated if you're considering joining or getting into it at this gym!

6-month review update: experience at this gym has only gotten better, and having lost weight in the process doesn’t hurt either! The encouraging atmosphere of classes along with the programming has been an incredible motivator to keep going.

I have dropped in for crossfit workouts at different gyms across the country. I have to admit that this is one of the most welcoming gyms and staff I have ever experienced at a crossfit gym. Everyone was nice and engaging. The facility is great. The owner, Chinda, was so very nice and I felt like I was a member. Looking for a gym to join and today I tried out Kent CrossFit. The facility is huge, filled with lots of great equipments and it’s super CLEAN and organized.

Started the session with warming up and then a fun friendly challenge of “tic-tac-toe”. For a first visit , the regulars at the gym already made me feel comfortable and we were laughing and joking with me.

I got partnered up with Coach Chinda. She is really fit & strong. I was a bit slow and struggled with the partner burpees, box jumps and barbell squats, but she was really encouraging and also helped corrected my forms along the way.

My butts were whipped by the time I am done, but what a workout that was!!! Huffing and puffing but it felt awesome to have completed the 3 rounds!! I can definitely see myself becoming a new member in this gym. It’s got a good vibe and people and the coaches are friendly.

I have been with Kent CrossFit for almost two years.
The owner is the someone can push you out of your comfort zone. If you want to be stronger and get in a better shape come and look for coach Chinda Che.
Here, you not only learn about workout, but can also learn about nutrition and how to apply nutrition in your exercise and life style.
Through out the year, there will be several in-house competitions among members. It is always fun and a good way to see how your strength has been improved, as well. Of course, there will be prize for the winner.

I joined KCF after moving to Kent earlier this year- I tried several other boxes in the area, and none came close to matching my first class with this crew. Everyone was immediately welcoming, knew my name after one WOD together, and have now become friends. Lots of boxes have a very cliquish vibe, if you aren’t a games athlete, you can’t sit with us etc…the folks at Kent CrossFit are representative of every skill level, and everyone is equal in their mission to have fun, work hard, and encourage each other in the process. Love this gym community dearly and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I recently moved to Washington about 2 months ago and decided to checkout Kent Crossfit due to their great reviews and attractive website (which is also very easy to navigate). The membership fees are very reasonable and you get so much for what you pay for. The facility is clean and members always make sure to wipe down their equipment after use. The vibe is very positive and the instructors do a very good job with keeping an eye on all the members to ensure safety and give tips during the workouts. I want to emphasize that they are extremely beginner friendly. So if you're new to Crossfit, they will teach you the basics. It is impossible to feel left out here. They welcomed me with open arms and now I feel very much a part of the family. Remember, this is an INVESTMENT in yourself and your future. I would recommend Kent Crossfit to anybody who is ready to take their health and fitness to the next level!

I signed up over a month ago after following a friend of mine that has been going to KCF (Kent CrossFit) for a good amount of time. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made. From my initial contact with Coach Chinda (Owner/CEO) to meeting the rest of the team it has been incredible. Everyone is extremely welcoming. If you are worried CrossFit might not be for you, give KCF a chance. They will only push you as far as your body allows and really focus importance on listening to your body. No one wants an injury and they really try their best to scale/modify workouts and movements to fit each individual. There is not a one size fits all here, they will make sure you are comfortable with every piece of each workout. Other members are just as great, it has been fantastic that everyone is so encouraging and it really is a sense of community. There is no “hard” sales tactics and the feeling is that of wellness and improvement. Even if you have never been to any type of gym before that’s ok! You can get training sessions on all of the equipment which makes stepping into that first class a little easier. No judgement zone and a safe place to work on you with lots of support. Best “gym” experience I’ve had in the history of ever!

Been working out here for a couple years now. The coaches are friendly and supportive. Always answering your questions, or offering tips and tricks for improvement. Coaches also do a great job explaining the movements during each class so no one feels lost. The various scale options they come up with are still challenging, but allows for individuals to feel accomplished after the workout regardless of not doing the same movements. You’ll still be sore and love the feeling knowing you did that. And you’ll come back for more because you can do that. The diverse box community is also friendly and supportive as we all embrace the suck together! Most classes end with smiles regardless of the WOD.

Kent CrossFit has exceeded my expectations when I needed to find a gym. When I tell people I started crossfit, they immediately ask if I'm worried about getting injuries, but at Kent CrossFit I never have to worry about that because the coaches are great with making modifications for you if you are coming in with an injury.

I’ve been looking at gyms to check out and this one caught my attention after my friend recommended it to me. I would’ve never thought I’d be doing CrossFit but after having a meeting with Coach Chinda, I knew I wanted to join! The community within CrossFit is awesome and is very motivating! The gym is also really clean, there are sanitizing stations so you can clean your equipment. When you sign up they have you do some personal training just to get you going so they teach you how to lift the proper way and it’s not as easy as you think. I’m glad they provide one on one time for the first few classes because without it you wouldn’t know what you’re even doing if you’re a newbie. During my first class with a group of people everyone was super friendly and guided me when I needed it! Overall I am super happy with my CrossFit gym choice because they treat each other like family, they have all the equipment you could ever ask for and the coaches are there to help!

I’m sure I am not the only one who lets the fear of intimidation prevent them from going to the gym or trying a new class, I had to really push myself to sign up and in all honesty I am so glad I chose to sign up with Kent CrossFit. It’s not just a regular gym you walk in and out of, its a strong community of individuals that truly care about your wellbeing.
