Great instruction by caring, knowledgeable, and friendly coaches that help you get stronger and move safely.
I visited from out of town and felt welcomed immediately.
I can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at KETTLEBILITY!
I was in Seattle on a quick business trip and needed a place to stay on track with my kettlebell training. KETTLEBILITY went above and beyond to welcome me in and accommodate my workout needs. The space is top-notch, and the community is incredibly positive, energetic, and motivating.

I loved it so much that I booked a personal training session later that day with Raphael Puletz—holy smokes, this guy knows his stuff! The coaching, the atmosphere, the attention to form and technique—everything was on point.

Huge thanks to Andrea, Raph, and the entire crew. If I lived in the Seattle area, KETTLEBILITY would absolutely be a part of my daily routine. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Been working with Andrea for over a year. She's been helping me reach my goals in an efficient and safe manner. Was able to do an abdominal plank for 4 hours last July. 🙏

Found this gym just walking past and decided to try it out. I have been SO impressed with the care and attention the coaches take to make sure all members are safe, strong, included, and having fun. Atmosphere is fantastic everyone is happy and friendly while also pushing our strength and endurance. Highly recommend.

Best place I've ever trained at! Strength Training, Breathing, Bodyweight, Holistic Coaching for Health and Wellness, and Amazing Customer Service. I've been training here for about 5 years and I feel and look the strongest I've ever been.

A really wonderful place to learn how to get strong again. As a senior who needed to gain strength and balance and resiliency, all the instructors met me where I was and helped me gain the skills to do more! A super safe atmosphere where the all-ages studio community made me feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be better in their body - and it's fun too!

Took the Groove Your Swing class and was very impressed! Andrea was great and taught the class in a way that really helped build a foundation for protecting my lower back. That’s something I’ve struggled with in other classes.

Raphael was my first contact here and is an amazing, positive coach as well.

Bonus points for running a very clean operation!

I was charged for several additional months after requesting my membership be cancelled, totaling nearly $800. I raised this with the gym owner, Andrea, assuming the continued charges were a mistake, but was refused a refund.

This is a major financial hardship, not to mention a breach of customer trust.

I decided to cancel membership and stop attending the gym after learning that Andrea is a fan of Jordan Peterson. As a member of the queer community, I no longer felt safe at this gym. I was honest about my reasons for cancellation.

My experience of training here is something that I consider a key component of living well. Thank you for a therapeutic experience that has, and will continue to be a lifelong experience of moving safely and well.

Thank you. A favorite way to check in with reality.

Kettlebility is a fantastic gym! I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years as a yoga instructor and have been to many different types of gyms, Kettlebility is by far the best I’ve seen. The training is outstanding! The instructors are constantly watching your form and giving clear feedback in the moment. As a 51 year old woman I do not want to get injured! The attention to detail makes me feel safe training at Kettlebility. And everyone is super friendly! I felt welcomed into the community right away. The instructors knew my name within a week of my joining. Andrea’s positivity is simply infectious. As is the good energy from RAF, Michael and all the other instructors I’ve had. I highly recommend Kettlebility for building strength, gaining range of movement, and improving overall fitness.

In the year and a half of training at Kettability I can honestly say it has changed my life. I walked in so out of shape and today am lighter, fitter, stronger and more agile than I thought possible. Andrea is the most knowledgeable, flexible, and genuinely positive force of nature in a trainer I have worked with. I can’t wait to experience the next levels of fitness continuing this training will bring. I recommend Andrea and Kettability without reservation.

I loved training at Kettlebility! I was visiting Seattle for a week and wanted a place to train the Simple and Sinister protocol. The gym was incredibly accommodating to my ad hoc request. I also got a lot of invaluable tips from the coaches on my swings and get ups!

If you're in Seattle, I would highly recommend training at Kettlebility!!

Recently attended a full day StrongFirst kettlebell course at Kettlebility. I can't speak highly enough about Andrea and her group of trainers. The atmosphere was professional, fun, and I learned so much. There was a tremendous amount of attention paid to all participants by the trainers.

If you're wanting to learn how to properly use a kettlebell in your exercise practice, this is the place!

I started at Kettlebility in 2015, joining a Body Transformation Challenge. It was 12 weeks of exercise and nutritional coaching. I lost weight, gained strength and flexibility. Because of the detailed training provided to the coaches and trainers, every exercise can be tailored to the individual student. This means that at all times, I was doing exercise that was right for MY body, working on perfect form and safety for MY fitness level. I was never, and never have been, in competition with any other student in the studio. My sense accomplishment in my progress remains a great source of pride.

More important than fitness, though, is the community that the coaches and trainers have built for the students. I've joined and eventually dropped out of many gyms, exercise and diet programs because there was no sense of continuity, no sense of belonging or acceptance. I'm really happy being a part of the work being done in the studio.

Oh my goodness!! Andrea and her athletes were beyond welcoming, friendly...and so fun. We learned a lot about technique and proper execution of working with kettlebells, plus movement exploration and mobility mixed in. We also laughed a lot = aka added ab work ;) Truly can’t speak highly enough of our time here. Just wish we lived closer so we could join in more.

I've been at Kettlebility for almost a year and this place is an absolutely fantastic Russian hardstyle kettlebell gym. Before I moved to Seattle, I worked at a functional fitness gym, and I also came with own injuries and physical issues, so I was very picky about what gym I would choose.

Kettlebility blew me away from the start; their instructors are caring and incredibly knowledgeable about their work. They know how to give you a good workout while also teaching you how to move safely and listen to yourself.

On top of the high quality of training here, the environment is great. So many people introduced themselves to me and made me feel welcomed, and people like to cheer each other on which I love.

I highly recommend Kettlebility!
