This facility is consistently plagued by broken equipment. The hot tub was out of order for over two years, and the tennis court roof repair took significantly longer than announced, with no compensation for members who couldn't use it during the extended downtime. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiries. Now the sauna is broken, and there's no telling how long it will be. This is incredibly frustrating.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. I went in to ask questions to confirm how the membership worked before I signed up, since I have it available through my insurance at a discounted rate, and they made the experience painless. Also a very clean facility. I'm glad I signed up!

Brought the kids here to swim open swim. They had a good time. They have toys, fins, etc that can be played with. Some chairs to sit in to watch. Staff seemed very friendly. The main downside was it was a hot day outside... And VERY HOT inside

Dropped off our tennis rackets to get string and Was told we would get a call to pick up the rackets in two days. Called 4 days later and said rackets was done the day you requested pick-up. I told them that we were told that we would get a call. Her response was that we don’t normally call customers. Wonder why the lady asked for a number to call for P/U? 🤦🏾‍♂️

I waited outside in the cold for about 40 minutes to sign my 3 year old up for swim class because when I called the day before at around 4pm a representative told me that there were spots available in the 4 and 4:30 preschool level 1 course. Turns out this was a lie and there were not, so it wound up being a waist of time standing in line with 8 other parents waiting for KTAC to open so that I could just be told that there are no classes available after all. I don’t know how you are supposed to get your child signed up for swim class if the classes are already full. This isn’t fair to post swim classes online without anywhere stating the classes are full. There is nowhere else in the area that offers even remotely good classes and I had heard nothing but good things for this location, but it is very disheartening that there are none available. It’d be great if you guys offered more than 1 class a month with more time slots so that others who don’t yet have kids in the class can get in.

I love swimming laps there now that am member. Came to be a member after physical therapy. Staff is friendly and professional. Pool water temp always feel nice . I hope to do water fitness there soon. The pool area and locker rooms are clean as well. Moreover they have nice hot showers.

Excellent workout environment. I’ve been an athletic center member for a few years and would highly recommend it to anyone local. KTAC is a non-profit and it is clear that their mission is community-focused, not profit. I’ve really enjoyed having a shower and sauna option after a workout.

Kitsap Tennis and Athletic contacted me this morning because people were asking about my dad. My dad sadly died on February 20th 3 days after I left North Carolina to bring him home from assisted living. He took a fall in mid December. He was completely coherent in assisted living and able bodied. It was a complete shock to our family when he suddenly died. We had talked to him just a few hours earlier. My dad loved his 80’s club and it is pretty clear that they loved him too.

High quality salt water pool. This is one of the best pools in the area! (I've swam in most.) The pool is generally not crowded. I generally do not have to share a lane to lap swim. Swim lessons are great. There classes are smaller so the kids get more staff interaction and the pool is not as crowded which makes the kids feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
