I consider this gym the place the Elite really meet ! Josh (head trainer/owner) brings the heat in every thing he does ! The energy in this place wether it be private training or group sessions is always amazing and fueled with motivation and great knowledge , leaving you stronger mentally and physically every time u finish your workout !
